Unfortunately, I can't comment on the quality of their work because they never got a chance to perform the service. My insurance company wrote out an estimate for $15,000 and instructed another company to start the repairs. However, I felt that the insurance company's estimate for my Audi, being an expensive car, was not accurate. Therefore, I decided to have my vehicle towed to AutoNation.At AutoNation, I was greeted by Kuentin Smart, who was very informative and reassuring. He thoroughly examined my car and provided an estimate that was three times the cost of the initial estimate. As a result, the vehicle was considered a total loss, and I wasn t forced to keep a depreciated vehicle.

I would not recommend this body shop. They do not stand by their work. The front sensors on my car started acting up less than two weeks after I got the car repaired by them. I was told to pound sand and that it must have been caused after the work was done. No visible damage to my car or any incident that would have caused my sensors to become misaligned. Not a good company, no warranty for the work they perform. Beware. Zero stars if I could rate that.

Absolutely bad experience here unfortunately. There was absolute no communication from the shop. I had to reach out myself every single time. Repair of car was also delayed for over 2 weeks due to various reasons including person is out sick, Matt is out of the office, parts were not ordered, etc etc. Felt like a run around at one point. A shame because you are paying a premium to have to done at a certified shop. Icing on the cake was when delivered I noticed an immediate error in the repair. Will not come here again.

The service here was wonderful, and the process was exactly the same as their estimate. Mr.Kuentin and his team had done a top tier job and my AMG E53 looks brand new. This shop is definitely a top choice for repair, especially for AMG (I have asked 4 other body shops, but all of them couldn t fix AMG.)

The service here was awesome..Even though the process took longer than expected (mostly due to parts being made and shipped from manufacturer), Kuentin and his team continuously provided updates on the process. The work was top tier and my car looks and feels new.. after being through a rough accident. I would recommend this shop for repair

My father and I both brought our vehicles here for repair from separate accidents. We were very satisfied with the service and repairs completed. I highly recommend this collision center. The estimators are incredibly thoughtful and courteous, particularly Kuentin. When I couldn t pick up my vehicle by end of day on a Friday, Kuentin and his manager came in on Saturday (a day they re closed) to ensure I d get my vehicle back as soon as possible. I could not have asked for better service because they went above and beyond in every matter. Considering how long it can take for parts to arrive, I was incredibly impressed with their work and the time it took them.

I made an appointment here for my Mini because I was told they would give me an estimate on the spot. After looking over the car, technician Matt promised me he d have the estimate to me by the end of the day. I waited a week and a half to hear from him despite calling. The estimate was also insanely high. I asked how long the work would take, and Matt never got back to me. Very disappointing.

Excellent quality of work but long wait. Communication and updates were good. It looks like this is the only collision center in the area for BMW and some other car makes, hence the wait. I was also told that they recently hired new techs to speed up the process.

It is the worst place to have your car serviced. They kept my car for 4 months no updates unless I called them to find out the status. Once I received my vehicle it looked great however my convertible top will not lock and when I contact them they tell me someone will call me back and never do. I see how they honor a lifetime guarantee they just do not answer the phone or any request for the rest of your life. However were quick to get their payment. You would think after 4 months and ordering genuine BMW parts the car would have no issues..WISHFUL THINKING I GUESS!!!!

Couldn t even get an appointment set up to drop of my AMG. Talked to 3 employees and they were all rude and argumentative. Don t deal with this people if unless you want to be disrespected.

Made appt a month in advance. They kept my car 42 days. After 2wks ALL COMMUNICATION CEASED!!! The work was not completed, damage still exist on the undercarriage and gas door improperly installed. The paint job was excellent. They definitely lack communication and slow as molasses.

I received excellent service at the collision center ! I needed to have a parking sensor on my front bumper repaired. The manager took my car into the garage right away and came back 10 minutes later with the sensor back in the correct position. He told me the repair was free of charge which was the best Xmas gift I received this year. They could have charged me 2-3 hours labor to remove the front bumper etc. so I was really happy that they demonstrated high integrity by not charging me for a simple fix. Kudos to the manager and the mechanic who came up with the quick fix !!!

DO NOT GO HERE! My car has been there for over 3 months going onto 4. They lack communication and have to email and call multiple times for status updates. They do not do suspension work or paint here and they end up sending it elsewhere which was never told to me when I brought the car. Major delays. They have told me the car was going to ready 3 different dates and keep getting pushed back. Completely unacceptable.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

If you are looking to have auto body work done GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I took my car to get repaired from an accident in October 2021 my car wasn t repaired until Jan 2022!! Granted some of the delay was due to the insurance company and back order on parts but honestly I didn t like their customer service. They would get an attitude when I would call to ask for a status. Sometimes they would ignore my call and say they would call back and never would. It was like pulling teeth to get any type of updates on my vehicle. My husband even had to go up there to speak with the manager but they seemed unbothered. If I was you, I would skip this place all together.

