I m so pleased with the customer service here at Boswell s, I m writing a review before my car has even been looked at!! They are so friendly, and they truly care about their customers. American owned and operated, and they also work with a towing company who provides excellent service as well as being affordable All mechanics have been trained and certified, I definitely recommend Boswell s!!!Mattie

I brought a car here for repairs about 10 years ago and I was 100% completely satisfied with that experience. Fast forward to today . I purchased a newer vehicle that needed to be MD inspected and knew exactly who to call. They fit me into the schedule very quickly and when I dropped my vehicle off I was met with the same kindness and professionalism that I remembered from the many years before. I would absolutely 100% recommend Boswell s Auto Repair to anyone who is searching for an auto repair shop.

Exceptional And Caring Auto Service by Boswell Auto ServiceI recently had the pleasure of taking my car to Boswell Auto Service for some much-needed repairs and maintenance. Called Boswell - used their towing company to get me to their auto service. Picked up in 30 minutes. They diagnosed the issue the next morning-clamp loose and lost all my antifreeze. Installed new clamp the same day for amazing price on my LR:Disco sport!

Boswell provided me with the best and upmost respect and service. After a bad experience at the dealership, fluffing my services and price gauging, I was referred here by a friend and I was NOT disappointed at all. The first phone conversation with Ms. Rachel, she explained their policy which put me at ease. From there I knew I was at the right place and going to be taken care of. This was all proven when 1) Mr. Tom called to give me a real diagnosis of my car; 2) the real cost of the repairs; 3) the time in which the car was going to be ready. Boswell Auto has a forever customer with me. When you go, tell them G sent ya!

I want to thank Boswell's for their OUTSTANDING customer service , honesty and support !!!!! Recently i had my vechile inspected at another shop and was told that I needed my front and rear motor mounts replaced and was quoted a ridiculous amount for repairs without any explanation or details from the mechanic. So i left the shop and did some research and called Boswell's and the mechanic there explained everything that I needed in details. Tom quoted me a great fair price . Also, come to find out that i only needed the front mount and not the rear. Repairs were done in a timely manner and everyone at the shop was professional from start to finish !!! My husband and I will be getting any future repairs to our cars done at Bowell's. YOU HAVE DEFINITELY EARNED OUR TRUST !! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP !!!!! Again thank you so much and I truly appreciate you !!

Rarely have I had a good experience with an independently owned auto repair shop, but Boswell has broken that decades long streak! I've interacted with Tom, Rachel and one other person and each have delivered outstanding service. I know Tom to be honest and fair as I dropped off the car expecting a much higher estimate (diagnosis) and rather he stated I didn't need the work I was prepared to pay for! He immediately earned my trust as he could have overcharged me for an unneeded repair and I never would have been the wiser.I've since brought all three of my Nissans to him for repair and intend to stick with this shop as long as I'm in the region.Highly recommend! Honest and fair pricing -- a rare combination today.

I went to Nissan for a diagnosis because I was hearing a very loud noise. The cause of the noise was the wheel bearing. I was told I would need to replace 2 wheel bearings immediately to fix the cabin noise and replace the other 2 soon. I was told if one is going out the others will go out soon.Boswell did there own diagnostic and suggested I replace one wheel bearing and did so at nearly 50% of the cost and fixed my cabin noise.I would suggest this company to anyone looking for an honest diagnostic on there vehicle and fair pricing!Awesome Shop! Wouldn't be able to work with out them!

I used Boswell Auto Repair Service twice. The prices are very reasonable. The customer service was great. Because of their great work. I am able to park in my garage again. I would recommend them if your looking for great service.

Our Honda Pilot broke down on 301 and we had it towed to Boswell!We got here on Thursday, Tom managed expectations and stated he could not get to us until Friday. Tom the owner was very nice, listened to my issues. I've heard great things about this shop and how honest they are! I hope they get to the bottom of the issues my car is having, and I'm confident they will! Will make another review once car the car is complete! Very happy so far!

I spoke to Tom the owner, he was very courteous and professional and a great help explained to me what the issues could be and got me in first thing Monday morning to check my car out and see what's going on. I've heard many great things about Boswells looking forward to starting a relationship with their business for any needs my car might come across.

My neighbor recommends me to Boswell Auto Service and said that he would take good care of my car. He was right. I had a great experience at Bowell Auto Service. Mr. Boswell is a very nice and honest man. He reminds me of being back home in a small town in North Carolina where everyone takes their car to because you know you would get the best price, and he would take care of your car. When I tell you you won t be disappointed you won t! Do you need major repairs with affordable price that won t break your pocket? Yes! This is the place! I have an 2012 Acura and when I say it run better than some these 2022 s I can t thank nobody but Tom and his guys. The turn around time is great never had any more issues since I been going here and his wife is the sweetest with a swift reply!

I brought my car into Tom for brake service, oil change, engine light and tire repair. Tom called me with an estimate on services required as well as services which could have been delayed. I had him do it all. Tom was quick and efficient with my car's needs. If you want amazing service, good prices and to make sure your vehicle is actually taken care of this is the place to go. I have brought two of my vehicles here on multiple occasions and each time the service has been spectacular but the most recent incident made me realize I will only bring my vehicles here. I have a 2017 Jeep with very low miles on it and one day it started shaking and the check engine light came on. I had the vehicle towed to the Jeep dealership closest to my home. After having my vehicle sit at the dealership for 4 days they finally called and quoted me an outrageous price that I could not even fathom for spark plugs. Not to mention they had a list of other repairs that they stated the car needed. I called Boswell's because I had a Honda that needed some work a while back and they had fixed it for way under what the dealership had stated. When I called and explained my situation they were so helpful. They took the time to listen, they asked me questions to ask the dealership and they were helpful. They even explained to me what exactly needed to be done to fix the sparkplugs and how long it would take to get the work done. I got the car towed over to them late on a Friday evening and on Monday I got the call stating my car was ready to go. They saved me almost $600. I informed them I would pick the car up first thing Tuesday morning. Their shop does not open until 8am but when I showed up almost 20 minutes early the doors were unlocked, my car was out front and they were still pleasant!!!!!!!!!!! Not to mention the list of things Jeep was saying I needed they did not say. They said that the car was in good condition and if I needed anything or had any other problems to let them know. Thank you so much Boswell for the friendly, fast and amazing service.

I have a 2115 Mustang. Problem with the A/C. I took it to Boswell Auto Service. He inspected the vehicle and found the problem in a timely manner. He repair the problem, I was satisfied. Everything working as advertised. About 2 months later, the problem return. I call and took it back in. A couple of hours later, he repaired the problem. So everything working great. About 3 months later, the problem return again. He repaired again, so far so good. Oh I forgot to mention, he never charged me for the repaired each time. He guaranteed his work and will make sure everything is working. I am satisfied and will continue to take my vehicle to him. I feel like he went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle problem. Great guy, honest and fair. I recommend him if you have any problems with your vehicle, this where you should take it.Service: Air conditioning
