Great service from start to finish. They got me in right away, estimated and work finished. All in a timely manner. They kept me up to date on my service. All staff were nice and professional. My car looks great l. Thank you for making it so easy, in a difficult situation.

Overall, I d highly recommend Complete for painting and body trim repair. My family has been coming to this establishment when in need of paint/body work for years, and the final product has always been superb. Today was no different.My car is a very tricky 3 layer red metallic that is not easily matched. I have a discerning eye, and even I can t see a difference from when I purchased my car off the lot! I will say that I could have done with more proactive communication from management, but every time I called I was met with attentive and courteous receptionists who were able to connect me with the gentleman overseeing repair of my vehicle (Brad.) If you re looking for quality results, look no further than Complete!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The name says it all, and from the moment I picked this business, I felt very comfortable and satisfied with them doing the work on my truck without me having any prior history with them. All levels of staff treated me and others that I observed with respect, courtesy, and professionalism with all-around fisrt class customer service that not only made me feel valued but appreciated as well. Everyone was a starter on this team, and when James took over my claim, who was absolutely awesome, he rolled out the red carpet when conducting business between the rental car company and my insurance company, he was very thorough in his explanation with making sure that the unseen and confusing was clear to me. And when my truck was completed, while he was out of the office, Todd stepped in contacted me and informed me of who he was, the nature of his call, and when my truck was completed. Upon making contact with Todd, and prior to my departure, my truck, while under James's and Todd's care, received a service recall that required service, which was successfully completed all within the normal function of their operation and these guys did not miss a beat. The front desk personnel was just as awesome with their communication and knowledge of awareness regarding my claim and made sure everything that I thought I needed, including contacting the local rental car companies for vehicle availability and drop off and pick-up were met. Great job, ladies and gentlemen! So if you need your vehicle claims or some other repairs for whatever reasons, go to these guys. I've had a lot of accidents within my 40 plus years of driving experience, and I have never been treated like this, regardless of the state I was in. COMPLETE AUTO BODY IS THE NAME, so when you need those repairs and you want them done correctly, go to these guys because they got you covered! Simply the best!

Brought my car in, as recommended by my insurance, to have body repairs done after a minor fender bender. Great experience start to finish! Office staff was welcoming and friendly. Being in the car sales industry for over 15 years I've referred SCORES of customers to Complete Auto Body as a trusted source for outstanding work quality and services. You can only imagine my utter surprise and disbelieve when I took my personal vehicle there for a BUMPER AND HEADLIGHT repair after an unfortunate encounter with a deer.ALL FOUR of my window were working perfectly when I dropped off my vehicle with Gene and Todd. Upon picking my vehicle up 2/14/22 I noticed that my passenger window and rear driver's window no longer worked from the driver's seat position.I returned to Complete the following morning to let them know of the issue AS WELL as my "shift lock" cover being removed and missing. Gene IMMEDIATELY went into defensive mode stating "we didn't remove it" Offering no solution to the missing cover. He then said "we will handle the windows.....probably something wasn't re-connected"When I called 2/15/22 to let them know I needed my vehicle back Gene went on to tell me that there was a "history code" on the switch for my windows. Not knowing what he was referring to I asked him to explain. He tried to get me to believe there was an issue with the windows when I dropped it off and his response was "we're not paying for it". I was told to contact my insurance company to see if they'd pay for an electrical issue with the window after hitting a deer......IMAGINE THAT ONE!!!! One has nothing to do with the other.Gene didn't have the common decency to come out and meet with me when I arrived. Instead he sent out Todd with a report from S.O.S. which is Scans On Site:Maryland Ave.P.O. Box 1010Ridgely, MD 21660And let me know there was a code when they scanned my vehicle. They were kind enough to let me know EVERY STEP of the process while the had my vehicle down to the low pressure light for my tires being on....BUT never mentioned anything about my windows not working. Was never addressed until I picked up my vehicle. And then ALL OF A SUDDEN...."oh yeah....there's a history code on your window and it went bad while we worked on it BUT we aren't going to fix it".This was a very unfortunate experience with Complete Auto Body after years of dealing with them. I will purchase a master control switch and get my windows back operating as they were before dropping my vehicle off there. It's simply BAD BUSINESS to damage someone's vehicle then take no responsibility for it. I'm deeply disappointed with Gene, Todd and Complete Auto Body to say the least.If you decide to patronize their business PLEASE make sure you note/acknowledge any and everything about your vehicle before agreeing to work the agree to do. Windows, door locks, moonroof, hatch.....you get the idea.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Staff is very courteous and pleasant. They offer beverages and cookies while you wait. Ambiance is unexpectedly whimsical for a body shop- diner themed.

