Shawn was so helpful my car battery was loose and he fixed it. He also gave me a hug and told me everything would be fine because I was about to lose my mind. I appreciate him Shawn is the best. He deserve a raise.

Had the pleasure of interacting with Shaun, the night manager, and I must say, he is a true people person. Shaun's helpfulness, cheerful demeanor, and strong work ethic made my short visit an absolute delight. It's refreshing to see such professionalism still thriving in today's world. I visited the location at Taylor Ave on Friday April 5th not long before they closed. The 2 gentleman working were the absolute best! They could have rushed to go home but instead took a moment to help me and have no idea how much they changed a really bad situation for me! Thank you again for your kindness! This is one of the best experiences you can have when you need parts for or persons that will help you with your car. I was in today and it was the best move I could have made to resolve what I had to fix regarding my car. Don called me "boss", but he's is the real boss, a master of his craft in dealing with people and working with cars!!! From my experience, he was one reflection of the kindness of the people who work at this AutoZone as well as their professionalism and skills!!!

So a few months ago I was in the Taylor ave area getting some food. I m currently still in cdl A school and I drive for Lyft to keep my bills decent until I finish school. I m a single mother of three while getting some food on my break from Lyft I parked in front of the lake trout Carryout in the fire lane ran in ordered my food. As I went back to get my food my truck wouldn t start. Awww boy was I upset when I say no family in the area to help me. Jumper cables home which is 45 minutes away from the city now. I moved from the city in May. I m a Westside resident from the city anyway. My first blessing came from a lady who was dropping her mom off at the nail salon. She told me to get in her truck with her daughter after watching me for ten minutes Panic while smoking a Newport. We both googled a AutoZone and it was one across the street. She toke me over there and got me back to my car in the fire lane and it was raining. My second blessing the evening crew helped me. The manger allowed the crew member to drive his car over to mines and hot shot it to make over there to buy a battery. I could have been stuck there and I could have rolled off and went home. My third blessing I was broke but I pull out that Afterpay and got me a top of the line battery. I spent 300 some dollars in there. I said I minds well go big with the battery that was my third one in two years. All I m saying is the evening crew definitely have caring hearts and will go the extra mile to make sure when you stop in that you are taking care of.

You just have to visit this store and see the store manage she is incredible at her job she always makes me feel welcomed and provides advise about products I need to try. This is my go to parts store and it should be yours as well. Well done!

Reggie in there was a tremendous help. I came in there to replace a failing car battery. The man Reggie offered to help me test my battery, and chatted me up about the issues I was having with it. Based on the conversation, he realized that my old battery may be under warranty, which I was completely ignorant of. I had planned to just walk in and buy a battery. But in about 5 seconds he looked up my info, confirmed it, and sent me on my way with a free replacement. He didn t have to look out for me like that, but he did. Excellent customer service. There was another guy there helping test the battery who helped us figure all this out, but I did not catch his name. But he was great too. Plus, this has been my main automotive store for about 3 years and every time I come in there it s clean, stocked, and organized. Things can change quickly in retail but as of today 06-11-23, this is easily my favorite auto store.

On the surface this location doesn t seem to be in a great area, but inside everything is perfectly organized and the staff are incredibly polite and attentive. Unfortunately they did not have the battery in stock that I needed, but they printed out the information and gave me a list of other locations that had it in stock. I would 100% go here again. Every transaction that I observed while I was at this store was respectful and positive.

when i walked in no one spoke, the young man was on his phone i asked for help with a battery for a key he was no help handed me a screw driver told me to open when i asked him can he look it up to see what type of key it take i was told it was not in their system , without him even checking or asking what it was, rude and unprofessional

It was awesome, Bryant Hall, excellent employee he went the extra mile to make sure I had the correct antifreeze for my vehicle. Also, he came out side and showed me the correct place to add the antifreeze.Please let Bryant know he is a AWESOME employee. Unfortunately, my car was stolen 2 weeks after my car was fixed with products from this store location. And now I needed to provide my insurance with proof of purchase. The old parts and receipt are in my trunk. My fiance returned to the store 2 weeks later in hopes to receive a copy of the receipt. Star and Devon were very helpful in the process and took their time. They are very much appreciated for their great customer service. Thank you both and for celebrating the win with me when you found the receipt to print out. I am so thankful of proof that great, helpful people still exist in the world. THANK YOU!

