Response to response: I fully understand that your establishment has to ask questions, but your manager said in front of employees and other customers this makes no sense, you were not hit by a black truck. She accused me of insurance fraud. I have full coverage on my Lexus with accident forgiveness. Outside of it being morally wrong to lie about an accident, I have no reason to lie. In addition, she is not a technician nor is she an insurance adjuster. I called my insurance company immediately and was given the name of another company where I will have my repairs completed.I went to Evolution to get an estimate per my insurance company after a hit and run. I have never made an insurance claim in my entire 35 yrs. of driving. Someone who stated she was the manager looked at my car and accused me of basically lying about my damages. She was unprofessional and very disrespectful. I called my insurance company and immediately asked for other companies to get an estimate. Oh and when I called back to complain about the treatment I was told there was no one above her which was a lie.

OLD REVIEW REPOSTED AFTER THEY CALLED ME ASKING ME TO TAKE IT DOWN Fast forward a year later and I am reposting this after they called me to take down the review and promised me a 50% refund on my initial rental car via check in the mail WHICH NEVER CAME..Even after I called 2 times over the course of a few months nothing came in the mail. Long story short the door still does not shut correctly. My mom just got out of the car and she shut the door but my car says the door is still open and the lights are on. It just never latches. Just super unprofessional and very displeased. Read below for the full review from March of 2023.I was in an accident back in early February of 2023 and went to Autobody through AllState as they are an approved shop. They could not get me into the shop for 2 weeks after my accident. I rented a car which at the time I was okay with and spent 500 dollars on the rental. Again okay with this as my deductible was only 50 dollars. I then got my car back and it was not the same as it was before I took it in. The car was driving better after the accident and before the care Autobody did to my car. A bunch of lights came on which I have never seen before and they then couldn't take care of the issue for another 2-3 days as they did not have space. I took it in and they could not resolve the issue they caused and I had to take it to a Jeep dealer. I then of course had to Uber back due to not having a car and have spent countless hours of travel, gas, money on trying to get this car fixed. IT IS STILL NOT FIXED. They seem super nice, but also seem like some of the most incompetent people with cars that I have ever met. How they mess up a car to the point it is going to take the dealer another 2 days to fix is beyond me. Just an awful job and awful communication all the way around and just AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. Never had an experience like this before and pray I will never have an experience like this again.Service: Body & Trim

I waited 2 months to have fender flares repaired on my Toyota Tacoma truck. After 3 inquiries on status spaced throughout the time period, I decided to have the work completed elsewhere. The work was completed in one and half week elsewhere. I hope my experience is not the same for others.

I honestly can t say anything regarding the quality of their work. I was directed there after an elderly gentleman hit my jeep. His insurance uses this place for estimates. I arrive to the address and found the lot to be the most chaotic, disorganized mess I ve ever seen. They share property w a few other car related businesses and when I tell you I was in complete shock!!! There were vehicles EVERYWHERE!!! There was no dedicated parking and vehicles just everywhere with cars continuously coming in. I couldn t believe it. I called and informed the business that I didn t know what to do. She said to pull the car to the business. Well there was a tow truck blocking a very small lane to the business. So she instead walked down to where I was. Now I will say she was very polite which I appreciated.There is absolutely no way I could ever use this business based upon that disorganized lot. It was just a terrible, awful experience.EDIT:A manager did contact me and profusely apologized for the conditions of their lot. I do appreciate that. Their other reviews seem to reflect a high quality of work. However I stand behind my review because it was an honest reflection of my experience.I hope in the future they along w the other businesses come to an agreement to make the entry way more organized and accessible.

Car accidents are always frustrating, but Evan s customer service, professionalism, and communication made the process much smoother. The quality of the repairs were worth the wait and my overall experience was pleasant. I am well-pleased with my experience at AutoBody Evolution.

Great auto body spot here in towson area.Fast, efficient, got the job done in and out in 2 days.Only gripe would be that they are BUSY!The lot is PACKED! At first when i brought my car here there was a big misunderstanding where my car was not fixed. Evan and my insurance company spoke and since then Evan apologized for everything and did everything in his power to do everything else that needed to be done to my car in 2 days!!!! A 30 foot tree fell on my car so i was panicking. He is the absolute best! He called me and kept me updated about everything that was going on with my car. I was so upset at first but no they were wonderful. I highly recommend them. Just make sure insurance company and their team are on the same page. Came in to get an estimate for scratches to my 2014 CRV. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and told that Ben would be helping me when he was done with another customer. Ben got to me right away. He even offered to buff the scratches to see if they were even worth an estimate. Turns out they were surface scratches and they came right out. Ben saved me a lot of time and money. He was honest and could ve let me think I needed high work but he didn t. He was personable and I wish I could give 10 stars. What a great experience. I will definitely go back again and recommend!!!! Thanks again Ben!!

