Absolute excellent customer service. Lisa is an absolute rockstar. I had the misfortune of having cosmetic repairs. But I'd suggest this company to anyone needing body repairs.

I recommend Joe Hudsons Collision Center for your car body repairs. Recently, my 2020 Chevrolet Malibu was rear ended, I though my vehicle was beyond repair and would be sent to be replaced. However, they, repairs was like new . Parts, Sensors, paint and everything was available, making the repair possible and in a timely manner. With a life time warranty to match for any complaint , that might arise. Thanks

Good place just took twice as long as expected to get everything fixed completely, they even did minor things that I appreciated brake fluid and etc and also a nice wash and vacuum and cleaning. If you dont mind the wait go for it. Service is always great as well

The administrative staff did outstanding job coordinating Getting authorization to repair my vehicle as well an authorization for a rental car. The repair to my vehicle was done on time, and the quality of the work was outstanding.

Had an appointment at 9:15 did not hear anything from them by 1pm (after I was told estimate would take only 45 min). I called around 145 and was told I would get an email with my estimate by the end of the day (Before 5pm). Next morning still no estimate. Called right before 10 and was told they can't work on my vehicle because it's over 200,000 miles. Sorry1. What does the mileage have to do with getting a repair2. Why didn't anyone call me the moment the estimate started to inform me3. Where in a Handbook or website does it say this in your policyTERRIBLE COMMUNICATION.Extremely mad. Time wasted

They do very good work and the staff is very friendly. But it takes them a very long time to complete repairs. Also they do a very poor job of giving you updates on the progress of repairs to your vehicle.

I have came to this Auto Body shop back some years ago and then they did a great job on my car. Recently I had to return to them for another makeover on my vehicle and Once again they did a superb job on my car. Everyone is knowledgeable about their work especially Ms.Raneea. If you looking for a great Body shop this is the place to go

I was visiting from Toronto when one of my tail lights stopped working. Took my car to a couple of shops and got some pretty expensive quotes. But Deone Wilder gave me a very honest assessment of the issue and fixed it for much cheaper within an hour. My apologies for the late review Deone but know that your efficient quality service and honesty are much appreciated!Service: Electrical

Joe Hudson took over for Marlboro Auto Body and they don't care about the customer. Charged me personally for additional labor rates without my consent. Used to love this place. Unfortunately, I will never return.

I took my Ford Focus RS here after I cracked my bumper and fog light, from prior experiences I expected they'd say 2-3 weeks for the repair. Deone told me it would be a week, he was spot on (actually a little early!) And the car looks like it did after it just rolled off the lot back in 2017!Excellent customer service, and very high quality work!

Did a great job on body work. The rest of the service left quite a bit to be desired. Changed my initial estimate date, made me wait an additional week and a half. Also missed windshield repair even though it was mentioned & documented. Never completed windshield replacement or even communicated w/ me about it.

The entire process with Marlboro Auto Body was very professional. From the beginning of the restoration process, Jessica was in constant communication with me, letting me know as soon as an estimate was made, what my part in the process would be, and the estimated time to finish.The finished product is better than it was before, my only regret for the entire process is that more of my car wasn't damaged so that they could have restored more of it.Overall I was very satisfied with their service from start to finish and recommend Marlboro Auto Body to anyone I know who wants quality body work done.
