Always a great experience! I feel comfortable to just walk in with any questions I have and they are always going above and beyond to answer it. I don t wait more than a few minutes to get service, though I have to say I always like going to Melanie because she is always great and knows my name and vehicle. Today I also had the pleasure of working with Joe. I had a weird situation and questions and he immediately went to work getting answers for me. A++ device.

I had some issues with my brakes and went to another dealer and the issue wasn't really being addressed. I called Bayside and talked to the service manager Ryan who already had a plan in place due to other drivers having similar issues with the same car. I came in and Micah checked me in and kept me informed of how my car was doing while I was waiting. Then at the end I talked to Dale who worked on my vehicle to answer any questions I had.I will continue to go to Bayside for any service I need on my Stinger going forward!thanks again Bayside!

I've been going to Bayside or Kia of Waldorf since 2016 when I purchased my 2017 Kia Sportage SX Turbo AWD.I've been very happy (maybe even impressed) with the service at this dealership. They are unlike other dealers' service areas. They tell you want you need and you must give them the authorization to make the repair/replacement.They are an honest dealer - quick to listen and fast to correct anything that was not performed to the customer's standard.Ryan the Service Advisor is a ROCK STAR!He/they have always taken very good care of my car and I enjoy our interactions as it's direct and he always makes it easy to understand the needed repair and how the car will be impacted if it's not performed, even how long I can wait before it will be necessary CLONE RYAN!I also had two wonderful ladies shuttle drivers who picked me up and dropped me off when I had my last repair. They were polite, professional, and very good and safe drivers too.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Electrical, Auto brake repair, Engine repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

Extremely Professional Courteous and Pleasant Staff when I arrived. Then Ashley the Service Advisor extended so much help in explaining my car other issues that was helpful in me making a decision. She also helped me with coupons to help me with my payment. Awesome Job Baydside KIA.

I personally would like to Thank Steve Barron and the parts department for assisting me with the purchase of aftermarket parts, side steps, mud guards and hood deflector. They called two days later that my parts arrived. Very fast. The service Department let me know that they could schedule me about a week later, which was not going to work for me, because I was leaving for California to have my New KIA Sorrento Plug-in Hybrid shipped to Hawaii. I went in to pick up my parts and Steve asked why I wasn t going to have service department install the new parts. I explained my situation a he called a Service Technician over and asked them to try and work me in. I left my vehicle there and by the next day they called and said it was ready. When I picked up my car it looked outstanding. I offered to donate something to the Christmas party, but he said that s okay and he even Thanked me for my Service. My father also a Veteran has two KIA's and has them serviced there. I am Thankful for the above and beyond help Bayside has provided myself and family. Been to this location twice for service. Each time was a great experience. All of the associates communicate what's going on with your vehicle and provide updates as necessary. The available financing option is a plus as well, especially when the repairs are several thousands of dollars. The only issue I had during my last visit was they my car wasn't taken to the back until almost an hour after my appointment. Why make an appointment if the vehicles aren't going to be taken back at the time of the appointment? Other than that, no issues with this dealership a service department, I'll continue to go to this location.

Front desk customer service is great! Very professional! But I'm only giving it 3 stars because my taser which was in a box in my glove compartment was no longer in the box after a service appt. No one else drives my truck so by deduction I can say that's when it disappeared. The joka who took it had the nerve to leave the empty box with the charger still in it...smh. If you're going to steal it just take the whole freaking box! Needless to say now when I get my vehicle serviced I empty out the whole truck which I shouldn't have to do but you shouldn't be rummaging through my vehicle either soooo....

Took my vehicle in for service at 1:00 pm thought it would have to stay overnight. Went to grab the car seats at the end of day and was surprised that Ryan H. Had managed to get my vehicle complete same day. I was helped by Ryan W. and he not only got me out the door quickly but also walked me to my vehicle providing a favorable experience. I would recommend Bayside Kia for service anywhere!

I needed a computer update on car and oil change on my Kia Sorrento. The techs did the oil change and computer update and then made a list of all things they thought should be changed for about $1,000. on parts.We saw items that did not need changed?We did all $100. directly from parts store.They were very rude about updating my Kia mileage, where I get a Kia Visa card for reimbursement & it was $124. & my birthday. I am 100% mute person and that didn't help, as they didn't want to help me

I go back and forth with this place. Nice stuff generally but had a 7:30am oil change appt and didn't leave until 9:40. I appreciate the tire rotation, but they rotated new tires and didn't notice. Hmmmm. I'll go back but be very specific about my service. Also tried to sell me lots of extra services. Typical of a dealer I guess.

I worked with Kiele when purchasing a new car. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. Business felt more casual and the conversations were fun. Any questions that I had were answered quickly and honestly. The entire process was great and if I was in the need for another car I would absolutely go back to her and the crew here.

Bought my car from Bayside Kia in Waldorf today. Randy flowers was my sales representative. He was professional, courteous, answered all of my questions, was well versed in the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Mr. Flowers had completed all of the paperwork before my arrival on the day of purchase. I spent no more than an hour and 15 minutes going through the purchasing process. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend Bayside Kia in Waldorf and Randy Flowers. Lastly, I purchased a Sorrento SX prestige. The car is absolutely amazing, the best car I have ever owned, I look forward to driving it. I immediately fell in love with it.

I had a recall on my car and had 8:00am appt. They told me it would be 1 1/2 hr but I was out in 1 hr. They alway give me great service when I go there and they are very friendly. 5 stars for me.
