Great SERVICE!!!I recently went here in order to get my car detailed because it was looking very very sad.. Upon entering i was greeted very nicely and the people inside were very helpful. The man detailing my car, his name was Lalpacha. He did such a great job, there was not a single spot left on the inside or the outside of the car. I highly recommend you guys check out Expert Auto and Lalpacha.

This place was recommended to me by my good good gf. My car was involved in a car accident and my insurance companied denied my claim, so I had to find somewhere to fix the damages to my car. On Feb 1st, 2023 I had my car towed to Expert Auto and Tire for an estimate. By the next day they had provided me an estimate which seem to be within my budget. In order to move forward I would need to pay half the cost of the estimated cost. The next day they lifted the car and saw more work would need to be done which would increase the cost by $2600. Zee told me to come in so he could show me the damages and what needed to be fix. I agreed to the cost increase by signing an updated invoice. My car was completed by Friday 2/17/23 at 4pm. The work was impeccable. They repaired my car in a timely manner considering the damages. The staff was friendly and personable. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends. Scammers and Frauds!!! I took the vehicle over there due to a slow leak in the right rear tire. They take over an hour to come back and tell me that the tire has been compromised in three places and that I ll need to spend $200+ and buy a new tire. I declined.I took it up the street around the corner and they took the one nail out and plugged the one hole in 5 minutes. Don t trust EXPERT with your hard earned money!

Yeah this place is a no....they drive your car crazy and "find" problems that never existed....do NOT come here..while i was setting in my car waiting the worker driving the car almost hit me so i hunked he looked at me like i was what he thought, a nothing, just someone who helps him provide for his family and send money overseas. He got out of his car and stared me down...nose screwed up and a hard grit....keep it moving from here...you have been warned!! BTW who ever car he was driving he slammed the door hard enough that you knew it couldn't be his because the slam was RIDICULOUS!!.

My unexpected encounter and experience with Expert Auto was nothing short of A1. Kamal treated me with so much patience and respect. Because my credit isn t great, I was very doubtful but his sincerity and interest in helping me made me hopeful. Unlike other car dealerships, and I have visited a few, Expert Auto do Not make you feel like they re only trying to sell you a car. By the time I met another pleasant young man working there named Dionte, I felt like we were all old friends. I am very grateful for people like Kamal whom you can tell truly cares and loves what he does. I definitely recommend Expert Auto to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. I WILL be returning and continuing to refer.

I came to get my MD safty inspection.My car ended up being there from 10:50AM to 4:15PM. I was told that my car failed the Maryland Safty Inspection because:1. "It's pulling to the left"2. "rear window tint is less than 35%"They said they could take off the tint and they can do the the alignment/figure out why the car was pulling left. I said ok, but then I got a call back and they told me: "the mechanics won't even start the alignment because you need two front new tires".They didn't know I just brought my car into Pep Boys to check my tires for punctures and overall issues. So then I told them to have the mechanic call me back with more information about why I was being told to get new tires. So then they call me "oh he was just recommending you get new front tires the tred is getting low".1. I was not told the car failed inspection because of tire tred being low.2. It is extremely shady to switch up your words on your customers when it comes to the difference between a $200 and $800+ cost for repairs.3. As a paying customer, I would have liked a more accurate time line for this service. I would have dropped my car off instead of waiting in a lobby for two hours.4. I asked to pick up my vehicle at 4:45PM and there was alot of resistance from the clerk because they wanted to go home. As I was paying for their services they actually turned off the lobby lights.As a paying customer, my overall experience was negative. Based off of my personal experience, I do not intend to return to Expert Tire & Auto. I would not personally recommend their services to other people.

Took my car in for MD state inspection. Failed the first time. But, each area of repair was itemized and priced. The Customer Service agents were great, kind and knowledgeable of vehicle repairs.. Waiting lounge was comfortable. Overall, a very professional, timely service.

I went there for an inspection (I drove my car there). The mechanic tells me what the car had no power and that he is unable to complete the inspection.I told him that I drove the car there and it was working. He turned on the car and was saying that it wouldn't move. He said that it might be the transmission.I couldn't understand how the transmission could go bad (the car was fine before bringing it to this shop). He went into his bay and I received the inspection paper from the office person. It said that car had no power. I paid the inspection fee and started the car and it was moving fine. I went back into the shop and told the person there that the car was working. She said that I should get the things on the paper fixed and I could bring it back before 30 days to be reinspected.

