Where do I begin, my house caught fire 12/31/2023, which resulted in my truck being damaged to the fire, It first started when I came to the shop and had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Angie, this lady saw my pain that I was in and from that point on this body shop has done nothing but made me feel assured that my truck was going to be good. The professional and great customer friendly service was from day one until I received my vehicle back. The gentleman that I had the pleasure of working with to have my truck repaired Mr. Billy he delt with the insurance company through the whole ordeal, I am more than satisfied with the service and the work all around. see the pictures of my truck before and after. I needed to have my hood repainted. It looked pretty rough compared to the rest of the car. Classic Auto Body did an excellent job without breaking my bank account. I would definitely use these folks again. The picture probably doesn't do it justice. It looks like a newer car now. Plus, they took some scratches out of the fender. I definitely appreciate their work and their efforts!

Greetings, just stopping by to give my experience with Classic Auto Body Shop. I will say this hands down great experience. I brought my Dodge Durango to the shop in order to get an estimate for a SRT Hood installation paint and minor fender paint touch up. I am terrible with names but the women working behind the counter had exceptional customer service. She was nice and communicated thoroughly throughout the process. The owner, actually was the one who gave me the quote for the work with genuine transparency. I expressed to the owner that I had a rental car for 6 days and to let me know if it would take longer than that so i can coordinate with the rental company. The owner ensured me that process would only take 4-5 days and sure enough I dropped my truck off Monday and he was calling me Friday for pick up. I couldn t be more satisfied with the outcome. As you can see from the picture, they did a tremendous job. Also note they give you a lifetime guarantee certificate if any defects appear overtime. I will definitely return if I need any future work.

I was super impressed with Classic Auto body. They were so flexible with my work schedule for dropping off and picking up. Communication was great and the work was completed amazing and timely! My husband said my truck hasn t ever looked this good! Have found my body shop for all future needs!! Highly recommend.

Have dealt with Classic Auto Body for years and they have never let me down. They do fantastic work. Just had a car in for work and they had the car back to me in 3 days. I appreciate the professionalism and the great work!

Classic Auto Body was great from start to finish. Billy kept me informed through the entire process and dealt with the insurance so didn t have to. He walked me out on pickup day to go over all the repairs. My car looks brand new again. I highly recommend them!!

It has now become a family tradition for us to use this body shop. They always offer excellent customer service. They are also very fast and work well with insurance companies. No other body shop in the area is as good as Classic.

Rob and Crew took very good care of me. There was a delay due to special order parts and Classic worked hard to get me back in my vehicle as quickly as possible! They even fixed what should ve been an easy warranty repair to make up for the delay. (Dealer quoted me two months for parts) I can t even tell where the repair took place in my fairly new pickup. I d trust Classic with my Truck anytime!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They fixed my wife's car after an accident with a deer. She was terrified that the car would not look the same. Especially since she just bought it. The car looks amazing. I would give more stars if I could.

My buddy unfortunately took his mirror off on his brand new truck and took it to these guys to repair it. The job was done quickly and reasonable and the returned it better than before as they color matched the black mirror to the red truck.

The management n staff at Classic Auto Body of Waldord are the Doctors of Autobody. The staff are awesome friendly, efficient , reliable n on point with their answers for all questions. They treated your vehicle like a delicate baby. Love these people n. Highly recommended in a time of need for your vehicle repairs. I will give them a 15 on a scale of 1-10. They are more than 5star

For the actual items needing repair job was done well. However communication on there end is horrible and they are very forget full, I ask for my front license plate to not be put on new bumper cause I didn't want holes in it they said they will make sure they don't, but still did it anyway SMH. Then I had a aluminating item attached to my driver door they knocked it of and instead of putting it back on they throw it in the back seat floor and don't say anything, then I found that my windshield fluid line that go to sprayers they didn't put any of the clips back in and left them dangling, so I fixed that, then the icing on the cake was one of there idiotic mechanics didn't even know how so secure a negative battery terminal back properly and when i went to disconnect it the day I got it back to install new coil packs, it was so loose I could pull it right off, which ever of you mechanics did that working on my mustang you need to find another profession, like how can you not remove a negative terminal wire from battery and reinstall properly, that's basic smh.

My car ended up in a accident. Classic Auto Body repaired the back of the car replacing the rear end bumper, glass, trunk, etc. Shortly after the repair the car sounded like it was literally coming apart in the roof with pops and bangs. Took the car back and Classic Auto Body said they would have to replace the roof liner due to hail damage. Classic Auto Body wanted to have my insurance adjuster come back out to estimate. We explained we were taking our car somewhere else. They proceeded to put the roof liner in after taking it out. Now I have flathead screwdriver marks in my roof liner.I know a lot of people could not afford this work out of pocket. I choose not to do business with Classic Auto Body Repair Inc. I did give them a chance to make things right before writing this review.Service: Body & Trim

Classic Auto Body did a fine job repairing my bad parking job (watch those cart returns at BJ's!!). I managed to nearly rip my front bumper off. My car dealer recommended Classic Auto Body for repair and I was extremely pleased. This was a personal job, not an insurance claim, and I found their prices extremely reasonable. They only took a couple days for the repair which I thought was excellent and included painting the new bumper. Their work is excellent and my car looks almost new again. I cannot say enough good things about this auto body repair shop! From the moment I went in for a estimate to the moment I picked up my car. The car is beautifully fixed, and it was even washed and vacuumed! I live a bit far away and they worked with me and my crazy schedule and always were nice and respectful. I am so disappointed with this place and I always do my homework when choosing a place to get my cars repaired but I didn't with this place because it was my car insurance company that recommended it. The only thing I can say about this place that never gave me a service is that if you have a problem that involves the insurance company, better look for another place, they just had my car parked for several days in their lot and they couldn't even make an estimate and the lady at front lied to me several times, she is nice and friendly but she lies, that tells me a lot about a place. When I complained to my insurance company they lied to my insurance company too. Dealing with this place was a waste of my precious time.

Best Staff. Billy is always professional, polite, informative. He gets the job done and explains every step of the way. Always provides accurate time to have your car. Front Desk is also always up beat and courteous. I only want to go here. The staff is always happy and ready to help. Fair, Honest and Caring!

I had my bumper replaced by Classic Auto Body. Had a estimate was satisfied with the estimate until I got a phone call that said it was going to $500 more. That s fine. The problem I have is on the bill the reason for the increase was for paint labor/ paint materials. It doubled in price for these. My bumper didn t double in size from the estimate. I just feel like I been had.

No one ever thinks they need to keep a body shop on speed dial, but for reason I do. I have used Classic on three separate occasions for various repairs to different vehicles. They do great work and have the best customer service. Even the insurance integration was seamless. I hope to not need body work to my vehicle in the near future, but should that be the case .Classic will be my choice.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Unfortunately I've been to this shop a number of times in the last year because my car seems to me a magnet for other drivers, tree branches, hail and other things when it's parked!!Fortunately, the team that I go to are always great. They're pleasant and always do great work. I would highly recommend them if you ever need any kind of body work especially.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had my car towed there after accident, awesome customer service. Minimal amount days to fix a lot of damage. Great crash which is great work and great blending of the paint. Highly recommend. I also recommend a good conversation with Leon the owner he's phenomenal