I've been having a paint issue with my 2020 Porsche Macan and was told to take my car by Porsche corporate to the Towson location for an estimate as they are the only approved Porsche collision center in the area. I was told if I did not go to a Porsche certified paint center then Porsche would not stand behind any technology issues after the car was reassembled after painting. They looked at my car and told me the car needed to be repainted. The cost would be $12,000 to $15,000 and they would send me an estimate in a few days. I have called every week for 5 weeks asking for an estimate. Each time they said they would send it out right away. It's now 5 weeks later and I have not received an estimate. This place is a joke! and can't believe that Porsche certified this as their only local collision center.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Travis provided excellent service and even assisted with getting me back to the shop to pick up my car after my rental was returned. The front desk and the manager helped greatly with ensuring my payment was processed. My car looks great-- nothing but good things to say!

I tried to use this business. Went into shop for estimate 2 days ago. I was told that I would receive an e-mail estimate in 30 minutes. The estimate did not arrive and I called 2 hours later. I was told that the estimate would be sent immediately. I've yet to receive the estimate. I WILL NOT be using this outfit ever again as their failure to follow up in a timely fashion is maddening and would give 0 stars if possible.

Had a great experience here. The staff were courteous, professional and direct. My car repairs took a little longer than I hoped (because of parts arrival, etc), but the final result looked great!

Unfortunately , I have had to use this shop because of 3 separate accidents, and EVERY TIME I have used them they have delivered on time and everyone has been incredibly polite and professional! I got updates on every step of the process of my body work, its the primary reason I went back after my first accident. Also I wouldn t trust anyone to do a BMW paint job except BMW and they have done a flawless job!

Every once in awhile, one fortunately receives service beyond expectations.....and that was my case at the Certified Collision Center on Joppa Road. After a pick-up truck smashed the front end of my relatively new Boxster, I had it towed to CCC (first time experience) and the processing of the repair over the next four/fve weeks was exemplary......from Mario as the initial contact, to Nathan, Wayne and especially Jason who masterminded the transformation. The work (and I am a critical reviewer where my Porsche is concerned!) is absolutely spot on and nobody who has seen the result can believe the car was ever in an accident. Porsche of Towson, as well, was fantastic in fulfilling their part of the restoration (thank you Brian and team). Thanks to the entire team involved (sorry if I missed anyone).....you have made my misery turn to smiles.

Do Not Use collision shop!!! 3000.00 repairs, broke drivers seat, refuse to fix, car later broke down refuse to honor look at vehicle, will not get any updates on vehicle status and in the event of any issues Service Manager Jeremy will not Call back until you call his Boss Bill Keys, Worst Customer Service I ever experience and there will be no one that you can talk to that will help the situation after trusting so called professionals. It is about Money with them and not about Customer.

Wayne/Nathan are working with State Farm to restore--not merely repair--my Porsche Cayman following major frame damage accident. Porsche Certified/Approved Body Shop seeks highest quality, while State Farm keeps costs in line. Porsche level customer care--car owner, not ins co, is the customer here! Previous experience with Boxster here, observation of Panamera frame repair here at that time, and tour of shop, instill full confidence--they obviously know what they are doing. All Porsches go inside every night. A worthy companion to Porsche Towson service! Update: Almost done. Ultra-high strength steel frame repair piece, from Germany, not to be trusted to un-certified body shops. Best to come here for authorized installation on frame machine! Best to just come here, in any case!. Final update: Complete success, Porsche-level customer care, plus all my needs met (color copy of alignment, interior glass cleaning, ride home in Wayne's excellent new hybrid, etc.). Some conflict with State Farm, which paid about 3% less than Body Shop estimate. Body shop agreed to accept as full payment, with additional paper work to absorb and reconcile the difference--my thanks to GM Jeremy for that, and to all others involved, especially the many highly qualified techs who made the car new again!

The repair process with BMW Certified Collision Center started with a quick call to Estimator/Advisor Kirt Willis. The visit to their location involved an assessment and estimate of the damages and a call to the rental company to setup the rental through my insurance. Paperwork was signed to authorize the work and I was driven to the rental company to pick up the car. The opening experience featured professional communication and a clear plan. That instilled confidence and set the tone for the remainder of the experience.From start to finish, the team at BMW Certified Collision Center in Parkville provided 5-star service. As an owner that takes great care of his automobile, the team s customer service and mechanical aptitude merit a clear recommendation. Thank you to Estimator/Advisor Kirt Willis, Master Technician Mike Perrie, Refinish Technician Bradd Gott and everyone involved in the process. Excellent work! Thank you to BMW Certified Collision Center in Parkville. My car is back in top condition.

Blame everything on Covid. Super slow service, front desk not helpful whatsoever. Id avoid this place unless your trying to spend 3 months without your car and have to constantly ask them if they re going to start on it. Super nonchalant about wasting peoples time.
