NTB offered great service and had my car ready in no time. Being stranded anywhere with a flat tire is not on anyones bingo card. A quick call to NTB and they had my car elevated and my tire checked within 20 minutes!! Highly recommend taking your vehicle there. Theyll take great care of you.

Kenneth and Josh were amazing. I arrived not long before closing and they were kind enough to squeeze me in. They explained everything so that there were no surprises. Turns out there was some finangling to get things working in the car which caused them to work a bit late. Thank you!

FIrst they put the wrong size tires on the car. Then the receipt shows my mileage at 50,000, exactly, when the odometer clearly shows 70,600. This cheats me out of 20,000 miles if something were to go wrong. Finally the steering wheel has a plastic cover on it to protect it but the seat had a big ole dirt smudge across it. Inexcusable sloppiness on so many counts.

Took my car in for a tire replacementand wheel alignment following a minor fender bender from the weekend and was met with excellent customer service. Despite spending way more than I had expected to spend, both Datonice and the rest of the staff were so friendly and informative along the way.

This is slowly becoming my go to shop. Ive stopped by twice in the last 6 months and both times have been a fantastic experience. One instance, they informed my I did not need work done when another shop had lied to me about needing a new part. They could have also been dishonest but chose to be straight with me and saved me a bunch of money. Really appreciate the team here!

This used to be my go to shop for oil changes, tire rotations, and more. However after my recent experiences, I m not sure I ll be back.I took my car for an oil change and to check my muffler and a leaking tire I had purchased from this location about a year prior. After 3 hours, my oil change was complete but they were unable to check the muffler due to the mechanic calling off & forgot to check my tire. All the meanwhile, the manager spoke to her team as if they were incompetent in front of me and other customers. Their saving grace for me this day was that they comped my oil change for the inconvenience which was unexpected and much appreciated. However, after doing so the manager asked me to leave a review & took my phone to pull up Towson NTB and clicked 5 stars herself for me to post.I returned the next day to have my tire and muffler looked at. After 4 hours, they called me to let me know my tire was not leaking but that my recently replaced sensors (which they completed) needed replaced again & that my entire exhaust system needed replaced. They told me it would cost almost $5000. I was then pressured into scheduling because they told me the CO2 leaking into my car could kill me and then told I might be better off buying new. In addition, they pressured me into believing there were other issues with my car which is not true and tried to scare me into thinking they would find more wrong with my car once they replaced the exhaust system. After explaining my sensors were fine and my tire was actually leaking and had been an ongoing issue I was told that was not urgent. After leaving, my sensor was broken odd it wasn t before I went to NTB.I decided to go elsewhere for a second opinion and wow am I glad I did. Turns out my repairs were not nearly as extensive or costly as NTB Towson tried to scam me into. And side note- my sensors not only weren t an issue before NTB Towson but they didn t all need replaced, either.It is very unfortunate that the previous team is no longer working here. While I appreciate the comped oil change for the inconveniences, I will not be returning.

I went there last week, and DaTonice at the front desk was super helpful the whole time. Walked in, she asked what I was looking for, and she helped me go through all the options, payment plans, price points, and recommendations for MD winter. I desperately needed that as I just moved up from Florida with the Air Force, so I'm not used to the snow and ice. Good prices on everything, great selection, if they don't have it in store they have super fast shipping, very knowledgeable staff, and quality service. Will definitely be coming back with the truck when it gets here. Thank you DaTonice!!!!

Have to take back my 5 star review. The first time I came here I had such a great experience. Walked up without an appointment. Derick was super quick and efficient and got the job done.My second visit I arrived at 8am for my tire to be checked as it was leaking air. I explained that I would swap out the tire whilst they order in a new one. This is exactly what I did less than two months before.The staff had 0 urgency, they spent an hour cleaning their workspace and another 30 minutes just laughing and joking with each other. All whilst I and others were waiting. I asked them how long it would take, which prompted them to get up.It got to 2.5 hours later when I asked if they knew what was wrong with my tire, for me to realise they have not even taken the tire of the wheel in all this time. Then they refused replace the flat tyre with my barely used spare tire until they order in a new tire, and would rather have me drive with a flat tire.I left at 11, 3 hours later with nothing accomplished.Absolutely unacceptable.I will not be using this place again.

