Took my 98 Nissan Gloria here to have my back windshield replaced. It s been about two weeks since, no leaks or anything to complain about. Phenomenal job!! They even cleaned up a bit of rust they found in the area where the window sits!

This place is it!!!! Starting with the customer service on the phone when I called to the entire experience, D&S Glass Service definitely gave me that warm and fuzzy feeling that I was being taken care of!My Issue: I have a 2020 Kenworth W900 L and the seal around the window began to come out, and yes it s a semi truck!!! I pulled in John met me by the time I stepped out of the truck, accessed the repair and said pull around back let me grab my ladder and I ll let you know well in a matter of 45 minutes to an hour my truck was resealed and I was good to go .. keep in mind I had NO APPOINTMENT so that speaks volumes for an owner operator like myself. I definitely will be coming back for all of my window needs!!! Great family oriented business with exceptional service definitely 5 stars Service: Auto windshield repair

They did a great job minus breaking a piece of my car. They put it back together mostly and took $100 off the price which is more than what it'll cost to replace the part.Accidents happen, the car's shape also had to do with this situation. Point of comment is, they acknowledged their mistake and fixed it. I will be coming back in the future if needed.

They are great to deal with they did everything we needed done and went out of there way to get us a better price for our money. They do great work on radius cuts and tapped edges on glass for Future also.

A++ I called at 9am. Initially was told to call back the next day b/c the windshield wasn't in stock. Once I expressed urgency the rep made some calls to have my windshield ordered and delivered that day. Without an appointment and not initially having the windshield in stock they still were able to serve me within the same day. Price was good compared to the going rate. While mowing, my bf accidentally broke out the small venting window on a 2001 conversion van. After looking online, going to junkyards and trying to find a replacement by going to so many places, I finally came here and they were able to replace the window. I'm absolutely upset I didn't get the gentleman's name who did it, but he custom built this window and had it installed same day. He was so nice and knowledgeable. Front staff ladies were very nice and kind. I'd definitely recommend this place if you need anything like this.

**shady business***I recommend not going here. Especially dont fall for the$65 dollar chip repair I came in to get a chip repair done on a small chip in the middle of the window. Shortly after starting they pull me out to see a chip they "found" behind the weather stripping and said its only 10 dollars more to repair. Oddly enough I've never seen scrubbing and polishing the black paint by hand daily. I asked if you typically repair damages on the perimeter due to the risk of it cracking. He says aslong as he can get the suction cup tool on the other side of the glass. So I Watch the guy switch through 5 old dull bits as he's drilling he breaks it. They gave me a quote for 278 dollars for a new window And schedules an appointment in the morning. As I'm driving home I called and asked if this was a bill they gave me. They said no thats how much it "would be". So I come back get it replaced and then they hand me a bill...he had no intentions to ever fill that second chip that he "found" behind the weather stripping and most definitely some shady business tactics going on. It all adds up i sat and talked to another employee out front for 5 minutes about how slow they have been. Which now i see why.

10/10 stars! Jose was timely, well mannered and professional! Highly recommend!I didn t even have to leave my house to have my windshield replaced. He showed up at my place of residence and replaced my windshield in less than an hour!He even cleaned the passenger and driver side area a bit after he replaced the windshieldDon t go anywhere else if you need your windshield replaced!

I was just driving down this side road and I had just inherited a 2015 Chevy impala, that had a cracked passenger window. I knew it would pass inspection. I called , Heather answered, she was so pleasant. She said if I ordered by 4 pm , I could have it done by the next day. I brought it in at 8am the following day and was out by 11! Customer service has been at an all time low since the pandemic. So it was a PLEASANT and efficient surprise and encounter that I received! 5 stars!!!!!Service: Auto side window replacement

