BMW of Towson was an awesome experience!! I purchased my BMW from another location and was informed by the finance manager to take me car for service at BMW Towson for the best service and he was absolutely correct!! Chris is the BEST and he made my first experience one to remember and because of him and the Rock Star mechanic who serviced my car and found a premature issue that I wasn t even aware of, I will service my car at BMW Towson for years to come and I will be purchasing my next car from them! Also, because my car would take hours to repair, they put me in a very nice loaner vehicle which I was more than grateful for. My only regret is because of change in ownership I can t extend my service contract through BMW but hopefully they will be able to help me with purchasing an extended warranty I trust their input and the folks I ve encountered there trust me, I m a very critical person who demands perfection and BMW Towson has exceeded my expectations!!! And not to mention how my car was shining beautifully when I arrived to pick it up! Purchase or service here, you will not regret it!!

This service center is very well run and very efficient. The waiting area is very nice and every staff member is very helpful. Nick, my service advisor, was extraordinary. He went above and beyond every step of the way, from the moment I sat down to discuss my needs for my BMW until the very end when he gave me my keys. I always knew what to expect every step of the way and he updated me on progress. The service center washed my vehicle even though I was only in for a tire! The price was reasonable too; tires for my car are usually expensive, and the dealership was competitive as far as pricing. I highly recommend the BMW of Towson service center!

I am a new customer to BMW and unexpectedly had two visits to service within a couple of weeks of each other. The first was to replace a tire and the second a warning light came on. Both times Christopher exceeded all expectations! His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication are truly commendable. From start to finish, Christopher ensured that my experience was exceptional. He went above and beyond to address all my concerns and provided expert guidance throughout the process. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly remarkable. I highly recommend Christopher to anyone seeking top-notch service at BMW.

My service experiences at BMW of Towson have been absolutely first rate. Nick Ruth, my service advisor, is fantastic. He's very thorough and thoughtful, and he's especially good at explaining both the problems and the solutions. The work done by the technicians has also been first rate.

Mr. Meyers, the service advisor, at Towson BMW provided excellent service. He is very personable and professional. He takes the tme to explain the recommended services and how they relate to the ultimate driving experience and maintaining your car in good working order. He's aware that the costs to maintain a luxury car can be quite high. Thus, where possible he presents options. His pleasant, friendly approach provide enhanced customer service.

I searched and searched for the specific vehicle I wanted and had some trouble finding it through out the Baltimore/DC area. I finally found it at BMW of Towson. Matt responded to my inquiry quickly and was communicative and accommodating regarding a test drive and throughout the process. He was informative regarding the features of the vehicle. When I decided it was the car for me, the sales process was long as usual but efficient and friendly. I would suggest BMW of Towson to anyone looking for a pre-owned or new vehicle. They have a fantastic operation!

Just a basic service this time. An oil change, tire change over and differential fluids service. As always I trust Towson BMW for the service as they use BMW genuine parts. I've tried other places and in the end have had to take the car back because the other shops messed things up. For the price, quality of work and knowledge of my car I always take my car to BMW of Towson.

I was due for scheduled maintenance in approx 500 miles, but I came out to find a back tire was flat. A quick call to Towson and they got me right in. Between the oil change, maintenance bits and tire my BMW warranties covered all but $30 - big shout out to Anaya who kept me informed, got my claim across the finish line and even helped get a loose piece of interior trim re-seat for me. I was there less than 2 hours and excellent customer service the entire way.

I live in Texas, and was having a difficult time finding the vehicle I wanted. A national search showed a match located at BMW of Towson. The price was so good that I decided to fly to Baltimore and drive home with my new car. Everyone, and I mean everyone I encountered at BMW of Towson were kind and talkative.. .it was by far the best auto purchasing experience I've had in my 61 years!

Service Associates Ayana and John along with other service associates were very welcoming and friendly. My vehicle was in need of additional services which they were not able to complete, In the same day. They were nice enough to accommodate me with an electronic loaner vehicle. My wife was very impressed with the new Xi capabilities. A vehicle she may consider in the future. Thank you, BMW of Towson for your professional service.

This is my second experience with BMW of Towson and honestly it has changed my perception of them. Initially, I was dreading having to go there because they didn t feel warm and inviting. However, this visit was completely different. From the call to book my service through completion of service, this was a much better experience. Huge shoutout to Anaya, for her high level of professionalism and exemplary customer service. Not only was she efficient she made me feel welcomed. It is a dealership, so I fully expected the usual attempts to upsell everything, so that wasn t a bother. But they didn t try to sell me a service that wasn t needed. This won t be my last visit.

There is nothing good or bad to mention here honestly. I can say that the coupon that is mailed/emailed, they don t honor. The wait is very long. They do not clean your vehicle after service. I will also give the credit of the waiting areas being kept clean and pretty quiet, also the employees are helpful when setting up service appointments. This is a honest review. Hope it helps.

Finally had a good experience at this Service Center. Every other time felt like a high pressure sales push for car repairs. This time.....all went well without nefarious sales attempt.

