I absolutely hate the work that was done on my vehicle. Bubbling tint and scratches remained on all the windows after the tint work was done. I took my vehicle back for them to fix but their fake warranty did not cover their horrible tint work. They look for ways to put the blame on you and not take responsibility. When I asked the receptionist about what their warranty covers, she said bubbling or any issues with the tint. I pointed out all the issues bubbles scratches etc. she then mumbled to redo all these windows imagine paying 500+ for tint and all those imperfections remaining after a month of the work being done. Smh I paid my hard earned money for this and it s not cheap! 0/10 will not recommend!Service: Vehicle window tinting

If you're looking to get your windows tinted for a good price and fast, COME HERE! The workers are super professional and friendly and they did an amazing job on my car. CCK is very tentative to your request and needs I have taken all my vehicles here whether it s for tint or a stereo system install on my daily driver, The customer service is on point, oh did I mention the worker gave me the remote to watch TV while I waited for my vehicle, it was such a quick turnaround I couldn t even find anything to watch. I highly recommend them.

These guys have done an exceptional job! Customer service is friendly! Tints are applied by soap and water, so if you have bubbles, be patient and allow tints to cure. Touch-ups are free!

Absolutely love these guys. I ve had three cars tinted here with out any issues and little wait time. I get compliments on the daily about how smooth and clean my tint is laid. Great job folks! Very personable and always busy but they make u feel very welcome during your stay! Once on your car its an hour.. but a wait is a wait if there are cars before you;) they had no issue with me leaving to 7/11 and still held my place in line. I have been coming to this shop for over 10 years. This time i brought my daughters car... next time will be my grandchild;) And my car looks amazing. Give the tint more to dry during winter months is what I ve been told and it looked great. Overall very satisfied. Highly recommend.

I came to Custom Car Kings for a detailed car wash and it was everything and beyond. I was thinking about tinting my windows because of all the great work they have done for everyone of my family members but I opted out. Only because my car was leased and was turning it in for a newer model. This family & Veteran Owned business is everything you expect and more. They take pride in the service they perform. They give you exactly what you expect. They go above and beyond to ensure their customers leave happy. No matter how small the job is. I recommend all my guests, clients, friends to them for window tinting and car washing.

They do great work!! Very family oriented shop. Sometimes bubbles are a part of the drying process, It takes some time for your tint to cure so be patient once your tint dry you will love it. I just call and I ask if they paint they said no, so I ask if they work with Technology like back cameras adn she just end the call before I finish talking with her (was a woman)

First time getting my car tinted and I am so pleased with the work. The staff was great and very accommodating. I have recommended their services to several people that were interested. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Service was excellent and wasn't there for very long. I definitely will be going to them again with other vehicles that I may want tinted!!!

I ve had two vehicles tinted and detailed with CCK. I have kids and you know how they tend to wreak havoc in back of cars. These guys were able to get my car looking brand new each time. I visited this establishment during the week. I was un decided on the level of tint. I asked several staff members for their opinions. They were very patient and remained professional at all times.I also got a full detail. My car looked absolutely amazing. The tint that I chose was perfect .. thanks to the staff.The detail has my car looking like it had just left the showroom.After the detail was done, the guy walked me around the car and asked if their was anything else that needed any additional attention.This place DOSE NOT disappoint.I will be visiting this establishment frequently.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Great customer service! I have gotten a few cars tinted here and send everyone I know here. They do great work plus you don't have to wait long. The staff is very knowledgeable and will help you figure out which option is best for you. This is the place to go for your tinting needs. Hands down this is the best shop around.

I had my cars windows tinted here. The $100 tint job turned into $140 plus tax for whatever reason. That evening i noticed several bubbles on the rear window and both the driver and passenger front windows. The inside of the car was left with lint all over the rear seats and water marks all over the interior. Took it back for warranty I was told I needed to wait a few days and some of the bubbles may go away... hmm.. ok sure buddy.. waited a week took the car back again and then was told I would have to come back Monday through Thursday and in the morning time only, if I wanted the warranty work to be done. Come to find it was lint under the tint film. While waiting for them to simply look at my car I witnessed some scary and just wrong methods detailing/washing cars.. they seem like nice peoples and all but I won t be back for the warranty work or recommend them to one of hundreds of car enthusiasts I know. I ll pay someone else to redo what should of been done correct the first time. Nothing but excuses is what it came down to for me and that ain t how you stay in business.

