Wow Hannah and Dave and Pamela's are a very awesome team at this place. All three of them take very good care of my car. Hannah welcomes you in and Dave thoroughly checks everything on your vehicle to make sure you are safe and your car is not having any issues. Dave found two important things I did not know were not working. One my brake light which could have caused me to receive a ticket. The other was a nail in tire. Mr. Patelis helped with Mr. Dave on checking my vehicle. The price they gave me was very reasonable and they talked me through everything that was found. I will definitely be back because they do not try to get over on you and they do not rush your car in and out . They all deserve bug raises and appreciation for the excellent customer service and the time they take on making sure the customers vehicle is safe and reliable. So thanks Hannah and Dave and Pamela's you have a customer for life. Thanks ms weaver

This is my second repair done at Meineke and this time at Towson but Hannah Holder took care of me again. Once again the service was amazing and was done quickly and flawlessly as Hannah promised. She had the parts needed and had my visit timed so I was out in an hour. Hannah is an Awesome girl who knows her job inside out. Meineke wishes they had more Hannah's.Thanks again Hannah, you are amazing!!The Mechanics are also great there, very courteous and know what there doing.Also must say the waiting area which is also Hannah's Office is beautiful. In all a very good experience and I would recommend to anyone!!

It was my first time to the Meineke in Towson. The people there were very nice and friendly. I used a coupon and got a great value. I had an oil change and they added coolant. They took photos of the things that they suggested needed attention. No high pressure. The only problem I had was with the website. I scheduled an appointment and it scheduled it for a Meineke in Georgia. I tried to report the problem to the corporate office, but could not reach them and the website did not allow me to send an email because it did not like my phone number. The website issue, of course, has nothing to do with the shop in Towson. I will go there again.

New management! Best service! Best team here at the Meineke in Towson, Maryland. Meg and her team are professional and knowledgeable from the moment you walk in, to the vehicle inspection report and down to the repairs. Plus they have 3 different payment plans to help cover the cost of repairs! They work with every financial situation! Glad I came here and I recommend them to everyone! 10 Update --DO NOT COME HERE!!! THE TALL TECHNICIAN WILL MISDIAGNOSE YOUR VEHICLE AND NOT TAKE CARE OF THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM AND THEY WILL HAVE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR WEEKS AND WEEKS OR IT WILL COME BACK SOUNDING WORSE THAN IT DID WHEN IT LEFT! THEY WILL THROW PARTS AT YOUR VEHICLE COSTING YOU THOUSANDS AND NEVER FIX THE ISSUE AT HAND. THEY ARE CROOKS. DO NOT COME HERE, ESPECIALLY SINCE THE MANAGER AND GOOD TECHNICIAN QUIT!

My experience was terrible! They worked on my vehicle without placing it on the Diagnostic machine to detect what was the cause for the engine light being on. Only going my my complaint, and after doing almost $425.00 worth of craziness...the car was still having the same problem. Than they want to charge $166.00 to finally put it on the Diagnostic machine to see what is happening! Save yourselves...don't go here!

They were great. They took me first thing in the morning without an appointment and plugged the tire in about 15 mins. Only thing was they forgot to fill it up with air after the repair. No worries I filled it up at home and the plug is holding nicely. Thanks.Service: TiresService: Tires

The service at this Meineke was great all of the staff had Smiles on their faces and great customer service. They were a very knowledgeable about my car and what was best for its care. I would recommend other customers to go to this location because they were professional with their work. The shop and the waiting area was very clean and comfortable environment. I was very pleased with the service thanks again!!!

I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel like it is difficult to find good trustworthy mechanics and Meineke on York Road is that. I had been to them once before for a brake replacement and it was good service so I went back. This time my trunk was not closing. They examined it and found there to be a buildup of pollen from parking under trees that was getting in the rubber-sealing tubbing. Chris who was working there today identified this almost immediately and got it fixed in a matter of minutes which was far quicker than he originally thought it would be. He explained what the issue was afterwards and told me maintenance tips for preventing it in the future. Overall I was very pleased with the service an would recommend Meineke.Service: Auto maintenance

Chris was super nice and helped me out alot! I needed an oil change pretty bad and on the way over, I messed up my bumper (the details on how are not important ). It was only a slight issue, and he was able to fix both up for me! Not to mention very cost efficient and easy to find location. Definitely recommend!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My experience was amazing!! They took great care of me and made me feel at ease about my brake pad issue. They explained the problem to me and (as someone who doesn t understand cars) it was very helpful! I would highly recommend the Towson Meineke as everyone who helped me treated me like family. My car was hanging on to dear life by a piece of thread. Thanks to Meineke I m ripping and running on the highway.I came in for some exhaust work because my car was louder than normal and shaking. Friendly and experienced service provided from start to finish. Came in with issues with my brakes on my vehicle, staff quickly diagnosed the cause for noise after applying brakes, order a replacement that came within an hour, replace them, and I was back on the road in a timely manner. The auto business is littered with fakes and con-artists just trying to take your money. As a person who uses his car for daily business-purposes, I m extremely picky and observant when it comes to trusting others with my maintenance. The new management that has taken over this specific Meineke has proven to me, time and time again, that they are about genuine service and ACTUALLY solving people s problems. They are not shy from showing and explaining you their full process before they even touch your car. I can confidently say that this auto shop is a hidden gem that I am glad to return to. If this team were to ever leave this store for any reason, I d gladly follow them for as long as they provide their unmatched service.Also, Chris is THE man. I hope this review favors a raise in your direction my guy, cause you ve earned it!

Everyone there were kind and they thoroughly explained everything. All my questions of which brake pads needed to be changed, if my rotors are okay, and what kind of brake pads are going in all were answered precisely. I appreciate and thankful to everyone there for helping me to get everything done and for being kind.

Everyone one was nice, professional very helpful, and customer oriented ( I don t see that much these days) my car was repaired in the two hour window just like promised. I will only come here for car repairs it was such a pleasant experience. Shout out to the staff in Towson!!!!!!

so glad I stumbled upon Meineke! my car was down bad and Chris was amazing in helping me out and making sure everything got taken care of as soon as possible. truly wonderful customer service and the lobby is super nice and clean :)

Great quality service at the Towson location! They re very knowledgeable and understanding who don t force services on you or overcharge! They still inform you about everything that needs to be done and how, which the customer to plan well. Great people!

During the 5 point inspection, apparently the lug nuts were stripped. I had to bring my truck back the same day and by the time I got back there, it sounded like the undercarriage was falling apart. It could ve done serious damage and was a safety hazard. I think things were apparently worse than what I was led to believe, having researched this subject today. Then I was told they replaced the Lugnuts that they stripped free of charge. You have to be kidding me.Service: Oil change

Dave was great. He didn t try to sell me anything more than I needed and gave me a few good tips on how to save on brakes in the future. He also gave me the same day service when it might not have been terribly convenient for him because his staffing was low.
