The best auto repair shop in DMV, especially in MD. I have repaired suspension of my car and did engine tune up. The staffs are very professional and polite. They did complete the job on time with fair price and save me with parts too. I highly recommend innovation auto for any body works, mechanics and tires. If you need normal auto maintenance or any collision works, then visit innovation auto.

It's hard to explain how blessed I feel coming across New Innovations Auto Body.They completely went into the fine details to answer all my questions and made sure to do an amazing job.They had to replace the:1. Front bumper2. Rear bumper3. Side squirts4. Combat wing5. Rear defuser6. Sail panels7. Polishing the garnish8. Redoing the engine bay paint job with welding work9. Coating the calipers10. Sound deadening spray for the underbody, wheel wells & interior11. Coating and polishing headlights12. DetailingOther things I can't think of at the moment but they did much much more!Pictures should be pretty clear and show the outstanding job they did! And yes, it's the same exact car!Moving forward, I am getting all my body and mechanical work done from New Innovations!

EDIT: The lighting fixture wasn't properly sealed or the light was faulty, and now the lights have failed. Cables also left hanging loose, if related. I have to essentially restart my repair process/insurance hassle. Still 2 stars because they were very helpful and kind during their time. Just not finished and I'm left with an unending issue, as they won't offer to replace the part.-----Helped me in the most stressful time of my life! Long story short, buying a house and the timing of various things became a 6-month hell: including my car being hit by a "not drunk" unlicensed, suspiciously-insured driver while it was PARKED on the OPPOSITE SIDE of the street.

Excellent team of certified mechanics and body men in DMV area. They did work on my car engine, struts, rotors, brakes and painted bumpers of the car which completely match the factory color. On time delivery of the work, fair prices and outstanding customer care is what I have experienced with Innovation Auto Body Mechanics and Tire.I do highly recommend for routine car repair & maintenance and body works.

This is one of the best mechanic and body shop in the DMV area. I am very satisfied with their honesty and professional working ethics. After an accident I brought my damaged car to them and they made it look like a brand new car. They pretty much do everything from body works to transmission, paint, tires and etc.

I was really impressed with the services at New Innovations Body Shop. I took my 2009 Mercedes SUV in for some cosmetic painting repairs and headlight restoration. Whereas other shops gave me the run around and wanted to be paid thru an insurance claim, New Innovations said we can do it. The work they did on my car was professionally done and at an affordable price and completed in 1 day. My 14 year old car is looking really good and this shop truly delivered. Communication was also good. Highly recommended.

I recently had an experience that I believed was with you, but I have come to realize that I confused you with Milton Garcia the owner of Innovation auto repair at 4720 Saint Barnabas Rd Suite B, Temple Hills, MD 20748 which has your same name and business location. After speaking with you I understand that Milton Garcia s business is not you and only leases a small space in your building. It was implied that Mr Garcia owned the entire location. Your businesses just have the same name and business address. I sincerely apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience it may have caused. I have come to acknowledge that you are a man of ingenuity and compassion.Title: Terrible Experience with Innovation Auto Repair.I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Milton Garcia and Innovation Auto Repair at 4720 Saint Barnabas Rd in Temple Hills, MD and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others about their unethical practices. I had initially chosen this repair shop based on their seemingly reputable online reviews and recommendation from a friend. However, my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.To begin with, I contacted Innovation Auto Repair to discuss check engine light diagnosis repair for my vehicle. They requested a deposit upfront, which I reluctantly paid, trusting that they would fulfill their end of the agreement. The mechanic misdiagnosed my problem and recommended an unnecessary repair. I was told to bring the car back at a later time. I did not allow him to perform the repairs after calling immediately back and he telling me the items I put a deposit on would not resolve my auto issues. And I would have to have more work done. I never took my car to Innovation Auto Repair for the work. I am not confident this mechanic can address my issues and did not address my complaint to return my $400.00 paid because no repairs were done. Unfortunately, that was the last time I heard from them.If you're completely dissatisfied with the work and not confident that the mechanic can address your complaints, you could ask for a refund for the work not performed. If a mechanic misdiagnoses your problem and recommends unnecessary repairs, they can be held liable for the cost of those unnecessary repairs.Days turned into weeks, and despite numerous attempts to contact and collect my money from the repair shop, they remained unresponsive. After countless conversations, voicemails, sent texts, and even visited their physical location, only to find Milton Garcia was never available or closed during their supposed business hours. It became evident that they had no intention of returning my money.The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service displayed by Innovation Auto Repair is truly appalling. Not only did they fail to provide the service, but they also refused to return my hard-earned money. This experience has left me feeling frustrated, betrayed, and taken advantage of.I strongly advise anyone considering using Innovation Auto Repair to think twice before entrusting them with their vehicle or money. Their deceptive practices and complete lack of integrity make them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice for any automotive repair needs.In conclusion, my experience with Innovation Auto Repair has been nothing short of a nightmare. They took my money, failed to diagnose the work, and have refused to return my money. I hope that by sharing my story, I can prevent others from falling victim to their deceitful practices. Khan was extremely helpful in the repair of our Dodge Ram Hemi. I saw his reviews and decided to give it a try. Im so glad we did! He is an expert in i surance matters and also in repairs. Whats needed and whats not. His advice was extremely helpful! I would recommend his shop if you need repairs!

I received excellent customer service at this shop! They were punctual, professional and explained my options before they did any work. My car was finished in two days! I was super surprised because I'm used to my car being in the shop for at least a week. The price was reasonable and the paint job looks amazing! I'm so pleased with this experience!