I WAS a customer here for years until my last visit. Avoid this place, pay extra and go to a real auto repair. This place is a corporately run business and will squeeze you for unneeded repairs, over charge you and bill you for services advertised on their webpage as free. If you don't believe me, simply sit in their waiting area and listen to hard sell they pressure customers with or let them touch your car, but beware. If I could give 0 stars I would. After buying tires here for multiple cars I will never return, good riddance.

I ve been going to this location for several years and went again recently. As usual, I was met with exceptional service and understanding. Datonice was kind, helpful and communicative throughout every interaction. I would recommend this location to everyone who needs any work done or even just an opinion. 10/10 experience

Datonice really turned my experience around! I was frustrated when I hadn t gotten my tires in when it had been over 2 weeks! She fixed the situation immediately! Also walked me through my vehicle needs and explained everything in detail. I told her I knew a lot about cars but I just needed someone to take the time and explain. The last few encounters I felt really rushed and nothing was answered. So I really thank her for turning everything around and saving me a trip to the dealer!

This review is for the management skills of DaTonice. I had a very frustrating experience originally and then also trying to work with my dealership to resolve an issue and it wasn t until I worked with DaTonice that the issue was able to be addressed. She listened, followed through, fixed the issue and paid extra attention to update me following the work. Her ability to be both thorough and efficient in order to prioritize the customer s concerns and experience is nothing short of remarkable

I d say three stars because the young lady at the front desk is extremely pleasant. But the timeliness of the service sucks in my opinion. They are not honest with the timeliness of their labor, and keep you waiting hours for services i ve had done at NTB, just different locations.

My first vist was back in September and I had a long wait for an oil change only because the oil was not in stock at the moment and had to be ordered and delivered but the manager (A casual dressed guy) gave me a card for a free oil change on my next visit. Went to redeem my free oil change and experience some of the worst customer service from the lady who goes by the name Datonice (Dada), she question me about why I was giving a free oil change, she was very rude, while helping me she would walk away and help other customers to the point she even walked outside to help a customer left me standing there as if I am not a customer, she took my keys and told me have a good day not offering me a seat in the waiting area or nothing so I left I did not want to be around that negative energy. Came back after I received a call saying my car was ready she handed me my keys with no receipt and when I asked for one she said give her a minute she busy at the moment I was so piss after that on top of her begin rude before I will not be going back to this place as long as she works the front desk helping customer.I even called and made a complaint this type of customer service is UNACCEPTABLE so my 1 star review is basically about the customer service I received from her.

DaeDae was amazing!!!! Super friendly, caring and knowledgeable!!! Her bubbly personality gave me a sense of comfort during my distressed situation. Fastest service ever whilst dealing with NTB & trust me Im a vet when it comes to them. I m speaking generation after generation Lol I m definitely coming back to THIS location!!! The whole crew at NTB yesterday were lifesavers, especially Datonice and Kenneth. I had a car with flat tire stuck in a parking garage and they were able to help me get an air compressor to get the car over to NTB and they were able to patch the tire, and get me home on time. I owe them big time, extremely helpful.

A few months ago I had super squeaky breaks and ended up needing to get my entire braking system replaced. Since I was already going in, I figured I may as well get an oil change too. Bad idea. They charged me $300 for an OIL CHANGE. I am a young adult female college student and they certainly took advantage of that. If you are in a similar situation, go somewhere else. Oh, and my brakes still squeak.

