I took my car for inspection. I ended up having to wait a while because the mechanic that does the inspections had a doctors appointment and was expected back sooner. But things happen. The young lady kept me undated on his return time. Made sure I was comfortable with water and I was able to watch TV. I appreciate her effects and once he returned my car was finished quickly. Because of the thoughtfulness I would use Cottman s again. I highly recommend.

Fast and efficient. The individuals at Cottman made me feel both reassured that what I needed for my car would be processed in a timely fashion and everyone was so friendly and approachable. I would absolutely go back for more services in the futures

Valerie, Ken and their crew are super amazing. They make you feel like family by the way they communicate with you. The workmanship is on point and prices are great. I took my daughters car in for service because she was losing transmission fluid, and they fixed several leaks. They also provided filter replacement. It's important that our families' vehicles are safe and operational. Especially when it involves our children. Anyway, I want to thank all the folks at the Waldorf Cottman transmission for the love. The good Lord Bless you and keep you.

I would give 10 out of 10 for great customer service and making sure the service was done as quickly as possible. Special shot out to Valerie for showing me the sitting area and getting the coffee maker ready just in case if I wanted to make some coffee. Thank you Valerie. Keep up the good work.

Valeri and the crew are AMAZING!! They got me in and out quick, and they took the time to show me where exactly the issue was! Once I got my baby back on the road for a funeral, the issue was completely resolved. I called Cottmans and Valarie answered. She was straight to the point and got me in as soon as possible.When I showed up the day of my appointment, Valarie was polite and very easy to talk to. I spoke to the owner, told him what vehicle codes I had and he promised they'd do everything to find the issue and pray I wouldn't need a new transmission.I in fact needed a new transmission and they had my vehicle in and out within 2 days of dropping it off.I would recommend Cottmans and I pray I never need to use them again but if I do have any issues, they'll be the first place I call.

Took my vehicle here to have service on my gmc acadia, I was told it needed a transmission again. Cottman had just replaced the transmission on this truck 3 years prior of course the warranty had just expired. I took it to another shop who found a badly leaking transmission line they repaired it and it's been over 5000 miles and no issues with it now. Maybe they just missed it but there's a huge difference of about $5000 that I would have paid. That's not good. Seek a second opinion it may save you some money.Service: Transmission

If you're going to have transmission problems that is the place to end up at. I was traveling with my camper and stopped at Walmart and had fluid pouring out of my transmission. The manager Valerie is a rockstar bent over backwards for me to find a place that I could disconnect my camper and it would look at my truck first thing in the morning which they did. On Friday morning they looked at it ordered the parts that they thought would be where the problem no one could rebuild it that day, they're retired master builder bill came in special on a Saturday morning replace the parts that I needed they reinstalled the transmission in my truck by Saturday afternoon. I cannot say enough good words about hell helpful everyone there was if you're going to break down that is the place to go to.Service: Transmission

I'm disappointed that the transmission I brought brand new has to be dropped again to get to the rear main oil leak. After replacement service work was done for a brand new transmission !I felt the tech should have caught that. EVEN IF IT WAS AN UP CHARGE! I'm not a nickel and dime customer. I specifically asked if anymore work was needed. I was explained. I was good to go. So I ask for an oil change. Surprisingly the oil change was $168.00. I did ask why it was so high it was stated because I asked for Mobile oil. Tech changed oil but I was NOT INFORMED that my oil pan gasket was leaking nor my rack and pinion. But on my return inspection from new transmission. This information was brought to my attention.I wanted Cottonman to do the work on my vehicle but my last bill was $4500. I was told I was good to go on my pick up. I come back for a follow-up and I have another $4500 bill in addition $140 Service charge to inspect.. I just felt like Cottonman was more reputable because of my pervious excellent transactions in the past. This last transaction was a COMPLETE DISASTER!Service: Transmission

I like Cottmans because they make you feel at home. Ken in particular exudes an old-school friendly manner. He's going to tell you the damage but not overcharge you!