I called to see if I can schedule an appointment for an estimate for somebody work. When my car was sideswiped. I told the lady which insurance company the person had and she told me not to even come there to get an estimate. Lol. Basically, she said that one insurance company has their own repair shop network and even though if I get an estimate before I went to their shop to get an estimate from them, they would not accept my estimate anywhere. Therefore, she said it was a waste of time for me to drive down there. I appreciate that she saved me time. She saved me gas. She saved me money. Thanks

Great experience at Complete. They worked with our insurance company to get every detail covered. Adam and Cliff kept us updated through the whole process. We have a fairly new and expensive Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. They went above and beyond to make sure all parts were OEM so we didn t lose our Easter eggs (if you know, you know). Our vehicle came back to us perfect and cleaner than we left it. I would definitely recommend this business!Service: Body & Trim

They have no compassion for the situation you are in. Want me to dangerously drive my car there for an estimate to pull a mirror they can easily pull from the VIN and replace. The only shop acting like a Chevy Malibu mirror had a bunch of option and they have to look at that special one to determine. The woman was rude and did not bother to have a conversation with me when though I spoke to someone earlier in the week who woke up with some kindness.

When they were on time they were good at communicating that to me, However when they Fell behind I got crickets from them. I would have to call to get updates. Service manager claim they called me and left message but I never got a missed call or voice message. Funny I called 3 times and they allegedly called me once. They are three days behind schedule now do not know when they can finish. Not a satisfied customerServices: Painting, Body & Trim

If you want your car fixed right, DONT COME HERE. My car was returned with loose screws in the doors. Windows that didn't work. Patched paint work. They never even ordered my scratch and rain guards. This was six months ago and counting.

James the project tech for my car has always provided exceptional service. He keeps me inform and provides all the information needed regarding maintaining my vehicle. I was in a freak accident where something flying through the air literally ripped the passenger side mirror off my car after causing some other minor body damage. My insurance company recommended Complete Auto Body. I used them before and was pleased, so it was easy for me to go back. Shannon is fantastic as the face of Complete. She's extremely organized and knowledgeable about the entire process end to end, including helping with getting a rental car! Then comes James who does a thorough inspection and overview of needed repairs. He kept me apprised of next steps throughout the whole process as well. There were no last minute surprises or extra expenses. What he said is what it was! They were done on time and my car looked amazing! Obviously, if I need this type of work done ever again (or any body/electrical/mechanical repairs), I'll definitely use them again!Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, Electrical, Body & Trim

Absolutely horrid experience. Had a run in with a deer and there was visual damage to the bumper, headlight, fender along with hidden damage under the hood. The first time i dropped my vehicle off they had it for 2 weeks and waited over a week for a headlight. Upon picking my vehicle up the first time, i had to bring it back several (5) times for underlying issues that remained. My coolant was leaking for 2 of the returns and the other two were AC related. The last time i returned i had another coolant leak and had to have the radiator replaced which was the original leak issue. Mind you the timeline on this work is already at two months. Now i have had my car back and the AC stopped working the same day I picked it up and i refuse to return to complete. Now i have to deal with a claim dispute with my insurance to get my issue resolved elsehwere.Services: Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Complete Auto Body did a wonderful job with my truck. I was going through a Domestic Voilence issue and had a protective order on the other party. I asked Complete Auto Body Staff not to release any information to the other party and they did not release any information per my request. My truck was safe and the work that was done on my vehicle was excellent. Mr. Baxter and the staff were professional and respectful.. This place had good service and great customer service the only reason they got one star. But...............they didn't tell all the information to my insurance company to the fact they didn't install the right headlight in my car. Also, didn't look at all the work that was supposed to be done from the work order from my insurance company. So I don't really recommend them to anyone. They just tried to hurry up and get my car done and that was it.

Had a fender bender that normally required leaving vehicle 3-5 days. James worked with me so I was able to get everything done without leaving the truck. And they did a wonderful job. Truck looks brand new

The customer follow up from this place is just awful. I hadn t heard from anyone on the estimated date of completion for my vehicle about pick up, so I drove over a few days later only to find out that a tree had fallen on my vehicle on their property and caused additional minor damages. No one had even bothered to call me to tell me what was going on. Fast forward to the issues I dealt with on my deductible. At the time of pick up I told the cashier that my deposit was not $500 but $250. She ensured my insurance company said $500. So I paid the $500. Once my insurance company opened, I called and they verified that it should have been $250. After numerous calls to Complete Autobody and no return calls, I was finally able to speak to the manger who pretty much redirected me to the same gentlemen who failed at to follow up or find remedy the situation. Of course he said that he d call me back which he didn t. The following week I called back and he s still trying to figure out how to get me my refund. It s been almost a month trying to get back the $250 I was overcharged, this is insane.Service: Body & Trim
