First class shop. Great work. Honest pricing. Center cap for my alloy rim couldn t be found after a new tire installation. I was fairly sure it was on the wheel when I dropped it off, but definitely not certain. They rebated charges even though the tech was pretty sure it wasn t there when he got the wheel. They have acquired a likely permanent customer!

I was able to schedule an appointment on Tuesday for today (Thursday 1st thing in the morning) with Tim. When I arrived (at 7:30am), he got me checked in right away and explained the techs come in at 8 and my car would be pulled in 1st. He gave me a break down of maintenance recommendations but was not pushing for a sale on any other service. He explained what to take care of first and quoted the price (which was about the same as over the phone) and said the work would be done by 10. I walked down to Burger King and he called at 9:45 letting me know my car was ready. I will be returning for other services and recommending the location to friends.

After getting a flat tire, I had my car towed to Brooks-Huff, where I bought two new tires. (Tow companies discount their tow, when it s arranged by this shop). They gave me great advice on the best tires for my car, arranged to get the brand and type of tires I wanted, immediately, and did the work very promptly. My gas mileage with just 2 new tires improved. Very nice staff, with a great reputation in the community.

I'm very happy with the customer service, prices and quality. I use this shop for routine maintenance, and also recently had to have my stolen catalytic converter replaced. They were super flexible and helpful in working with me and my insurance company to address the issue. Highly recommend.

What a great shop, super personable staff. Extremely knowledgeable. After a couple hours of calling around Baltimore trying to get same day tire mounting only to get told that I could schedule something for days later I finally found brooks and huff. This locally run chain had some good tires at a great price delivered and mounted the same day.This will be my go to tire shop from now on. I couldn't recommend them more highly.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

My son at college had a flat that needed to be repaired or replaced, he went to Brooks and Huff kind of nervous but they assured him that a nee tire would be needed and selected one within a reasonable budget. Thanks for your help and patience with my son .

Friendly customer service from staff. I got a flat tire down the street and they were the only ones that I called that were willing to quickly check and patch my tire. Brooks is a great place to bring your car! Almost always able to get my car back on the road in a day or 2. Professional and courteous. The extra 18 bucks for the road hazard, per tire, has paid for itself many times over!

Went in for my appointment today and was highly disappointed. I was greeted with by a gentleman whose attitude was so nasty I didn t feel comfortable leaving my car here. He greeted the gentleman in front of me with respect but I guess because I was a woman and asking questions he felt he could give me a bad attitude. Will not be returning to this company who didn t value my appointment or my simple questions

I couldn't ask for a better experience and service. My car broke down on the side of the road and I called multiple shops in the area and this one was able to take my car in. I got her towed to the shop and it was professional service from right off the start. I was even offered a shuttle back to my apartment. Great experience. I ended up at Brooks 2 days in a row. 1st for an oil change then for a flat tire. Both times I was truly satisfied with the professional service and the fact that it was a great turn around time. I had alot to do on the day I got the flat tire and the young lady was very efficient in locating the problem. I will be a lifelong customer.

My most recent service was not bad however in the past there have been times when I needed repair and they either were not tooled, not capable of accessing or weren't able to get to my car. In one case it took 4 visits to rectify a bulb change although each time I gave directions how to access the trunk (my release mechanism died).Not bad customer facing service. Not scammers. Nothing to beware of. Just not the type of place you can drop in on. Make the earliest appointment available and drop off the night before for the best results. They are very busy as a trusted name in the neighborhood. If they say they may not get to it, they will absolutely try but you would be better off to try elsewhere.

I have been going here for several years...this was my worst experience to date. Dropped off my car for brakes, tires and an oil change. Was told repeatedly that I didn't need brakes (when I actually did - they had told me on a previous visit, and I know my car). Once the shop closed, I get a call saying "you need brakes, the two techs that worked on your car didn't notice"...how when I stated I was there for brakes???I was given a "New" tire with a goose egg on the side (I was later told it ripped when being placed on the car, after I was questioned about hitting something). Front desk personnel, although polite, was very condescending when I asked for management (told me "we all have management capabilities here"). Then I find out that my fluids were not checked during the oil change. A week later, I had NO coolant in my car!I ended up having to leave my car an extra day to get a new tire and the brakes I initially requested. The manager stated he would discount my brakes due to their error, but when it was time to pay, the front desk person Doug stated that "taxes" were not taken into account, so there was no discount after all. I will not be back, at this point I feel like my safety and my car are not a priority there.

