Highly recommend this location! Customer service is unmatched. You are greeted immediately with a smile when you walk in the door. From that moment on you are treated like friends and not a dollar sign. Incredibly happy with the install and the install team went above and beyond to keep me informed along the way. Really happy with the work they did on my Bronco! I will be back!

Great transaction with Felix today..... having a new bumper, Winch and some lights installed this week. Will post after pics when install is done .Felix answered all my questions.. and I had a lot of them.. lolLook forward to the grand opening so I can show off my mall crawler.See the pics below for work that was done....awesome job by all !!!Year later added some much stuff....Thanks to Dolly and crew once again...jeep is getting there for sure.

Matt and Dolly helped me get everything I wanted within my price range. After Mr. Tires s mess up, they came and fixed everything within budget and my jeep looks absolutely amazing! Dellon is one of the very best technicians to have work on your car. Will definitely recommend to others!

Four Wheeler Towson was great! Matt took care of our jeep and was really helpful but not pushy at all. He showed me the options and didn t direct me in any way. I really liked that! They put on a new set of 37s, new swing arm and my spare and jack! I would certainly recommend them and I am sure I will be using them again in the future!

I had an incredible experience dealing with 4WP s in Towson. Let me start by saying Dolly and Matt are amazing! Every step of the way they exceeded my expectations with their great customer service. They were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it took to earn my business from the start. I had tons of questions along the way and all throughout the process of lifting my F150. They were patient and willing to take the time to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. They truly stand behind their work and go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of as a customer! I rarely ever write reviews, but felt the need to do so because of how pleased I was with my experience with this team. You can feel confident entrusting them with your vehicle and your money!

The money spent was well worth it. New shocks, 4" lift, and tires, and this '05 drives like new. Hard to find a place nowadays that puts care into the older Silverado's.

Big thank you to Dolly & Dellon for getting my truck right! They troubleshot issues to make sure my truck was ready and safe for the road. Dolly broke down all the options for my truck and helped me choose the best route to go. Can t thank you guys enough! Highly recommend! Best customer service I ve ever received.

This place is great, the building and the shop are well kept, organized and everyone there cared about my truck. I was able to call and get same day service, I got 4 tires mounted and balanced and an alignment. All the work was spot on and my truck feels new again. I ll be back

Previous visit a year ago went swell.. New tires, alignment balance.. 16 silverado mint.. they did excellent job..Fast forward to a few weeks ago.. took my somewhat new 21 ram 2500 with a 5" rc lift that was riding a little rough.. new rims and tires to get balanced and aligned... they took for test run... alignment specs caster was in red still.. they said it's due to the lift. I say Give me estimate to get it right whether it's lift kit replacement, ball joints.. if it cost $20000.00 I just want it right.. they want nothing to do with it.. they never called with an estimate to do a replacement.I think that they are undermanned and getting a little sloppy. The deskmen know absolutely nothing about lifts.. thanks 4wp for your poor service I won't be coming back.In regards to correcting caster they could've just told me that there are adjustable ball joints to solve the problem. Instead someone on a Facebook forum I started told me about it. Not that it will fix the problem.. but the possibilities....

Great experience. For better or for worse I do most of my own work and the team here discovered some loose bolts(missing nut) on a new metal cloak lift I installed. (I said for better or for worse right?)It s good to know they sanity check the vehicle before diving into it!Alignment then went without issue. All 12 arms definitely adjusted (control, track, and drag) and truck drives great.I m not often in shops but would use them again if needed!

Matt and Dolly s customer service is truly unmatched! If your from out of town or even live in Towson Maryland please STOP your search. They are lifesavers!!!! I drove 7 hours from Charlotte NC to purchase a truck to find out that one of the tires was done for and would not make it back home! I called and called and called so many different places with nobody being able to help until Matt picked up the phone and said that they had one in stock! Last minute almost before the shop closed they were able to help me and get me on the road Home safe and sound!!!! I could write a book on their service but please I honestly don t take time to write reviews but they are amazing!!!

Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option. Ordered a Jeep CJ5 brake kit and brake line package from them. Came with 3 rear wheel cylinders, no front wheel cylinders. Every brake line is completely wrong. Called customer service 4 times. Won t give me my money back , nor ship the right parts. I am now out $1,000 and going to NAPA to piece the system together. Garbage company

These guys are amazing! I put in my order online for some rims and they called me within 48 hours to talk to me about my order! They also got me set up with some very affordable and quality tires that fit perfect! Very attentive and very helpful! Matt at 1019 York road in Maryland is the man to talk to! Been dealing with 4 Wheel drive for years. From Ohio to Tamara Fl. Towson Maryland staff if the best customer service I have ever had. Dolly and the guys were awesome !! Thank you for helping me get back on the road. This Florida guy dive it a 5 star on customer service!

Came in to get 4 new shocks on an LX470 along with some other work done. Not an easy car to work on (torsion bars), but Matt and team did a great job of laying out options and getting me sorted out. Very reasonable shop rate, and they will not upsell you on anything. If I was not moving this would be my go to shop.

Amazing customer service. Was up there and they had an issue with a part that brok for their machine. The team found out where there was one at and drove to get it just to make sure they could complete the job. I could not be any happier with how much they cared for me as a customer. 10 out of 10 and have made a customer for life. I highly recommend them for any of your needs.
