I came with a flat tire and was helped fast, and they were very professional and did a great job.Great place. Great people. Highly Recommend.

WALDORF MD LOCATION DOES NOT HONOR THEIR 30 DAY WARRANTY...WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD!!!I had my receipt dated Feb. 18, 2024.Today is March 16, 2024. It was for one tire.He looked at my receipt and then began talking another language to try and confuse me. Yall know how they do!!! So I paid again .Then as he was preparing the new receipt has asked for my old invoice. Now he can speak english. He said that he wanted to make sure he was charging the same amount as before. WHAT? REALLY?As this wasnt the first time that I had used them.NOW ITS MY LAST TIME!!!!

Well I would like to start off and say that the pricing for the tires that I purchased was great. The service was quick and efficient. Now let me get to my whole issue with this company. First they put directional tires on my truck in the wrong direction. Then instead of using the sticky weights to balance my tires they used the regular weights. And now as I'm saying this I'm writing on the expressway with my front end shaking because of this. Considering I bought these tires because I was in dire need of some because my old ones were bad. So this is my story regarding this tires shop. I will not be returning because I fixed some of it myself and currently on my way to the shop I know will balance my wheels correctly.

I would have given them a 5 star until the manger tried to get me to pay for his mistake on giving unclear instructions to his staff.Arrived that morning asking them to replace a bad tire with my spare tire in the trunk. Instead they took off the good tire off the rim in my trunk to put the new tire on the rim they took the bad tire off. I still end up giving the staff a tip.

Owner is a rip off. Tried charging me $50 just to rotate my tires. When I objected he started shouting saying that's his price and just take my car and get out!! No business ethics whatsoever. I'll never take my business there again or recommend them to anyone. There's another tire shop over the street, less than a minute drive away next door to Waldorf Auto Care, those guys are always fair and I've never felt scammed.

I will be returning customer. The gentlemen were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He gave me a fair price for both tires and installed both tires within mins. Thank you and see you soon for my next set

No professionalism here. They give you a random wait time only to serve other walk in customers coming in later. Terrible communication. I left. I recommend staying away from this place and taking your car somewhere else. Plenty of options in the area.

Can't say enough about this place great prices, they get you in and out in a timely manner, positive attitudes all around unlike zip tires down the street! Highly recommend

Fast, on-the-spot service (on a Sunday!) with no advance call/appointment when I stopped by to have my tire plugged. Honest prices, you are not getting gouged here. The mechanic was so kind, he even returned the nail that was stuck in the tire as a parting gift. I left with a smile!

In and Out Place. Need a tire plug or used tires to get by, quick air on the spot even a few set of rims available. They got what you need. They been taking care of my car for years now. Pic uploaded to this comment also.

I had 2 tires out on my Mercedes S550 and had no issues. I had 4 tires put on my Denali and had no issues, I had 4 tires out in my Range Rover and had no issues. Went to have 2 tires put on the rear of my Mercedes only to end up with no tires, a cut in my gas line from the lift( the installer had to see this when he let the car down) and stripped lugs. The response I received for the issues is I m sorry I WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN

I got a tire plugged about 2 and a half weeks ago and was hearing a clunking sound in the rear end of my car. I didn t notice it till about a few days later and spent a couple more days trying to figure out what it was. I stopped driving then took it to a shop and found out all my lug nuts were loose on the tire they plugged. It was a younger Hispanic guy that used the power gun to screw them back in but didn t do it tight whatsoever. This could ve caused a serious accident from my lug nuts flying off the rim and the whole wheel rolling off the car in motion. I gave 2 stars because I called the shop and the manager (Jacob) at the register (man of African decent) apologized and said he ll talk to the guy. I can t validate if that ll be done or not but his demeanor was accommodating and apologetic.

Dominion is one of the best in Waldorf, they have very quick and accurate service with an array of tires. They always have my specialty tires for my modified truck in stock, always get my new truck out the way and always did right by my car as well. Go check em out!!

I purchase brand new tires from this company. End up getting a road hazard in the tire a nail. Took it back to this company and they told me they don't have any warranties for nails in tires. Mind you just purchasing the tires maybe a month from that point. They would not patch it they would not plug it. If I would have known this I would have went somewhere else and bought these tires with a reputable reputation

I had an emergency with a high performance low profile tire, and these guys helped me out on a Sunday afternoon on almost no notice. Great service, great price for a used tire that still has plenty of life in it!Thanks!

Price to mount/balance my winter tires was fair. But they then tried to keep my 1 season old all terrain tires to resell. Thankfully I live local and realized it when I got home and came back. But they had already cleaned them and tagged them for sale. They tried to pull a fast one and can go screw themselves.
