This is a rogue shop, do not speak good faith, very bad I sent my car to be scrapped half a month ago. The staff said that I needed to cancel the registration document and let me put the car down. Today I sent the cancelled document to them They said there was no need to cancel the documents, they had already dismembered the car, they could only give me $50, I went to the car dealer before someone gave me $300 I think my car should be worth more, it s 2004 white camry LE. this shop so bad. It only gave me $50, and dismembered the car without notice.

This place is Fantastic. Great customer service. They also have a very large inventory of auto parts so you know you ll find what your looking for. I called this place because they were the only salvage yard within 5 hours away from where I live that had the available parts I needed. They were very kind and helpful. They delivered my parts through UPS that day and the next morning I already had the parts I needed to finish my restoration project. Definitely giving them 5 stars.

Great customer service experience, had many of the parts in stock that I needed, and even reached out to another company for a part I needed that they did not carry. Great place and smooth transaction. Will be back if my car calls for it.

When I called the first time the gentleman who answered was helpful by letting me know that the person I needed to speak to wasn't available at that time, and the time he gave was on point. I called back and spoke with the young lady who pointed me in the right direction. Always had a great experience with B&B!

Hank and the folks at B&B were most helpful to me in finding a very rare engine. They went beyond expectations, found the engine and helped me to confirm it s specifications. Very good business reputation the guys are great called them by phone for finding a part for my 95 PATHFINDER and for me and to get it shipped from there to NY and to pull it and take a look to make sure the part is good to go they always gave me options the guys are wonderful and willing to help.

B&B is the first call I make when needing used parts for my vehicle. They are one of the only salvage yards in the area that have parts for my car, and they even delayed crushing them as I am a repeat customer going back to them for parts as I need them. They are always cordial, professional, and help me with the parts I need. As I mentioned, they are the first call I make when I need parts. Good job B&B!

The young lady that help me was very professional and shipped me a part that I received 1 day later. Also has been very helpful with me trying to locate a kick down cable for my 1992 dodge pickup.

Excellent salvage yard. Only complaint I have is with myself not them. I keep forgetting about them because they're on the other side of route 301.

They DID NOT have my part, BUT the rep was kind enough to find another business that had the part and gave me the location and phone # so I could contact them. 5 STARS to them for EXCELLENT customer service. Business the way business should be done.

I love junk yards, especially pick and pull yards like this one. Proper PPE is a must for me, but I get the needed part and save money and stuff from the landfill...good stuff!