Got my windows tinted today on my 2018 Sonata, I absolutely love it!! They were very busy but I still left in a good amount of time. The young lady at the front desk said I had one set infront of me but they must of cut my car out while I waited because as soon as I was pulled in the tint was already on my car. The staff were very pleasant gave me all of the detas and I wibe back next week for a detail! Very disappointed with the service here. A colleague of mine referred me to this place since he drives the exact same model car. After waiting close to 5 hours to be seen and get my car worked on I came back to trash and stains all over my car. Once I was driving home I noticed all of the windows had either scratches or bubbles. I call custom car kings and a lady tells me come back and they will fix it, once I arrive a gentleman tells me we are too busy today come back Sunday and they ll make sure to clean the stains and redo the work. After picking up car Sunday again I m greeted to stains and scratches. I was very worried about them redoing the work since there was allot of water spots all over the doors, I didn t want any of the electronics or defrosters getting damaged. I don t plan on getting the tints redone and risking possible damage to the car.

Custom Car Kings is great place to go if you re trying to get the best deal on tinting your car. They were very straight forward and knew what they were doing. I did a lot of shopping around and this place was definitely the best when it came to value and quality. I would definitely recommend coming here if your looking to get your windows tinted for any car or truck. They were busy but had a great system, you could wait outside (they have a inside lounge that was closed due to covid) and they even had a few chairs out front in the open air that were placed 6 feet apart for social distancing purposes, they even gave the option of calling you and letting you know your turn was coming up or you could even drop your car off and pick it up once it was finished. When they finished my car I was told a few aftercare instructions, don t roll the windows down for 3-5 days depending on the weather, don t use windex or an abrasive cleaner, and that there may be small air bubbles that will disappear during those 3-5 days. I ve had all my cars tinted so I knew all of those things but it was a great reminder.

If I could give 10 stars I would for this shop. They give excellent customer service. It s rare in the car business LOL but from start to finish I felt like they really take pride in their work. They tinted my windows and detailed my car and it looks better than when I bought it brand new. I highly recommend you check them out.

I will preface by saying that I had pretty good service when I took my first car in to get tints. This is why I decided to come back with my new vehicle.I went in one day to get my tints done on all my windows except the windshield. The young lady, Shannon I think, informed me what the price would be and proceeded to inspect my windows. She, then, informed me that there was glue in the windows and that it would cost to get it removed. I was shocked because I wasn't aware that the previous owner had tints in - later to be removed before transfer of ownership to me. So, after she let me know about the glue, she told me that it would be a $15 charge to remove it. I said "that's ok, do whatever you have to do to successfully install the tint." So I went on to pay - no problem.The guys tinted my car and gave me the spiel about not winding down the windows for the allotted time period. I came back on the fifth day to show Shannon that there were still bubbles in the tint, scratches in the tint, and still glue in areas that they charged me to remove. At that point, Shannon DID NOT say anything about an extra surcharge to get the glue out of the rear window. So that day, I waited for about an hour to get the "touch up" but had to leave because work called.I came back for the third time. This time, I greet Shannon and she says that she'll be right out. Cool. I'm waiting in the car and two "tinters" come to look at my car. One tall light-skinned black guy and a shorter latino guy. I'm explaining the situation to them and suddenly the short latino guy interrupts me and says that I "didn't pay to have the glue removed from the back window" - Now, how did he know that? I don't know. Shannon didn't come out and he did not ask to view my receipt, and NO ONE up to this point informed me that the cost was separate.I then explained to him that Shannon did not mention and extra fee for the glue to be removed from the rear window - citing that why would I only pay to have the glue removed out of the side windows only if Shannon inspected the vehicle and gave me a price to get the glue removed.That day, I was not able to stay. They were swamped so I came back this week. They were swamped AGAIN, but this time I guess I had a chance to speak with a manager or owner. She looked at the tint and took pictures. She said that the scratches shouldn't have been there from the squeegee, so it must be the manufacturer's fault (defective). I also pointed out multiple bubbles in all windows and the glue that was STILL IN ALL OF THE WINDOWS in addition to the rear window. lolSo today, the owner/manager called me to tell me that her team, referred to her as "they", said that I consented to them "only taking the glue out of the side windows" and that I would "remove the glue myself." Now, what sense does that make. If I had the ability to do that type of work myself, WHY WOULD I PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT????Then, this owner/manager, says that I "they" were unsure who they were referring to concerning my issue. To which I replied "How can you be doing a customer service call if you don't know who you're even talking to?"She then said that I have a Jetta, which I don't. And she realized that she was communicating incorrect information. It is my summation that they all were lying to cover their tracks to not take care of my service properly.Why do I say this? Well, the day that I saw the owner/manager in person, last week, she took photos of my car and of the receipt. On the receipt there's my number and the type of car that I have. So she must have looked at it in order to get my number to even contact me. So how is SHE getting cars mixed up.This was terrible service and I do no recommend anyone to do business with these people again. They have no integrity in resolving BLATANT issues that they have created. I don't mind paying for services as long as they're rendered with some care and integrity.Service: Vehicle window tinting
