Had my oil change here today and I was very impressed. Prior to this visit, I ve always dreaded having to waste my whole day just because of an oil change, but my experience today was different. The staff were pleasant and friendly and I was in and out at record time. Thanks for the great service! I will definitely be returning and telling those I know about you.

Amazing service and attention to detail. I was able to get my vehicle repaired same day and great prices. They also told me another problem I was having with my vehicle and repaired that as well. I am very pleased with the service I received and my vehicle is riding just like new again. Highly recommend Chosen Automotive for your car repairs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

My husband always take our cars here. They are very thorough and always get the job done without keeping your vehicle all day. Easy to drop off and pickup, the owner is nice and knowledgeable.

I think I just found my newmechanic. My husband tookmy truck in on Saturdaybecause it was making ahumming nose when I wasturning. The mechanic wasable to diagnose and repairmy truck the same day. Notonly did she fix the hummingsound but she also fixedanother problem that I havehad for years. Thank you forthe outstanding service.Happy wife!!!

Staff was courteous. I spoke with Carolyn who was very helpful. I was there to get the oil pan replaced and get an oil change. They told me everything else that needed repair under my car.

It's ok here nothing worth bragging about. The male mechanic didn't take in consideration that the customers could hear him swearing loudy as he worked on the vehicles. I had to ask the lady at the front desk was everything ok. The female mechanic there is pretty good she'll get you in and out fast, provided they don't bend or break a part of your car then act like it's been that way before they got to it, then informs you it's been that way and another must be purchased before being installed.

I have been taking my vehicles to the owner for awhile, also get great service. Very pleasant and reasonably. I can just them to look at my vehicle and I get things done. Thanks I ll always come back.

Excellent Customer Service! My Vehicle Was Fixed Quickly & Efficiently! I Would 100% Recommend Getting Your Vehicle Serviced Here! I Will Definitely Be Returning.UPDATE: 2/1/2020Ok so I went to get my car serviced at the Hyundai dealership where(I usually go to get services done to my car) because of my car feeling like it was gliding(same issue I brought it to chosen auto for 2 months ago) and they tell me I need a wheel alignment BAD! now I was a little confused because I JUST got my car serviced for a wheel alignment at chosen auto 2 months ago!!!! So I am very frustrated because I spent money on this service to be done correctly and that wasn t the case! I will not be returning and I do not recommend chosen auto!

The overall service was simply outstanding! You can tell they're fairly new to the business as it takes awhile for them to pull up the cost details, so be patient. They were honest and better than fair cost while even doing simple things for no charge. Will be using them regularly.

Always awesome! Honest, quick, courteous, and price just right for repairs. Always inform you upfront and allow you to bring in parts, if possible.
