I brought my car in for a repair and my car was repaired sooner than expected. I also appreciated the updates I received throughout the process. However, the interior of my car (back and front) were covered in a white dust. As you can see in the pictures, the vents, console, floor mats, door handles, and dashboard were covered in dust. I ended up having to spend $120 on car detailing just to get rid of the noxious smell and dust. In my past experience with mechanics, they use a plastic wrap to cover the interior. This or even just paper mats on the floor would ve been so helpful. It seems like no one cared to protect my interior and brought it back without considering the fact that I ll have to clean the mess myself. The dust was so obvious and widespread that there was no way the staff didn t notice when they gave me back my car. This soured the entire experience for me and hate that I had to pay $120 to get my interior cleaned, which was more than half I paid for the deductible to get my car fixed.

What the best businesses aspire to, Marlow achieves. The entirety of their process from the first phone call to picking up my completed car was nothing but a pleasure. The communication was unbelievable. From quick callbacks to FOUR unsolicited email status updates, to an accurate estimate of completion, the women running this place do an amazing job. No one wants to find themselves in an autobody shop - until now!!!

Very positive experience -- brought my car in after someone hit me in my parking lot. I have Progressive and they wanted me to use this shop, it's right next to an Enterprise rental place so that's helpful. Carla, the shop manager, was very communicative and was correct about timings -- she estimated a week and the car was done in 6 days. Work looks great, no complaints!

The service was awful and delayed. Initially, my car should have been a 2 week job, but it took nearly 8 weeks.I called to follow up on multiple occasions and I was told that Jimmy (the manager) would call me back and he never did.After I picked up my car, I noticed that they left the intake tube in the back of my car. I brought it up to Jimmy and he didn t know what it was, but he had a mechanic install it before I drove it. The fact that the intake tube was in the back seat and not installed shows a lack of quality insurance.Additionally, their delay caused me to incur overage fees with the rental company, so their lack of service and follow-through has made it difficult for my insurance company.

Good morning this is my third car I took to this location. The work was f this body shop is beyond exceptional. I brought my 2012 Kia to the location twice the second time it was totaled this year my 2018 Kia optima which I just knew it was totaled but baby let me tell you how Marlow auto body put Annie back together and she is now home.Service: Body & Trim

Outstanding! Learned about Marlow Auto Body from my insurance company. The staff were efficient, knowledgeable, and got our vehicle's bumper repaired in mint condition and on time per their estimated completion time. At drop-off and pickup, we were in and out within 10 minutes. Carla Reyes, Body Shop Manager, kept me well informed of the work to be done, broke down the costs and our responsibility (deductible), and when the work was expected to be complete, and she kept me updated via calls at every step in the process. And while she wasn't there the day we dropped the vehicle off, she was there at pickup, brought the vehicle out to us, and was such a joy to speak with. Not to mention, the bumper looks exactly as it did when the vehicle was first purchased. Hopefully we won't have to deal with further damages due to another driver's negligence, but if so, I won't hesitate to return to Marlow Auto Body. Thank you all!

Ms. Pearl handles the information surrounding our status of our vehicle. They finished the vehicle 5 business days ahead of the estimated finished date. Everyone from the door was helpful and friendly and informative. I hope I don t have to come back but if I do have to get my car fixed locally I would definitely come back.We were rear ended and after they were finished, you can t tell anything ever happened.

I said I didn t want to talk about it but my truck was stolen and vandalized two weeks ago. I told my insurance to send it Marlow Auto Body I have known the owner Steve and the staff for years, so I trusted my truck with them. I never thought I would have to call on their services but I did. I called my cousin Laurie Herndon and they got me in their already packed schedule and I really appreciated that and got it done in a reasonable time . I have to say AWESOME JOB BEAUTIFULLY DONE! Hands down the best auto service experience I have ever had! From start to finish, the entire team was friendly, responsive, communicative, and efficient! Carla called me regularly with updates and kept me well informed, explaining things in simple terms that a non-technical person could understand. And the customer service at the front desk is the friendly, responsive type of service that is so rare and special these days. AND the communication and convenience with Enterprise rental next door made it all even easier!!! As a woman who often feels overwhelmed or uninformed at car shops, I will absolutely come here for all of my auto needs!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car here because they work with my insurance. I came in for a small dent in my bumper and an alignment.3 WEEKS later I am finally able to get my car back. During the time I called and checked on my vehicle SEVERAL times,since the damage was minor. First they told me it was additional issueswhen I spoke to the mechanic he said just bolts and screws they needed to order for my bumper.They told me it was in line for paint one week and should be ready the next day. The next week something about ordering a window and then having to replace and tint it ( no one has explained the window situation to me no matter who I ask)Finally my adjuster tells me I can get my vehicle after 3:30, it was in line to be washed. Since I have been promised my vehicle several times I awaited the shops call. They never told me the vehicle was ready. I called two days after my adjuster said it should be ready and they say "oh it's been ready". No one contacted me as much as I had constantly called.So of course I come get my car and not only is the outside dirty so is the inside! My leather seats have black scuffs on it and the inside smelled weird. They left a glue/sticky stuff hanging from the front windshield as well as I can clearly see that they pushed the band between my window and dash board. Again I came in for a small dent in my bumper front passenger side.No one was honest at this place , the work took too long and I also feel the work was not done properly.I was told to take it back as soon as I left but they way they work and the way my schedule is set up I would rather have the work checked elsewhere.All of this and it still looks like the bumper isn't on right so 0 stars if I could. Major inconvenience and lack of communication.Also my computer in my car notified me and told me when it was being worked on. The alignment seemed like it was adjusted a day or two before I actually picked up my vehicle. How if it had already been promised to me twice before in the prior weeks?The radio station was changed and the headrest and seat position were adjusted. The inside looks rummaged through as well. Doesn't look like my car was just sitting and being worked on.... I still want to know what happened to my window!!

