If I could give 0 stars I would. Brought my Chrysler 300 to be fixed only for the work to be half done, old damaged parts put back on, my car still left with damage from the accident as well as the service tech killing my battery and my car being damage upon pick up. I took my car twice to have the situation fixed and addressed and it still wasn t. They left glass all in my vehicle and in the engine bay after telling me they cleaned it which clearly they didn t. My insurance company and I did a three way call and spoke to John who had I would be hearing back from him in 24-48hours It s now been over a week with no call back and when I call to get an update I m told I ll be called back with no call back. I would never recommend them not even to my worst enemy. Only bring your car here if you want the work to be half done and to have horrible customer serviceServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I give Caliber Collision a thumbs up! I love the communication throughout the time my car was there for service. Never once I had to call wondering the status of repairs I was updated frequently. I would definitely recommend this auto repair shop. Thanks

Kept updating progress of vehicle repair. Was ready when promised with no additional surprises from the estimate. Did have to take back once to fix an issue, but it was done the next day and no further problems. Staff was nice to work with and patiently answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. No one wants to be in an accident , but I would take my car there again if necessary. Great body work!

I received text messages daily on the status of the repairs. The vehicle was done earlier than expected and the repairs were high quality. It looked as though the damage never happened. Thanks so much. I would use Caliber Collision again.

This is the second time I've brought my car to Caliber Collision. Both times they did a phenomenal job!! They were so nice and kept me updated the entire time! Also, I got my car back 4 days earlier!!

Ms/Mrs. Colby Stevenson and the lady at the Front Desk provided me the experience I've been waiting for in terms of Customer Service and Support! I highly recommend their services. Of course the repair side of the company did an exceptional job! I feel like my car is BRAND NEW!!!

I have been to some janky collision places in the past.. But this time... I was on the money!!! Robert!!!!! Robert was amazing.. He explained everything to me and he went above and beyond for me... I truly appreciate it... and unlike other local collision shops, ALL MY STUFF WAS STILL IN MY CAR... nothing was stolen!!! or out of place... Thank you guys

BEWARE staff are thief's. Vehicle was towed there by the insurance company. Unfortunately, it was totaled out when I came to retrieve my items I was baffled to find out that most of my things were stolen out of the car. A pair of Dior sunglasses. My change was stolen. My book bag, full of clothes were stolen, and other items that I had in my car, of course staff told me that it could not be proven. Leave nothing as value in your car because they will take it.

I was in a car accident and a bit shooken up from it, nervous as this was my first time but everyone at the collision caliber in Waldorf were extremely helpful. They made the transition of dropping off my car and working along side Enterprise to help me get a rental.The staff kept me updated on the repairs via phone call and text messages which I found relieving.The entire staff is professional and welcoming, you can tell that they love their job. I have used this company for two vehicles. The customer service is on point as soon as you walk through the door. My vehicles look new once they have completed the work. The provide the customers with snacks when providing the initial evaluation of the car. The kept me informed about every stage of repair via text. The accepted my rental car and returned it for me the day I picked up my car. And...they finished the work on my vehicle two days ahead of time. They are awesome.Service: Painting

Because of google, I had to give them a one star. Please read this post in its enitrety! My car sat with them for over a month and an half because of an paint issue . After causing additional damage to my vehicle, this place charged me additionally for an issue that they caused. Getting a hold of the owner is similar to being struck by lightning. I was told that I would have be reimbursed for paying for an additional deductible and like I figured, still no reimbursement. The receptionist is quick to get you off of the phone, and if you are reading this pl do not drop your rental vehicle off with them. They will not close out your rental properly and it will be a headache trying to go through the rental company to get reimbursed. To put the cherry on top, my vehicle came back with the check engine light on after having no issues with the engine light since I have owned the car for almost 6 years. After the heartache that this has caused, I rather would have had them and State Farm claim it as a total loss. Good luck if your vehicle is at the Waldorf location and be prepared to purchase a new vehicle

They held on to my vehicle for 3 days past the estimated completion date, but didn't notify my insurance company. So i had to pay the rental company for those 3 extra days out of pocket. That's enough for me to never come here again.

Great potential. They were fast and communicated through the app once the car was registered. I didn t think it would take 4 or more days just to enter the car for such a slight repair but after that they stayed on schedule.

They are serious about customer service and attention to detail. They set a new standard of how it should be done. My car was stolen and looked pretty bad when recovered by the Police. The car was towed to Caliber Collision and within 7-days it was ready. The car looked like new!!! I was blown away!!!Thank you so much Caliber Collision and Chuck, my rep!!!

We had a great experience here through the Geico partnership. Jessica with Caliber really made this experience great by providing us with consistent updates along the way. Even when there were no updates she still checked in. We were able to leave our rental there at the facility when picking up our truck. All done on time. Very good quality work.Service: Body & Trim
