PARS has been my trusted auto service shop for 10 + years.I have entrusted them with 2 Mercedes and a Volkswagen over the years, and they have taken exceptional care in servicing and repairing all my cars.These guys are the only people I trust with my car and to shoot me straight about what is going on with it.Their work is always meticulous.The pricing is very fair and reasonable.Exceptional and friendly customer service.I recently moved 30 minutes away from the location and still take my car to PARS.I cannot express enough how wonderful these guys are!Highly Recommend!!!

I always receive excellent customer service with every visit! The staff are super friendly & attentive to the needs of the customer. The work on my vehicle is always completed in a timely manner & the costs are reasonable. Would not want to take my car anywhere else.

Best experience yet! I ve never had the best luck with auto shops/car work. Everyone at Pars is honest, integral, prompt and passionate! The best (and cleanest!) auto shop I ve ever been to and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Over the past year I have been taking my 2 older model Mercedes Benz vehicles to Pars after a family recommendation. The service is impeccable, the staff is courteous and attentive, and pricing is affordable. I have never left unsatisfied and highly recommend them for all of your auto needs.

I have been using Pars Auto Service for all of my maintenance work for my vehicle for many years. In fact, my entire family has been with this company for years for all our services and never been disappointed. Sahand and staff have been very welcoming and true to their commitment. My GMC runs like it s new even up to this very day and I m very pleased. Thank you for always taking care of my family and I vehicles.

I have used PARS Auto Service for almost 10 years! I know when I bring my vehicle in for repairs, they are going to treat me good! They are always SUPER courteous, great with communication and I have to say, I NEVER feel taken advantage of as a female bringing my car into their auto shop. They explain everything in detail and never over charge. In fact, when I thought I needed a particular service in the past, they informed me it was not needed. Not your typical auto repair shop. This Father and Son duo are amazing! Thank you for keeping my vehicle safe!

I was recommended to this shop by a friend of mine. They are very professional and have great customer service, but my issue is not their integrity but the work. I took my 2012 range rover evoque in to check a coolant leak and to have it repaired. Spent over $1k on everything, including other diagnostics, but the coolant leak still exists today. I have to put more coolant in the reservoir every so often. They did reach out to me after they had worked on my vehicle to see how everything was going with my vehicle, but I just decided not to answer and move on. Don't think they thoroughly checked to see if the issue was fixed because my wife noticed the issue still existed the very next day after picking up the suv. I would rather not give them another crack at fixing it they may cost me more money than I already lost since they weren't able to fix the initial problem.I'm not trying to speak on no one's else experience with this shop but my own! Nor am I saying these guys are scammers. it's just always a 50/50 chance with these mechanic shops. Customer beware! You are spending your money at your own risk, and nothing is guaranteed!

Best mechanic in Baltimore county. Trustworthy, honest and dependable. My family and I have been visiting Ramin and his son for a decade and the service is always excellent. You will be met with a smile and assurance that your vehicle is in expert hands. I cannot recommend this mechanic enough.

I have been coming to Pars Auto Services for now over 12 years since 2011and I must say I leave confidently knowing my car is in tiptoe condition. This place is the best for foreign cars hands down. Pricing is reasonable and they will never upsell you on any service you do not need. These guys are honest and are good at what they do I will never take my benz back to the dealership unless its something they say they cannot do but they do which is rare.

Best Baltimore area car mechanics hands down. We've been customers for decades for our Toyota, Subarus, Mercedes. Pars is honest, very reasonably priced, super competent, and never tries to sell us on unnecessary repairs. We have never had to get any Pars repair looked at twice. We absolutely trust them.

The entire team over at Pars Auto Service went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and easy. Hats off and a special Thank You to Sahand who took his time to really explain and help me understand the important details about my vehicle. I was referred to this place by my brother who swore that this was the best place to go. I had to get back brakes and sensors. Not only did I love this place, I talked about this place after I left and told all my family and friends how accommodating nice and honest this family establishment is. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that has car trouble and wants to get an honest opinion and get it fixed right by great guys who know what they're doing. I have been going to pars for about 5/6 years and they have always done a great job! I have a 2018 Hyundai Tucson and anything I need done, they are able to fix in a timely manner. I literally always get in and out with no problems. They do not have you waiting all day just for a quick oil change like some other places! They are very communicative and they always reach out to check on my car and how it s running. I was told about PARS from a few family members and they all have nothing but great things to say as well!Services: Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Do not take your car here. $3000 was paid to fix my car, rode off the lot with my engine light on. The owner got very disrespectful with me and refuse to correct the issue. The Owner is nice until there is a problem.