Title: Disappointing Experience at NTB Towson - Beware of Unnecessary RepairsI have been a loyal customer of NTB (National Tire and Battery) Towson for quite some time, frequently relying on their services for my vehicle needs. However, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed and questioning the integrity of their operations.I had scheduled appointments for an alignment and brake fluid exchange on December 11, 2023, dropping off my car at noon and expecting to pick it up by 5 p.m. To my dismay, upon arrival, I was informed by Mr. Kane that the technician had not shown up, resulting in a wasted day. Mr. Kane apologized and rescheduled the service for the next morning, promising to address the issue promptly.Returning the following day, I encountered further frustration when I discovered that there was still no technician available. Despite my explanation to another staff member about my previous inconvenience, I was told that my car couldn't be serviced due to a lack of technicians.After an unsuccessful attempt, I decided to seek a quick checkup at another location, where a helpful individual examined my car using a computer and found no issues. Relieved, I scheduled another appointment for the following day at NTB Towson.On December 13, 2023, my wife went to pick up the car, only to be told by Mr. Kane and a woman claiming to be the manager that the alignment was not performed due to serious issues with the inner and outer tie rods. Feeling skeptical, I contacted Mr. Kane during my drive from Richmond, Virginia, and was told that my car was unsafe to drive. However, after getting a second opinion at another location, I learned that there were no such problems with my tie rods.Upon returning to NTB Towson on December 14, I was quoted an exorbitant $2500.00 for repairs, with an offer to finance or a mere $200.00 discount. This attempt to upsell and the conflicting information raised red flags for me.I decided to seek a second opinion at a local workshop, where the technician confirmed that my tie rods were in perfect condition. Feeling deceived, I went to a Toyota dealer, who promptly fixed my alignment without any issues with the tie rods.The behavior and communication from the staff at NTB Towson were unprofessional, and their attempt to convince me of unnecessary repairs was concerning. I paid $211.00 for the tire installation but refused to fall victim to their questionable practices.In conclusion, my recent experience at NTB Towson has left me with a lack of trust in their services. I caution others to be vigilant and consider seeking second opinions before agreeing to costly repairs at this establishment.

I dropped my car off for an oil change, four hours just for it not to be touched and no one to call me to let me know that it was not done. Prior to me leaving my car I asked customer service will it be done before a certain time and they assured me yes. Highly unacceptable, unprofessional.

Highly dissatisfied with my experience. I arrived for my appointment only to be informed that it was scheduled for the following day at the exact same time. A courtesy call to notify me of the location's need to reschedule would have been appreciated, rather than discovering this upon arrival.Returning the next day, I was promised a call once the work was done, but no call came through.Numerous attempts to reach them by phone between 5:30 and 6:00 went unanswered, despite their advertised hours extending until 7pm. When I arrived at the shop around 6:15 pm, I found it dark, my car locked inside, and an employee departing on a motorcycle. It turns out they closed at 6, a detail not specified on their business materials.Subsequently, I voiced my frustrations to the manager, expressing my dissatisfaction about not being informed regarding my vehicle's status and finding my car locked up. Regrettably, my complaints were brushed off, leaving me with the impression that the manager lacked concern. He provided the service cost and eventually walked away.To add to the disappointment, my car remained unfinished despite being left for a tire replacement, a job they couldn't complete within a span of 3 hours.I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. They fail to value both your money and your time. Look elsewhere for better service.

They fixed my flat tire which was great. However I had asked them to change the valve stems on my tires. The very next day after having the new tires put on I see that one of the brand new tires has low air pressure. I take it to the same NTB Towson location the next week for them to tell me my valve stems are broken! So they never changed them! They don t listen to their customers and I now have to miss a college class just before finals because of their ignorance. If I wasn t going to school at Towson University I wouldn t have taken it here. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Had a horrible experience at NTB Towson this week. Technician messed up and ruined our car - used an impact wrench on the wheel lock which caused it to strip outEnded up wasting half my day there until they could figure out what happened.Went there for a simple oil change and tire rotation.Stay away!