Expert Auto has had my car going on 3 weeks and have done nothing but wants to charge me $1300 plus to do a diagnostic/breakdown. I'm using my warranty insurance. They told my claims adjuster they don't know wants wrong with my vehicle. Now that I want my vehicle towed from there location they want to charge me a diagnostic fee. They have done nothing.

Called early in the morning to inquire about a safety inspection. The young lady on the phone was very pleasant. I was able to come in right away about 30 minutes later. I checked in and they begin my inspection no less than 10 minutes. The facility is nice quiet and clean, with a decent waiting area. Would recommend.

I was quoted an astronomical fee of $923.00 to weld a step board on my Hummer. The manager's explanation of the price was because "it's an all day tedious job and the mechanic's hourly rate is $115.00 per hour". They finished the job in less than four hours. When I asked about a price adjustment, I was told "we did you a favor and had more than one mechanic work on it to get you out faster". So, instead of $115.00 an hour for one mechanic, I'm paying multiple mechanic's hourly rate? It's a truck, not a ship. I paid a diagnosis fee of $94.00 for the windshield wiper motor. They told me they couldn't reprogram it. So, I have to pay another diagnosis fee at the dealer! I will update this review if the manager reaches out to refund a portion of the mechanic's hourly rate they charged me. The best thing about this visit was the customer service agent's smile. Highly Recommended Stop for all your car needs. Expert Auto & Tire offers a variety of services. I went in a little timid and unsure, as most people are when visiting auto care places for first time services, but the employees are so friendly and hospitable I felt right at home with them. Car service was also quick and timely and prices are reasonable, unlike my high end dealership that tried charging me outrageous prices for basic services. I will definitely be returning here for future car care services.

I scheduled a Maryland State Inspection early morning 5/31/2019. I confirmed my appointment with the receptionist. I drove from DC to this location for my 4:30 PM appointment. I arrived on time, but was told by the front desk staff that the mechanic was "backed up" and would not see me. As you would imagine, the effort to get there was trying and the receptionist offered no alternative. I inquired as to whether it is the practice of this business to call and cancel appointments. The receptionist only apologized. I am very displeased with this business and how I was treated as a customer.

On 12th day of February, 2020, my son Daniel said he wanted me to help him find a car to buy. I searched around and came across Expert Auto. I like the reviews that I saw and the lady I spoke to over the phone, Imani, was very pleasant and helpful. After my son and I arrived there, we were greeted by Kamal and one Mr. Antonio Brown. Both men were very helpful. They showed us several cars that we could afford and I tell you, I was quite pleased with all of them but we settle on Ford Fusion beauty. We got a good deal with favorable terms. I'll be buying all of my cars from them and I would encourage everyone to check them out. Great cars, great people!

I found Expert on Google looking for a last minute Maryland inspection shop. I spoke with Porsha from the beginning and her customer service and voice was pleasant and so helpful from the beginning. I had to stop my car off earlier than the opening and she told me exactly where to go and assured me they would follow up once they picked the car up from the drop off place and she did. All done while I was at work. Picked the car up at 1 and it was ready. Got to the MVA not even an hour later and the inspection was in the system! The service was truly superb from the beginning. I love to give props when it s due! They did that! Again, Porsha service was above and beyond! Thank you!

This place is the worse my insurance company sent me here they had my car for a month lied about putting on a new tire that my insurance company paid for and went back to question them that's when they put it on. After picked up my car heard this loud humming noise 5 minutes after I left but they wanted more money to fix a part that they failed to fix ,also say part will be next day of course it wasn't and now I don't even trust them to fix it taking it somewhere else they sneaky very unprofessional and will never go to these scammers again do yourself a favor don't take your car there

Great service! I continually am amazed by the customer service here. The staff is friendly and my car runs real smooth afterward. They give good prices on oil changes. I also bought my car here. It s been almost a year and I have not been disappointed yet.Edit: Not really. Don't go here if you can. Service is very slow. Also they coerce you into getting good reviews so you get a discount. I wrote this to get it.

This is my first experience with Expert Auto but it was great. When i called to inquire about an inspection, the person I spoke with was super friendly. When I went for my appointment they were very professional and very friendly. I may have just found a new place to take my vehicles for maintenance.
