Outstanding customer service, very professional and courteous, highly recommended! Purchased new tires from this location a couple years back and recently something punctured one of my tires. They were able to fit me in right away and get me back on the road. Thank you guys!

These guys came through in a pinch when I needed a new drain plug for my oil pan. Went from a Saturday DIY emergency to a stress free oil service. They even let me use my own oil and filter. Quality customer service in a time of need.

I came in for an oil change, new filters, and new wiper blades. I was helped right away and everything was completed in a timely matter. The place was very clean and the Manager Branden was very professional and helpful. Overall, I received great customer service. I will definitely be back for any future needs and be referring to friends and family.

Got my VW Atlas brakes done here a while back they warped within three months. Drive my other cars equally the same nothing happened to those brakes. Had alignment done few weeks ago for same car not sure what they did for $100 but had to take it to VW dealer. Tires were chopping and wheel balancing was off. I question the credibility of technicians employed there. Will never go again.

Paul did a great job communicating to me every detail of my transaction. As well as kept me updated throughout the process of servicing my vehicle. He and Jarred performed the service, made sure my experience was pleasant, and made sure they got my car serviced and out of there as soon as they possibly could.

What a day!...after being out doing deliveries while headed home I realized I had a flat Stopped at the nearest tire shop and Paul did a amazing job with helping me get 4 new tires. Wasn't in the plans to spend money while out making money but he was very informative & generous. I will be returning.

I was looking for new tires and I went to a few places after not being successful in finding what I was looking for I stopped at NTB in Eldersburg. Right away I was impressed with Paul and his level of professionalism. He took his time explaining the need for replacement. I was highly impressed with the store and the work performed by the service tech Kale. I would recommend them to anybody in need of quality repair work and tires. I will be sure returning to them for all my tires in the future.

If you re looking for great customer service and guidance for your vehicle, NTB is the place to go! Paul was very helpful throughout the whole process! He made the environment welcoming and was good company while I waited for my vehicle. Jordan worked on my vehicle and did the job well and quickly. I couldn t recommend NTB more and will absolutely be coming back for future services!

I will be having my my vehicles serviced at the Eldersberg location from now on. Great customer service and repair. Paul and Scotty were very helpful and honest. Repair was great and fair. Very trustworthy. Thumbs up to these guys!

NTB was super helpful in getting my car scheduled last minute for an oil change, tire rotation and more. Upon arriving, Paul checked me in and he was fantastic to work with. Without saying as much ( I suspected I needed new rotors as I could feel them), I asked them to check my brakes and pads. Paul and lead mechanic let me know my car in fact needed new brake pads as well as rotors. I was very short on time and the whole shop busted a move to finish the job in a timely fashion and have me ready for a long road trip ahead. I am very happy with their work and the value I received.Many thanks to you Paul and the crew at NTB!

2nd time here since living in the area. Paul is incredible he not only educated me in purchasing my tires he worked with me within my budget. Paul customer service deserves 10 starts. Definitely a plus for your company need to give him a raise.Will be back for any work in the future.Thank you Paul

I was helping my daughter and son in law by bringing their van in for a repair to a flat tire. Paul handled the intake of the van and was more than willing to speak with my son in law, by phone, to discuss Paul s recommendations about the repair. Paul kept me in the loop regarding the service. He took the time to also keep my son in law informed and sought his approval, as more work was needed than anticipated. Jared performed the actual repair work and both Paul and Jared were very professional and very kind to be sure the work was completed during that appointment, even though it meant they needed to stay a little after closing time. I was also in contact with Kale, another manager at the facility and can honestly say that each employee was very friendly, knowledgeable and kind during my wait for the repair to be completed.

Got a flat on our way out of town. Pulled in and was greeted immediately by Paul. I explained the situation and my need to get in and out quickly. They had my tires priced out and my car up on a lift very quickly. I got 4 tires ...road Hazzard policy and an alignment for less than the dealership would have charged me for 2 Inferior tires.I will definitely be coming back to see Paul, Scott and the team...knowledgeable and great customer service.

Made an appointment online after researching tires and selecting the size and type I wanted. Paid a deposit then showed up for my appointment 5 days later. They asked me what kind and size tire I needed. I showed them I already ordered the ones I want. They had no idea and said we don't have that kind of tire in stock. They could care less and didn't say lets order them sorry about this, they simply don't care. A total waste of time! you have lots of tire businesses to choose from, avoid NTB at all cost!

Always reasonable with great service. Found myself in an unexpected situation of two tires getting blown out after work and Paul, the Assistant Manager, and Jared who worked on my car worked quickly to get me on my way the same evening. Much appreciated!!

My car battery went up today and as a single mom who had not planned this I was upset coming into NTB. Paul assisted me with getting a new battery, installing it and even checking for other issues at the end of the work day. Paul was very kind with explaining every detail. Much appreciated !

Have been bringing my cars here for a few years now and always appreciate the honest and generous service. Recently had a challenge finding a unique battery for an Audi and Kale went above and beyond to help me out. Paul has also been great in providing a thorough review of my car and recommendations for maintenance.

Great experience at NTB. Paul and Jared were great. Had a flat, called multiple places and wasn t able to get assistance. Ended up needing new tires. They were able to get me right in take care of it and get me back on the road.

Just be careful they add everything they possibly can add to the cost of the tire install when you pick the car up check invoice closely. They also damaged both wheels while installing tires I will post later to let you know how they resolve this issues

Needed a to service a slow leak on my Tesla. Brought the car in and it went right on the lift. That is the fastest service I had for car service.

I went into NTB today for an oil change and tire rotation. Come to find out there were other issues that needed attended to for safety reasons. One of which I already paid a different shop to fix a part that was never fixed. I was in tears but the guys at NTB JOSH SCOTT AND PAUL saved the day. Ty thanks for the honesty

Had a nail on the tire's sidewall which couldn't be repaired. The walked thru all the available tire options and recommendations. I was very satisfied with their service and knowledge

Had a family emergency that I had to drive to Florida for my grandfather. Took the car in to get a oil change. Paul and Josh saw how bad my tires were and really took care of me to get me on the road. They were understanding and honestly just kind about it. Showed me everything going on and had me deal with the safety concerns of my tires so I made it down here safe. Greatly appreciate them.