I used their service first time in 2019 when I moved to Maryland for state inspection, and have been a customer since. Quick, honest, professional service as others have mentioned.I wanted to write this review just to point out one thing - there is a diaper changing table at their restroom! I am not sure whose idea it was to have that installed, but thank you!I got a flat tire today, and had to wait there while getting a new one installed with my toddler. I was dreading changing him, I am not going to lie. I opened the door, and there it was. A diaper changing table with liners! They even had the liners!!! Thank you to whomever thought of installing and stocking the diaper changing table.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

Ive been using Brooks-Huff for my cars maintenance for years and they are always great. The guys at the front desk are friendly, they always give you a fairly accurate estimate on time to complete the task and the work is always done well. Highly recommend using these guys for your vehicles routine maintenance.

We have been using Brooks-Huff for decades to service all of our cars and I always recommend that friends and neighbors take there cars here as well.I have never been disappointed with the turn around time for repairs nor have I ever taken my car in to have one thing done only to discover that a number of other repairs are recommended. They do let you know if something else seems to be wrong with your car, but they never try to push additional repairs.If you are looking for competent work done for fair prices and getting the work done quickly and done right the first time, then any and all of the Brooks-Huff locations are for you. Give them a try and you will never take your car anywhere else.

I ve come here twice trying to get my tire patched which would cost $30. Both times i was told they are unable to patch it because it s too close to the edge. I found this odd that both times they tell me that instead they need to just change the entire tire which would cost $210. When i went to get my car i asked them to show me the tire and the original hole and they weren t able to. The guy came out with my old tire pointed towards the edge said it was small and somewhere around there(it also was not marked). I feel that they lied to get me to replace my tire at a much higher price. I wouldn t come here for a tire patch again.

A friend recommended Brooks 20 years ago. It took a mediocre experience at NTB for me to give them a try. Just had a great customer service experience. And quote for my tire was nearly $100 less than anywhere else.

Outstanding customer service! I brought my car in about two weeks ago because my battery terminals were corroded. Brooks-Huff cleaned them off for me very quickly (I know this is a simply fix but I'm not a car person). The cost was $20 per terminal, so $40 total. This seemed like a pretty reasonable price for an easy job. However, I had to pop the hood this morning and notice that the terminals were corroded again. I was concerned since it happened after such a short time. I called Brooks-Huff and they told me that corrosion over that short of a time probably meant that I needed a new battery. They fit me in with an appointment on the same day. Over the phone, they quoted me a price of about $150, again pretty reasonable for this sort of job. After they completed the job, when it was time to check out, they credited me for the $40 from the initial terminal cleaning. I didn't ask or even hint at it, they just did it because it's good customer service. As someone who doesn't necessarily have the money to shell out for expensive automotive work, I greatly appreciate their honesty, integrity, and outstanding service. As long as I'm living in Towson I will not be taking my car anywhere but Brooks-Huff.

The most professional and kind people involved in automotive tires. You head on in and they will have generally one or two slightly older gentleman to help and they are very patient as well as honest. They head to the car and give you an honest opinion as well as look up of the most affordable price for what you need. Will absolutely be coming back when I need

I have an older car(and plan to drive the wheels off this one, too!). I'd taken my car to have an oil change at the beginning of last year at a local Jiffy Lube and they told me I was in serious need of getting all 4 rotors for my breaks replaced soon.I had an issue with the timing of my engine and a friend recommended a second place(not Brooks-Huff). While getting the timing issue repaired, I asked that the rotors be looked at and this shop confirmed that all 4 needed replacement; I opted for them to replace the 2 in worst shape and paid an extra 450 for that service.The car then developed the timing issue again and I opted to take it to Brooks-Huff. They fixed the issue in good time and when I asked about the other 2 rotors, I was told that they didn't need to be touched ( $450 stayed in my pocket!!)Go to them for HONEST work. Brooks-Huff employees are straightforward and knowledgeable and they deal with their clients with ethics in mind.

Performed a Maryland State Inspection on my Tahoe and was pleased with the results. Felt like a very honest transaction. Found 0 problems the mechanic came out to tell me it's a solid vehicle am probably going to have to service here going forward.

I have been going to the Towson location for years and they have always been friendly, reliable, professional, and get the job done right. We go there for our tires and maintenance. Fair prices and good service. Family run and the staff has been consistent - which means a lot to not have high turnover.

These folks have always taken excellent care of me and my vehicles for several years now. They have always been honest, very polite, do great work and for a reasonable price. The shuttle to/ from work is especially helpful so I can leave my car for the day and they can fit me in when it works out best for everyone.
