I'd been searching for a vehicle for over 7 months and I found my MINI dealership experiences to be on another level regarding professionalism and patience. My interactions with Michael at Mini of Towson was the best yet. He made it very easy throughout the entire process and ultimately, I decided to fly to MD to make the purchase with Michael. His sincerity and thoroughness are very much appreciated!

Justin and Alan give great customer service as usual.Based on quick research online, the cost to repair/replace my motor mount ($1800!) seemed 3x what it should so wish I had taken my car somewhere else for that, but Mini of Towson did a great job and got it done quickly for me.

All went well. I had my 2016 mini cooper countryman in for its annual exam. Wayne, my service coordinator was helpful. All was done in a timely manner. This car has been fantastic, so though i was not prepared for a large service fee, i felt it was needed

Upon making my appointment I spoke with Wayne awesome customer service and professionalism. Making my appointment I met Allen who was just a joy to speak with and talk too. Finally to top it off was Jason again such a joy to talk too he answered all of my questions big or small . began to cry because I just did not want my vehicle altered in any way possible. Jason took the liberty of explaining all of the rules for Maryland Inspection Law and I couldn t do anything BUT except it for what it was.The three gentleman are a Great Team and they need to be acknowledged on a grand scale if you will. I give the guys all 10 s across the board. I can t wait to see them again.The best service at BMW MINI COOPER.

This business delivers superior service.The staff is very knowledgeable, detail-oriented, clean, polite, intelligent.High end, in short.However, and be aware: this is a service for people who are more concerned about service quality than its cost. For superior service you will have to pay... and pay you will.

Had a great experience with the Mini service center. Justin took care of us and was a dream to work with our numerous questions were addressed and he was available over phone and text! A big plus on the ability to text and keep things moving when I couldn t get to a place for a conversation. We plan on using Mini service again in the future, thank you!

Mini of Baltimore worked with me from setting up an appointment, to giving them my car for servicing (right on time). I told the people at the service desk I had to wait on the car and that I needed everything checked for a long trip out of town. They checked everything out and sent me a video showing me everything they had inspected and took care of. I was back in my car in about an hour. Everything good, Very Professional!!!

Best car experience ever. Ordered the car remotely and it wasn't until it arrived last week that I ever stepped foot in the dealership. Smooth transaction, constant communication and easy delivery. The dealership and my salesperson (Mike Edwards) made this an amazing experience!!

The service writer was great, but the appointment of 1 1/2 hours, was 3 hours. Computers were slow and I needed a 45 minute download. When I got in the car to leave, my CarPlay pairing was not there and I could not get it to load for my maps. My service light for the oil change, which they did, was still on. This was my 3 visit there the other 2 were great.

Allen really took care of me and my daughter s car. Him and his crew made sure my daughter s car was safe and functioning properly. I had an issue on a Saturday and he made sure to have me bring it in that day and took care of it in a timely manner. Thanks for everything Allen and the service crew at Mini of Towson.

Had a brand new tire go flat within 2 weeks. The same wheel as the last 3 tires that needed to be replaced were. Allen immediately contacted and had his crew evaluate my concerns about something being missed. After the evaluation, it became clear the the highly improbable was a reality, as the tire was damaged and the wheel damaged. This wasn't present 2 weeks before and was likely the result of a pothole jumping in front of my mini. He worked closely with the warranty group and mini to get it all done quickly at minimal inconvenience to me. Outstanding service.

I called to make an appointment and received one I arrived to mini and was seen and spoke right Allen. He completed paper work. He offered me a place to sit and work. The work was done and the mechanic sent me a text zoom showing me What he found and told me what he was going to do, which is what I came for . I paid and left great experience.Cindy

My car is now 10 years old and from time to time some major repairs are need. Each time going in the service rep, Allen, has take care of me. He is the pleasant individual you can work with. Always patient and explains everything for a non-machanic person such as myself can understand. Allen is the best and greatly appreciate all he does. Thank you Allen.

Had a scheduled oil change and i was planning on dropping my car off. Mini of Towson Service called and said i could come in early and wait for. In and out in twenty minutes. Fantastic experience!

My car is well cared for, and everyone there is very pleasant. However, AutoNation continuously sends discount coupons, and after I had paid for the service done March 12th I found I had a 25% coupon for parts. When I took the coupon and the invoice in 3 days later, on March 15th I was told $1235.10 was eligible for the discount but unfortunately the invoice was "closed out" Therefore my credit card could not be credited for the discount. They did put a note in the card with the offer on it that negated the end date of the offer so it could be used on my next visit. However, a $308.77 discount on a total invoice of $2054.25 would have been helpful and I would be much happier!