If you re lucky, you ll get James to be your service advisor. The guy is the poster child of service DONE RIGHT !!! Very knowledgeable and professional. I came to service my vehicle WITHOUT an appointment and he was accommodating and courteous. I m certain the other advisors are just as professional and if you need their assistance you would probably get the same professional service, yet James really impressed me with his knowledge. BMW OF TOWSON will forever be my choice

I didn't want to write a review but after the 6th email from BMW Towson, I decided why not.I made an appointment online and then called to ensure I could get a rental car while my car was there. The first woman I spoke to sounded as if I was a huge burden. She made comments like she would have to "search for one" and "find someone willing to stay late" in order for me to pick up the rental. I couldn't come until 6pm because I work, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were out of cars. However, the service dept advertises that they are open until 7pm, so why would someone have to stay late if I am there at 6pm? Anyway, she said she would call me back in an hour and let me know if she "found one". Needless to say, 3 hours went by and she did not call me. I called again and my call was answered by an extremely upbeat, friendly voice. I explained to him the situation and he guaranteed that they would have a rental car for me. Perfect! Fast forward, I arrived earlier than expected and met my service advisor. He is nice, friendly and funny. We talk about my car and I sign papers, then it is time to grab the rental car. He was struggling to find one - he had multiple car keys and was trying to do something with them in the system and it wasn't working. He went over to his coworkers desk and grabbed a pair of keys, meanwhile asking his other coworker if he "got his back" regarding him taking the other advisor's rental. (PS - I used to work in a service dept, taking other advisors saved rentals is a big NO NO). He starts telling me that he's about to give me an awesome car and I'm going to love it. He made comments like "I might get in trouble for this" and "it goes fast, just don't get caught". Turns out he was giving me a new XM. I'm new-ish to BMW and didn't know what that was - if I did I would not have accepted it. He took me out to the car, showed me how to work the air, had me drive around the parking lot, and then let me go. No walk through - nothing.I get a call the next day saying that not only do I need a battery, but I need an alternator. Great, just do it. I get a call the day after that the alternator is delayed. I let the advisor know that if the car isn't ready by the following day 2pm, I would have to pick it up the day after that because I had plans. He then suggests that they change the battery, I pick up the car and bring it back to change the alternator a different day. Huh? So you want me to spend $600 on a battery just to drive it with a bad alternator? No thanks. Note - he never once mentions needing to exchange the rental or asks me to bring it back.My car is finally ready to be picked up 5 days later. I show up at 6pm as promised and wait for my advisor. Now this time when I walk into his office I am met with no smiles, no greeting, no conversation, nothing that reminded me of the warm welcome I first received. He says nothing about my car except to state that the total would be $1800 for my battery and alternator (after promising me a discount on the phone). Note that I had previously called him to inquire about internal financing when I found out I needed an alternator as well, which he talked me out of. He then proceeds to halfway give me my keys, but then pulls them back when their payment system took too long to respond, as if I would get declined and he was not going to give me my car. Card is approved. I start to leave and the managers chases me and tries to tell me I scratched the rims. Which is funny because that was the first thing I noticed when I picked up the car, the messed up rims. I don't even have scratches on my own rims, why would I mess up a $200k car? I told him they were already there upon pick up and plus we didnt do a walk through. He tells me he is going to watch the cameras and call me if needed. Ok, buddy. Never got a call.Overall, the way I was treated at the end by the advisor and manager made me feel horrible. Not sure why the energy changed. This is my second BMW, but I walked out feeling like I should have bought a Benz.

i was less than pleased with my last encounter with the servicer center and my servicer rep, Nicholas.i brought my car in for a simple oil change. the technician took a video of under my car to show all of the potential problems, but sent the video to the wrong number (violation of privacy/confidentiality).i waited for 90 minutes for the oil change (did not get a car wash as they advertise), and as soon as I drove out of the garage, a new problem emerged with the parking sensor. i took the car back in to have them look it over, and I was told that the sensor acting up was not their fault, and they wanted $1000 to fix. the servicer rep was very cold towards me and unapologetic. I later learned that a simple solution was to spray WD40 on the sensors, and after doing that myself, the problem got better. but i'm concerned that by them lifting the car up and over-inspecting it looking for more issues, this could have jarred the front bumper a bit, thus causing the sensor to appear to malfunction.i'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere as a result of the servicer rep and their lack of knowledge on a solution.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from BMW of Towson. This was my first time working with this dealership.Pros:- great selection of BMW vehicles available, and test driving is easy and quick to set up- friendly staff made me feel very welcomed throughout the purchase process- very pristine showroom that really showcases each vehicle (there's even a kids' playroom if you have the need)- I experienced zero "high-pressure" sales tactics. The purchase process proceeded at my pace- General Manager is very engaged with customers, and he does work hard to ensure buyer satisfaction- In-house financing was easy and straightforwardCons:- younger staff (25 - 30 y.o.) that didn't seem to know a lot of specific details about the on-prem vehicles, or available AutoNation inventory at other locations- slow communications once the purchase paperwork was signed - had to keep reaching out for follow ups- folks in different roles don't seem to know where the Customer is within the purchase & delivery pipeline (e.g. receiving a call to do a vehicle and MyBMW app sync when I had yet to take delivery)The biggest issue I had was not getting all the options/features I thought I was getting in the final vehicle delivered. My vehicle had to be shipped from another dealership, and a few of the features I was told would be included in the vehicle were not installed in the car that arrived. I learned after the fact that one key feature wasn't even available for the style I purchased. However, the GM did make it up to me by arranging for other options to be added post-purchase to ensure my satisfaction.Overall, I recommend using BMW of Towson, but be sure you know exactly what you're getting in the purchased build before signing on the dotted line. The way BMW bundles features can make purchasing a bespoke model quite complicated.

Nick in service "gets it", cares about what he's doing, follows through and delivers. It's not hard to feel the difference between someone who's "checking the box" vs someone who's personally invested in getting it done. Nick is the latter.

My experience with BMW of Towson s service center has always been fantastic. They are always ready for me when I arrive, service is completed promptly, and my vehicle is returned cleaner than it was when I brought it in. I would recommend BMW of Towson s service center to anyone searching for a place to service their BMW.

I had two services completed on my car and I was helped by Anaya. She made the process very simple and there were no hassles. The work ended up being far cheaper than I thought it would be. I will be going back for all future maintenance needs. Thanks Anaya.