I had received several quotes prior to making a decision to get my car door repaired at Auto Body Evolution and they were more expensive and required the purchase of a new door. Auto Body Evolution's technician was able to work with my existing door, which saved me money and speaks to the technical skill of the technician. I also appreciated the car cleaning at the end. Great experience! I came by with a small scratch on my car looking for suggestions on what to do. The guys there were extremely helpful. Great Place!. Front desk staff are extremely pleasant and accomodating with any of your requests regarding your vehicle. Mark the evaluator was also extremely kind to work with, very knowledgeable about the work he was creating estimates for. After I got my vehicle back they had not only done an excellent job on the repair, but had also detailed the whole vehicle. My son had an accident in his 2007 Mustang Roush Stage 3, the car is a fairly rare find. The car is very important to us so finding the right shop to repair it was our top priority. The work was great, the staff was friendly and professional and the owner genuinely cared about all of our concerns. They fought for us when our insurance company wouldn't, they answered all of our questions, allowed us to stop in and see the progress and the owner and other staff followed up with me on weekends and after hours. I can't say enough good things about this shop. Not just about their professionalism but more importantly the quality of work. I highly recommend Auto Body Evolution!

Recently had my cracked bumper repaired here and was very happy with the whole experience. The shop arranged my rental car, provided daily updates on the insurance claim and repairs, and did a phenomenal job on the repair and paint. They even fixed the car model numbers on my trunk that were falling off. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for top quality body work.

Highly recommend this shop because they are very professional, knowledgeable, and provide outstanding customer service. They do a thorough safety inspection before returning your vehicle. Weeks later, I came back to pick up a part that was on back order and Tony went out of his way to fix a few additional issues on my car. Auto body evolution goes above and beyond for its customers.

I usually do not write reviews, mostly because I expect good service from companies, but when a company goes way beyond my expectation I need to let others know. Dennie and Dominic were extremely accommodating in working with me to repair my daughters car (Towson Student). Being a good distance away, all my interaction was by telephone. Based solely on my phone call they immediately ordered the parts and scheduled next day installation, and offered to try and diagnose an unrelated mechanical issue. These are the nicest, most helpful people I've ever met for any car related stuff of any sort. The estimates they give you are honest and fairly priced, and I've never met any other shop where they start cleaning it up during the estimate. My wife went in for a door mirror repair (est. $150 labor at another shop) and when she came in for the estimate, they instead fixed it on the spot (for $25) and apologized for taking so long.I've met all of the body shops in the area. If you need body work done, you need to come here.

I have had two interactions with these guys over the past several years. They were fantastic, super professional, highly skilled, and more than fair in their pricing. The first time I lived nearby and chose them at random after a fender bender. The second time (today) I drove from where I live now because I was confident they would do excellent work, and they did.Service: Body & Trim

I had a small, weird problem in my trunk that needed body shop attention. Matthew helped me the whole way. The waiting area is the nicest I've ever waited in at any auto shop. The communication was great. That was probably the best part.

Ben Canby at autobody evolution. I don t usually do reviews, especially good once. When I find something, I like its usually a secret. I have now had more than a couple experiences with him and his shop and feel strongly about this review, even if this ongoing current issue goes sideways. I know he has done more than any other shop has done and will ever do. I am not some beautiful girl. He hasn t even made a profit, but he will treat me better, and with more respect than somebody who has already profited or just met for the first time, on a random walk in. He knows his craft and is also intelligent, courteous, and hospitable. He will assist you when its least expected to the best of his abilities. I could write on, but I m not a writer. I highly recommend Ben Canby at autobody evolution and I m sure others do to. Thank you, Ben. 5 stars hands, down.

Richard's Body Shop is wonderful! I came in for an estimate on some damage to my car and was walked through each part of the fix and its corresponding part/labor and cost. When it came to scheduling, they were flexible and finished the car ahead of time. Most importantly, they were honest and provided invaluable advice and recommendations for my particular situation. Being new to the area, I was anxious about finding a body shop that I trusted but have been so pleasantly surprised. Richard's is truly a gold standard. Thank you so much for your help!

Friendly, honest people. Getting body work to your car is never cheap. Nevertheless they helped me save money by using after market parts from vendors they trust whenever possible. I spoke with the guy who fixed my car, and they are hard-working honest people just like everyone else. Also they have their stuff together when it comes to paperwork to minimize my headaches with insurance.I would recommend.

I can't even begin to tell you how impressed I was with their customer service and honesty. I didn't even end up getting my car fixed there but their willingness to help was impressive. I will surely give them my business if we ever need work done in the future.

Went in today thinking I d need to replace my bumper on my Mercedes C300 but with the help of Ben, he easily removed some surface scratches and pushed my bumper back into place. I highly recommend this place for service!

2012 Camry I recommended my brother to Richards and they did an excellent job. He hit a deer and it was very bad. After the work was done couldn't even tell it happened. Great work, was done in 3 days and the price was excellent. Would definitely recommend to others in the future.

All I can say is WOW! What a fantastic and hospitable place.I want to Richard's Body Shop this morning to receive a quote for a hit and run to the front of my vehicle. Upon arrival, I was greeted by two lovely ladies who assisted me right away. Shortly after, I was introduced to Mark -- The wonderful gentleman who assisted me with the quote. Upon inspection, he wanted to see if he could buff out the scrapes on my car before assuming the worst. After about 10 minutes, the area looked good as new. I insisted to pay him for his time but he declined. What a guy! I will certainly take my car here should I encounter any damages to my car in the future. Thank you Thank you!

My daughter was there today for a dented fender and they were so kind to help her. We live in Brooklyn, NY and she is away at College and it is so comforting to know that there are trusting good people out there willing to help.
