I received a hefty estimate including major repair items from the dealer. I used Repair Pal to get a second opinion and I am so glad I did. They recommended Leo's Auto and from the moment I entered I felt at ease. Leo has been in the repair business for 50 years! He has 5 daughters and I felt like extended family. I am a single woman who doesn't know much about automotive repairs.Leo told me I didn't need all the repairs previously quoted, gave me an honest low price for the repairs I did need, had the work done super fast, and saved a bundle! Will continue to return for all my auto needs, repairs or maintenance. I feel proud supporting a local business providing quality service.

I can t say enough about the speedy, professional and kind service I received from everyone I dealt with at Leo s Auto!Driving up from the Eastern Shore for a medical procedure at JHH in Nottingham - we were on 695 when it felt like our car was going to just break in half! A little bump and then a horrendous, gut wrenching noise with each rotation of the tires. We, at 5mph, noisily careened down York Road until we saw Leo s Auto on Willow Ave. it was explained to me that Leo s was FULLY booked with car repairs and it was doubtful that our car would be seen (it was 4pm and they close at 6pm). Took an Uber to my medical procedure - as I left the JHH facility - I received a call from Leo saying that it wasn t our brakes (as we previously believed). It was an easier and much less expensive fix however, a part was needed that was picked up early the next morning. The car was repaired and I received a call from Leo s that it was ready for pick up the very next morning. Very seldom that you find a business/employees who truly know the meaning of customer service! I would recommend Leo s for any/all vehicle repairs!Jerry

I was visiting from out of town one weekend and ended up needing my fuel pump replaced, Leo's was the only place in town that would work on a car as old as mine - and they've been my go to mechanic ever since. Really great shop that does reputable work.

Had an issue with something dragging under my car. Stopped in (first time ever visiting Leo's Auto) and they were so nice and kind. They were able to squeeze me in and take a look at what was going on in a timely manner. They provided a very reasonable quote for the part I need to replace as well as explained what the part does and answered all of my questions. They were able to get my car back on the road until the replacement part could be ordered. I would highly recommend anyone needing work on their car to use Leo's Auto. They are very respectful, nice, and trustworthy.Side note: As a women, Leo's Auto made me feel welcomed and comfortable coming to them for help. They were very transparent with what my car needed and provided very fair pricing for their services. I would highly recommend any women who need service done to their cars to go to Leo's Auto.

Leo's is awesome! Mark is great. They're fast, prices are great, and they have great communication skills. If there is any issue it is that their location is small, however if you call them ahead of time they're super accommodating and open about what times are best for drop off. Would definitely recommend.

My daughters car broke down on the way home from work. After searching for local auto shops and reading plenty of reviews, I decided to have the car towed to Leo s Auto. I m glad I did! Not only did they explain thoroughly the issue the car was having, they kept me updated and was able to provide quick repair. We now have a local auto shop while she s in the area for college and I m so grateful. Thanks Leo s Auto for the friendly customer service and getting her back on the road!

This place is the real deal. Honest fair prices and VERY good mechanical work. Mark is very upfront about work that should/could be done vs MUST be done. We live nearby and our entire neighborhood relies on Leo s and has for years.

I m a first time owner and I got my drivers side view mirror replaced. Very friendly and patient. I needed my drivers side mirror replaced and it had to be ordered. Mark was great! he made sure I was well informed and communicated with on an estimated delivery time. I went inquired at other shops before choosing Leo s auto and went with this company because the price was reasonable for my service in comparison to the other places I looked. Leo's is all about great service, honesty and great mechanics. They could have over-charged me (like the dealerships) so many times, but instead Leo and Mark always recommended the best fix with cost, safety and durability in mind (sometimes decreasing their potential profit). I have recently moved 15 minutes away from Towson, but still drive into Towson to get my cars serviced by them. After a few bad experiences with my new car at Heritage Honda, I'll never go back to a dealer or another garage unless I have no other choice. Leo's is a solid family business that does great work. After having to find a new shop due to mechanic closing his, I decided to go to Leo s after hearing great reviews. I could NOT be happier. Talk about a great service that strives to take care of their customers! I ve had 2 great experiences so far and have found my go to shop moving forward when I need work on my vehicles. Price was more than fair and the service was superior! Thanks, Leo s Auto!

This was my first time and I was drawn to this place due to location & reviews I read. I was very impressed. They absolutely drip with competence. They were careful to be sure I understood what work needed to be done, they found and fixed a couple of outside problems and I felt their prices were quite reasonable.The corker was as I was picking up my vehicle, a (pristine) 1967 VW Beetle drove in & from the interactions I observed, it was obvious the owner was a long time customer. What could possibly serve as a higher recommendation than that?!?