I turned in a dead car battery and put the $10 from the gift card for the old battery (company policy . . which is great) towards new wiper blades--a long overdue purchase.A very nice young man, Bryant, came out to put the wiper blades on my car. He was so pleasant and good natured--and even gave me advice helpful general advice about car maintenance. I feel like lately people in customer "service" are so rushed and don't care about making customers feel valued. It was nice to finally have a good experience with someone going above and beyond.

My experience was amazing with Shawn at the Loch Raven AutoZone! He was honest and told me that my headlights were fine despite being told by the dealer that it needed replacing. He opened the hood and checked thoroughly to show me that the bulb was good. He saved me money that I would have spent on replacing a bulb for a Lexus RX350. Honesty is a precious commodity these days. Thanks Shawn

Very poor experience when attempting to purchase a new battery. After employee brought battery to the register and I was about to pay, I asked to confirm they were able to install it. He responded in an extremely rude tone with well you should have told me that before I carried it all the way up here . He said his manager was busy in the back and he didn t have time. (There was no other customers in the store) When I asked about the sign outside that advertised free battery installation, he became even more agitated and aggressive suggesting I go to one of the many parts stores in the area. I left and went to Advance Auto Parts who installed my battery in 30 minutes. I will never return to this location.

When i go in for any type of services being greeted is a plus it makes u feel welcome. I Went in for service for my battery Chance M and Da'Jon were very helpful and had awesome customer service thanks guys U Rock

I came in on a Saturday bcuz my car was acting funky so I wanted to get my battery checked. So I walked in and the store was completely empty, no customers no workers either, I stood there about 5 minutes thinking they re probably busy doing something in the back, so finally a worker came in the front door telling me it s just him working today, the phone started ringing off the hook so I stood and waited some more, so finally he said how can I help I said I need my battery checked, he grabbed the machine and the phone started ringing again, he said come on we gotta make this quick! I understand you re the only one there and it s busy but that s not my problem! I felt rushed and all of my questions weren t answered. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt at first but then I just lost my patience! I will not be returning! Maybe you guys should hire more competent staff who can answer questions and work under pressure.

Going into the Loch Raven Branch was such a great experience purchasing and having my battery installed! The employees were very helpful and one employee in particular , Chance M. was very professional and friendly AND informative. I was able to purchase a battery , have it installed and learn more about my car. They also have EVERYTHING in stock! I highly recommend this location.

Just be sure you speak with someone who is experienced and knows what they're doing. The lady was very knowledgeable, but not helpful. The guys wasted my time literally. I was very agitated when I got home and discovered he gave me the wrong part and had to return back up to the store.And the rule of not providing a box for warranty brakes is very cheap and not the best for customer service. I've been here many times, but never this many issues in one day. Disappointed with the customer service especially when I called ahead for the part and it wasn't ready when I arrived after explaining I was coming back for the right brakes.

I have been to this particular store several times now due to locality. The experience is always the same - EXCEPTIONAL! The Customer Service was (and always has been) OUTSTANDING! I want to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Brandon M., Dwan L. and Shawn. Two of the three greeted me when I walked in. GREAT ENERGY from these young men which initiated a Great Experience. Believe it or not, a great experience is not normal in most places of business . A Great Experience makes a Customer want to: return, comfortably REFER other customers (which is the BEST form of advertising), and take the time to write a Positive Review. TWO THUMBS UP and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

In a time when service and good attitudes are at a all time low, Brandon and Dee were a true pleasure. Extremely helpful from the moment I entered the store. Good job gentleman, and I'll see you again.

I've been to this store twice, and both times Dee and Brandon were there to help me. The first time I was panicked because my battery light had came on and I didn't know what to do. Dee came outside and check my car out and gave me the best recommendation for my alternator. The second time I came because my battery light flashed on and Brandon came outside with me to check. Everything turned out to be okay, and he helped me figure out what I needed to clean my car! Overall I'll definitely be making this store my number one store to go to