Someone that answers the phone has a split personality. One minute they're crabit on the phone. Yes like a crab got a rabbit and she was the result very crabit. I almost not took my car there just because of how rude this lady was on the phone then when I went there she lied and said it was the white lady. I know who I spoke to on the phone. Then she started acting like an angel and then in the end her true colors came out and the crabbiness came out again. As far as my car is concerned they put old tire on my car instead of a new one but they charge the insurance company for I wouldn't trust them with my vehicle again they are short-handed. But I guess that would be anywhere the insurance company is paying for the car it's just the politics of it I guess. Some of the work was done on my car some was not but I was glad to have my car back cuz they kept it too long. I don't think they have good integrity.

My car was towed here, and I was given a pick-up date, which turned into two more weeks. They started working on my car three days before my scheduled pickup. I know this because when they took my car apart, I was notified. When I finally got my car the next day engine light came on, I took it back, and Carla told me they didn t put a hose on correctly and it may come off again because they can t get it on. It was towed to the dealership, and of course, they worded it to the dealership, asking if it was related to the accident. The engine light wasn t on at all until this issue. When I spoke with the dealership and then logged into my account and saw the service notifications when they took the car apart, he realized that it was an error on the shop's part. I told her I don t worry, I ll go to small claims court. I knew I shouldn't have allowed my car to be towed here but after the lady hit me I just wanted the work to get done because I had graduation and travel plans coming up.I DID NOT CALL BACK A WEEK LATER IT WAS THE NEXT DAY AND THEY SCHEDULED ME TO COME BACK IN. Keep getting on here and lying. My report on my car shows when the light came on for the issue that I ended up covering. And no worries I dealt with Progressive accordingly and was refundedService: Body & Trim

Wonderful experience with Marlow Auto Body! Was in an accident and needed my car assessed. Worked with Devon and she was excellent! She handled everything with State Farm and the process was smooth and efficient. I was in a accident where I was injured and unable to go to the shop right after the accident so I had to do everything over the phone and spoke with a lady named Stephanie and she was great! Very pleasant and she made the process easy and kept me informed the whole time. When it was time to pick up my car She was just as nice and helpful in person and she had the biggest smile! Great customer service and great work on my Honda! I recommend this company to anyone!

The staff at Marlow Auto Body has amazing customer service! The young man at the front desk was always extremely helpful nice and professional as well as Ms Pearl who was also a delight. Very happy with the work done to my vehicle! Stephanie have just been amazing since I first wanted to bring my car there and called her to inquire. She kept me updated every step of the way on everything they repaired or needed to be repaired.I would definitely bring my car back to get repaired for any damages. It was a very pleasant experience! Also the young guy at the front desk was also great!! Thank you guys so much!!!

I would recommend Marlow to everyone. My service manager, Sharon Davis was excellent. I took my honda accord in for repairs and she kept me apprised on what was being done and the time it would take to complete the job. On the day of completion I was running late and she waited for me after hours to retrieve my car. Car was satisfactorily competed. Great job guys!! Keep up the excellent job.

Stephanie handled my repairs. She informed me regularly about my repairs, and she was quite personable as well. She went through the entire repair when I picked my vehicle up. I have used Marlow Auto Body before. I am very satisfied with the good work that they do. The staff is very knowledgeable about their work and products. Also the staff is very friendly. Most of all I like Marlow Auto Body because their work is spectacular. WOWZA! Phenomenal service. I dealt with Devon Hayes handling my claim through state farm. It was like working with a heavenly angel sent down to answer all my car repair prayers. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone. The BEST experience.

This was my 1st experience needing Body work/painting done to my car and I was referred by several friends that they did awesome work at Marlo Auto Body. The referrals were dead on! My experience was Amazing from the ladies at the front desk to the Service Rep Carolyn Mathews. Ms. Mathews called me and kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle and from beginning to the end. When I picked my car up, Carolyn walked me through the repairs that were done and informed me on the Guarantee for as long as I own the car on the paint job and labor. I'd DEFINITELY reccomend them and would reuse their services as well!

Stephanie was the person who was assigned to take care of my car and she did from the first day till the day I picked up my car she was on schedule. After the day I had, she brightened my spirit with her willingness to answer all of my questions and her courteous happy tone.