The floor (front and back) and the upper side panels around my sunroof was retaining water. Any hint of moisture and there was condensation all over. Low temps meant ice inside my windows. I reside in Philly and 2 shops there didn't do much. Visited the dealership in NC during my travel and they had a ridiculous quote stating the hoses needed to be replaced. Was home for about 2 weeks with the intention of taking my car to D&S due to the service my aunt received a year prior. D&S via DAVID evaluated the potential problem(s) and fixed it! Even when I was concerned that my floor was still wet as there was several days of rain immediately after picking up my car, David was like, bring it back so that he could check it again. I know I interrupted his lunch 2 days in a row popping back in. He was so patient. He explained everything so well to me inclusive of aftercare/maintenance and calmed my anxiety and worries. I asked the man for a hug! I can't recommend D&S enough!

This was a good place to have my windshield repaired. They took me same day had me in and out in no time and were upfront about the potential of a further crack due to the positioning of the ding in my window. I appreciated that the guy said he'd do his absolute best and that he did. I'm pleased with the outcome and their service overall

My truck had water leaking into the cabin. I was pretty sure that it was coming thru the windshield edge/seal. D&S was able to diagnose the source of the leak, which was the windshield edge. They re-sealed the glass and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I appreciate the awesome care and especially the fact that they didn't rake me over the coals.

Quality service without the inflated cost! There's a reason why car dealerships in Waldorf use this shop. I drive a 2021 Subaru Outback with eye sight, as well as some other bells and whistles. The way my windshield cracked prevented me from using a lot of features, including cruise control. The other companies quoted more than double what D & S quoted me; they told me that the glass itself was going to be 75% the cost of what D & S quoted me for the entire replacement. After just a couple of hours at the shop, my windshield looks perfect and everything works again! Absolutely no regrets. Thanks, D & S!Service: Auto windshield repair

They knew exactly what was wrong with my car and fixed it promptly. Same day service with great results and decently priced. Mr. David is a nice guy and did great work. Instead of making me wait until sometime the following week, Mr. David found a way to fit me in on the schedule, and I greatly appreciated that. He also took the time out before and after the work to show me what the issue was and how he fixed it. He also showed me how to prevent a reoccurrance. Hopefully, I won't have future issues, but if I do, I know where I will take my car.

I made a Friday appointment with them but dropped off Thursday before they closed. On Thursday they had already diagnosed my problem and priced the needed part. They did excellent work replacing my leaking 3rd brake light and revealing my leaking window. Highly recommended!!!

Great customer service and excellent work done by installers. I've had chips fixed as well as entire windshield and recently 2 side windows. Their craftsmanship can't be beat and I would highly recommend them.

Went to Big Name "Safelite Repair Safelite Replace" I sung that out while typing. They were double the price that D&S quoted for a tiny chip repair , in addition Safelite told me that the machine they use can potentially crack my window and they wouldn't be responsible for it. Dodge Ram Waldorf recommended D&S whom had a very short wait period. Got me out of there in about 40 minutes, that's including the time it took to make the repair. D&S is now my go to.

Awesome and quick. I went to D&S because my rearview mirror came off and was hanging by the wires. The Lexus Dealership wanted to charge me $95 ....that was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Then the Toyota dealerships wanted $25-40 (they weren't certain), which wasn't bad, but it was at the end of the day and the car would need to sit at the dealership for 4hrs. Then on my way home, I saw D&S glass company. I stopped and inquired....they charged me $15.....$15!!!!! Did it on the spot. Was done in 10mins and I didn't have to leave my car. He just asked that I not touch it for 4 hours after he adjusted it for me. It's been over a week and everything is still in tack.GOOD JOB D&S

I took my Jeep Up as good as passable. unfortunately everything is now a drill off in which im not 2. Happy with. I'll would have to talk about my little problem when its the right time. But overall everything went very well and I'll leave it at that. Very professional and quick as you'll as you can imagine. The windshield looks Great and i really cou be happy with there punctuality, and at one of the cheapest jobs if had do do it again,I definitely would and invit7a friend. Thanks a lot D&S Glass you will always remain my go to bussiness.
