Thirty years in business and still going strong. Mitch and his crew helped me track down and replace two tires easily and effortlessly. I really appreciate their excellent customer service, good advice, and honesty.

I went there with a flat tire. A short chubby man came to help me I told him what had happen. He said you need a new tire how much is a new tire $135 new. Used tire $80. I left. 80 dollars for a used tire (give me a break!). I found another place down the street New Hamshire ave with better prices and better people working good service. Tire town is over price. Will not go there. I wonder how they work the prices up and down.

I had a flat, and this was the closest place to where I was parked. I have passed this place a million times and always see that it's busy. Hadn't needed to go until I really, really needed to. I was in and out with a new tire in about 20 minutes. The service was fantastic, I felt comfortable enough to ask questions and I am super satisfied.

These guys are awesome and fast! I was expecting to have to wait around for a while, but they replaced my tire in under 5 minutes. Super friendly too.

I had a great experience here. I arrived there looking to replace a tire. The gentleman helping me checked all my tires to make a recommendation about buying new vs used. However upon checking my tire he said there was a nail and he could just fix it instead. I got the tire fixed for 35$ instead of having to get a new one. He was very helpful and I thought his suggestion of fixing it was very honest.

I had issues with 2 rear tires, both had nail punctures. Total cost should have been $50 to fix. The guy pulled 3 tires off of my car, had an employee lie about a front tire being bad and convinced me one tire had to be replaced. My neighbor had a similar experience, single nail hole in a tire that needed to be plugged, he convinced her the tire was bad and sold her a used one that has a continuous slow leak for much more than $25 to plug a hole. My guy friends have not experienced this at this business. I would recommend going somewhere else if you are female, he seems to bank on you not knowing or not wanting to be confrontational. I will never use this business again, there are car repairs services out there that don't take advantage of you.

Very expensive they really try charging $99 for a used tired for a 235/45/17. Average price for a used tire anywhere is 45-65 at most for that size.

Mitch never told me what to do, but he answered all my questions so I could make well informed decisions about what to buy new and what to get used. Other employees were courteous and the service was FAST! It was so good when I bought my first tire, I went back a few days later for two more tires after I had a horrible experience with the NTB on Chillum Rd. In Hyattsville, MD.

Great customer service I came in with a flat last min even tho they charged me $100 for a used tire , I understand because I have a small suv that my tires are bigger but I still usually only pay nomore than $60 for a used tire I still appreciate the service they were fast and efficient!

I have had so many good experiences with this little place over the past 10 years and two cars. The national chains are a ripoff (I used to work in marketing for one them). These guys are honest, fast, and as a woman shopping for tires they have always done right by me. I m about to go there again to buy 4 new tires. They work within your budget and don t try to upsell or pressure you. They are great.

It's nice to come to a business and they know exactly how to help you! I popped my front tire last night and was so nervous about the replacement process. However, with a bit of research @ given the reviews, I chose this location and I am absolutely pleased. The owner was patient and guided me through the process (on a Sunday afternoon might I add) and when I showed up, he sparked genuine conversation and the mechanics were also friendly and lively! I got a good price on the replacement tire instead of waiting days as I thought I'd have to. Go here for your tire needs even if you're a woman, lol! Thank you Tire Town! Keep up the incredible work!

Been here multiple times now. Also went to another (I won't name it) local place recently too so I have recent perspective on how good/bad a tire place can be. The service here is awesome, they have told me when it's fixable and saved me money, they have worked with me when it wasn't fixable to find a solid replacement at a good price. Staff are always friendly and professional.Nothing flashy, they get the job done and get it done quick. They take walk-ins. Highly recommended.

I love this shop. I been coming here for a long time buying tires, getting a flat tire fix and tire sensor fixed. The owner is very nice and his staff. They are very friendly and professional. If there is something wrong with your tire or wheel they will explain it to you. The service is fast and good deals on the tires.

Great service, friendly people. I find this establishment to be a tad more expensive than others I've used. The cost difference is a moot point considering the location and convenience.Update: Still my first choice for tire and wheel service. The staff knows you and is always happy to get you back on the road.Tip these men! High quality and reliable service is hard to find, and Tire Town has it.

I got in from out of town for a week to a seriously leaking tire, with an important meeting the next morning at 8 am in Virginia. Decided to try my luck here after googling. The owner/manager immediately identified the issue (a screw) and had it fixed completely in 15 minutes, from when I pulled in to when I left. Amazingly reasonable, clearly marked prices, and friendly and professional staff. Thank you!!!

I came to the location about 11:00 a.m. on Sunday and it was closed. Despite the pictures online I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone the exterior of the place looks like it's gonna collapse

I can't say enough good things about Tire Town. They are fast, courteous, helpful, and affordable. I've taken several cars there for both used and new tires over the years. They always answer any questions I have about my tires and make sure I understand what they're doing with my car. They also gave me a free used tire to make into a swing for my son. BONUS!

Friendly, fast, and great customer service. They came up to my car and greeted me when I pulled up, asked what problem I had, examined my tire, and recommended a patch over a plug. The patch warranty is good for the life of my tire. They patched my tire and reinstalled it onto my car, while I waited in my car. $25 great price, especially for a wonderful experience.

Terrific service! They took me immediately on a Monday morning, swiftly found the source of The slow leak in my tire and showed me where it was before patching it and sending me on my way. After reading awful reviews of other tire places in the area with long waits and poor customer service I was so grateful to find honest and speedy Tire Town. There is no place to sit but a large shopping center is right across the street and they were so quick I just stayed on site.

I've been meaning to write this for over a year. This is a good place to get your tires. Friendly service, good prices. The owner is especially nice and you can tell he is not trying to fleece you. I've bought used tires here at a fair price and they'll also put air in your tires for free whenever you come back.

Always professional and on top of getting the job done and getting you out . On occasion if its busy they acknowledge you and are apologetic. Thats way more then most places would do and I dont mind having to wait on rare occasions when I do. It makes a huge difference when you're attentive to customers. No need for me to ever go anywhere else.

I would be very cautious about buying new tires here. I was in a rush to get four new tires and I didn't want to wait for an appointment at somewhere like Sears. I called and the salesman said that he had four "really nice" tires in my car's size,at a special price. I normally triple check prices and comparison shop, but based on the positive reviews, I didn't press for the make and model. The total price sounded about the same as national brands at Sears.Unfortunately, the "really nice" tires turned out to be bottom-level economy tires, with a very short warranty (Master Craft 440s with 40,000 mile warranties). That would have been fine, except that I paid a premium tire price of over 500 dollars. For that price, you could get Michelin Defenders with 90,000 mile warranties, at Sears. On the positive side, they didn't try any additional up-selling and they changed out the tires immediately. In fact, I asked if they had tires to fit my doughnut, which was 15 years old. The manager looked it over and said that the condition and tread looked good and that I'd be wasting my money. I hope that he was honest about that, at least. If you need your tires changed quickly, this place is an option. That said, I would absolutely press for specifics on the phone and comparison shop. Then call back and ask for their best "out the door" price. Paying for convenience is fine, but I imagine that I overpaid by at least$200.

my front tire was losing pressure constantly and it was recommended that i get new rims because they were corroded. i called mitch up at tire town and he said that while they do replace rims, it is likely that they need a good cleaning. i came right over and for $25 and about 10 minutes, his team fixed the problem right up. since then, i ve driven up and down the east coast with no issues. thanks for your honesty and commitment to swift yet excellent work, at a very reasonable price!