Leo's is the best! Honest, trustworthy, and kind service. I have taken my car here for both small and large repairs. Leo's is prompt, responsive, and clear about costs/ how long repairs will take. Mark, Leo, and the whole team are wonderful- they really take the stress out of taking your car to the mechanic. Highly recommend!

My 21 year old son in college at Towson U has a 95 Wrangler and Leo s has always taken excellent care of him when he needs work done. Their prices are excellent compared to other service centers and they bend over backwards to get your vehicle back to you as quickly as possible. Mark has always done an excellent job communicating with us and explaining things in a way that s easy to understand. I d highly recommend Leo s to anyone looking for a fair, honest and reliable auto service center!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My husband was having issues with his car driving to work and had to pull off 695 and didn t know where to stop. He was able to safely get to Leo s and they took such great care of him. He was able to have his car worked on the same day and they updated him throughout the entire process. The pricing was reasonable and they even checked on him a few days later to see how his car was running. You can tell that they care about their customers here and truly want to help people. We will recommend them to anyone and will go here anytime we have an issue with our car in the future.

These guys are great. I talked to Mark, and he checked my whole vehicle. Replaced my brake pads and rotors for a good price. The dealership was trying to rip me off for other repairs that were not needed, and Mark told me this. Saved me a couple grand. First time going to this business and they left a positive impression! I had an issue with my car and went I sent an email requesting an appointment I received a timely response. I dropped off my car the next day and received a clear, no bull assessment of what is wrong with my car. The staff are all very helpful and accommodating. They had my car fixed and ready the following day. Their prices are very accommodating unlike other places I have been to that provided less than adequate service. I would recommend this business to anyone that values a shop that gives an honest assessment of the vehicle, reasonable prices, professional staff and timely service. Leo's has my business for life. They are a wonderful and professional shop with extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Leo's staff takes the time to answer all of my questions and are very transparent about what they find. I am so thankful we found them because their service and quality of work eases a lot of the stress when you need to put your car in the shop. Best Autobody shop in Towson!I cannot speak more highly of the people at Leo's. The service is excellent, prices are reasonable, and everything done is explained in a manner where you aren't feeling talked down to. I am not the most intelligent with cars or car repair, but I never felt stupid when asking questions. The environment is very friendly, too:) I've been here a handful of times in my many years as a college student and cannot thank the crew for how helpful they have been for me (especially in times where I definitely put them in a pinch and everyone was still more than understanding and accommodating to the best of their ability). Everything that was ever done for me was done in a reasonable time with the amount of traffic they get in that shop. Leo's is an incredibly trustworthy group with loyal customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Updated 6/8/22--Mark and Leo did an excellent job! We are getting our GMC Acadia ready for a 2,000 mile road trip. The car had the battery replaced, two tires put on, an alignment, breaks and an issue with the suspension fixed. The car was only at the shop for two days for all this work! Mark called to give status updates, and to be sure we were able to live without the car for another day. The small handwritten note for us to have safe travels and enjoy our trip was a thoughtful personal touch. The shop truly cares about its customers! We WILL always bring our vehicles to Mark and Leo; THANK YOU for doing your job well and caring about your customers!This review was from a year ago with our Honda Civic: The service was quick (front brakes done within two hours) and the price was very reasonable.Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery

This has been my fathers shop for over 40 years. He started out in a little one car garage and has worked his way to owning his own little business, a business that supported his family of a wife and 5 daughters plus Mark who came to be our brother over the years. Leo is the most honest man I ve ever known and has the biggest heart you can ever imagine. It s a family run shop and all the customers become family as well. I have loved this shop my whole life and have gotten to know many customers over the years as I worked their myself for a while. It s always nice to see so many of you leaving these amazing reviews. I know it makes my dad happy and proud to know how amazing his customers are. Being his daughter it makes me proud to see how much he is appreciated by you all and what awesome customers you have been. He has always strived to keep his customers happy and his prices low. My car broke down just down the street from Leo s and I was in a panic to get it fixed as soon as possible. When I called Leo s, the manager Mark was very kind and informed me on what to do to get my car there safely. He knew that I had no other option than to either get it fixed there or pay a high towing fee, but instead of gouging me with a ridiculous price, they took care of me. Despite how busy they were they called me early the next morning telling me it was ready to be back on the road. If you re looking for an honest mechanic, go to Leo s

Very reasonable pricing for brake repairs and an oil change. Finished the job in a day and texted to make sure everything was running well a couple days later. I made an appointment and was able to drop off early before work and pick up at the end of the day. Super convenient and I was happy to support a family owned business. I ll be a returning customer!
