So happy with the quality and seclusion. The process for exterior detail, felt like all that was actually done. The 3 gentleman worked on my car together and were kind, courteous and very polite. The vehicle as you can see was taken care of nicely and quickly.

These guys are the real deal. Five years of gunk, junk, and whatever else they could find in between, underneath, and all around every crack and crevice gone within two hours for an absolutely spotless finish. Edwin took care of me and he's the man. I am in love with my car again! Thank you so much for taking such expert care of my car, Joel. I contacted Auto Doctor about a disastrous juice spill in the back pocket of my front passenger seat. The customer sevice responded immediately, evaluated the damage, explained what needs to be done, and gave me estimates for the work. I especially appreciate how much attention Joel paid to my car with with *multiple* extractions to make sure the offending juice spill is removed from the thick upholstery. He even took the time to spot clean the back seat. Totally unexpected and SOO appreciated! I higly recommend Auto Doctor to anyone.

Thoroughly impressed with the quality of service! I came across Auto Doctor while researching some good car washes in the area. I am extremely picky so I am always skeptical when trying a new place, and they did not let me down. Curt, the owner even took his time to do a walk around of the vehicle with me to make sure it was detailed to my satisfaction. Extremely competitive pricing. Wow! What a great experience! Curt went above and beyond to detail my car. First off he was able to accommodate what I was looking for and even do it same day while helping me pick out the right package for my car. He offered to come pick up my car and provide me with his car if I had anywhere to go. So the customer service for me is already a 10/10. For the detail and job at hand I couldn t be more happy. The interior was meticulous when it came to cleaning I honestly can say he did not miss a spot 10/10. The exterior was amazing. He was able to fix a scratch and the wax coating looks amazing. The black on my car has never looked better!(better then when it came off the lot) and for this I give exterior 10/10. Thank you so much again Curt you have made a customer for life!

I had made an appointment using Auto Doctor's portal (very easy process), and then called at 9am this morning to cancel, as it was no longer convenient to get there. I received a very prompt call back from Travis, who immediately offered to come to my house to pick up my car and then deliver it back to me. Wow! I jumped on that offer. I arranged for the In & Out wash at $45 (great price), and my car looks so pristine. Further, I had a bad scratch all along my car's side, which they buffed nearly out of existance. They worked with me on price for that, which I really appreciate. They are clearly motivated to offer excellent service and quality work. I'm impressed. My sister was so impressed that she immediately started arranging for the same service. Highly recommend and intend to work with them again.

This place was amazing! I only had 1 day off of work and called them to see if anything was available. They took me right away. An hour and a half later my car looks brand new! From the outside to the inside. I even have a dog and the hair is GONE! The guys were nice, friendly and informative. They also gave a military discount. I d definitely come back. 10/10!!!

The staff was exceptionally professional and ON TIME! When i arrived to pick up my car they were going over the car with cell phone lights looking in crevices to ensure that it was spotless. Then they had me look over the car to make sure everything was done properly!! I highly recommend to anyone and everyone in Towson! Was referred by a friend to use their services. They did an exceptional job with cleaning the interior and exterior, vacuuming the floors, and washing the wheels. They told me it would take 2-3 hours, and it was finished in 3 hours. My first impression when I saw the car after the wash, was that this was a brand new car. The wheels looked brand new (which was one of the biggest issues we had). Do these guy need another 5 star review. Yes they do We hired them a couple months back for a deep clean of our minivan. I'm kind of picky. I really want every corner vacuumed, and want it done thoroughly under the seats, between the seats, all those tough places. The whole job was top notch. I will most definitely contact Auto Docotor again next time we need it.Services: Auto detailing, Car waxing

Very friendly and professional. I had a few stains and wanted my seats cleaned anyways. Today was the day. I spilled a coke soda and there was No Way I was gonna leave that on my seat. I asked for a recommendation from a friend and the Auto Doctor was the one she recommended. Not the slightest sorry I went there. I won t say where I bought my car but he immediately recognized that my car had gone through a machine car wash. Once my car was done I said it looks better than the day I bought it .I highly recommend.I m a satisfied customer.
