Great experience today with Heritage Hyundai's service department. The waiting area provides an abundant amount of places for individuals to sit or work with plenty of refreshments available. The work I had done (oil change & tire rotation) was completed in about an hour. My only issue with this facility is it is extremely challenging to pull in or out of the parking lot. The property they have for service is simply too small for the operation.

The service people, including our advisor Steven Jones, have been very nice. But I had been waiting for a part for a couple months. I had spoken to at least for different people and left a couple messages inquiring if the part came in, never receiving a call back. Finally, someone sent my call to the parts department and I learned they had it for a MONTH already.So I scheduled installation three days later, did without the vehicle for much of the day, and it wasn't exactly the right part... It didn't fit! So now I need to do this again.The one positive was Bill and the complimentary shuttle service. My dad went into a nearby hospital that day and Bill took me and my wife to the hospital that afternoon and picked us up a couple hours later.

I had a problem with my Santa Fe car, the second time it happened, I had an appointment for many days, but finally my car collapsed. I arrived and Lili's attention, kindness, seriousness was the best, Excellent explanation and attention. Thanks to Lili they helped me with my problem.

New service center, nice. I was th6fir security upgrade for my Hyundai, and oil change. Just a bit slow. I was there for 4 hours
