The staff and crew at LMW are amazing! They are honest, prompt, and fair. Chris called me and said he would order the parts that day. By that evening, my vehicle was done! And, believe me, I had major repairs done. If you need a mechanic, look no further than LMW.

Tires mounted, balanced, TPMS service, and alignment on my 2018 INFINITI Q60 RedSport. Flawless driving experience. Very thorough and precise service and work performed by LMW team. Looking forward to Spring. Thank you for the treat hanging from my rear view mirror!!

LMW Auto Repair is a great place to take your car. The employees were extremely helpful and informative. I dropped my car off in the morning and was able to pick it up the same day. I recommend this shop.

I love this place! They have helped me with 3 of our vehicles. They re very thorough. Most importantly, I had an intermittent problem. Instead of just replacing different things to see if it helped (which many shops do) they had me continue driving the van, and told me what to look for when it acted up. They allowed me to drive the vehicle to their shop as soon as the problem randomly started again, no appointment and no wait, so they could immediately check it while it was happening. Issue was fixed. Thanks so much for moving into town LMW!

One of my older neighbors is an LMW customer and recommended them to me. She mentioned they were family run, and good people. I found this also to be true in my first visit. I bought a used F150 a few months back, it was due for its 40k maintenance, I also wanted them to look it over for me since it was a recent purchase, and I knew the muffler was pretty rusted. My experience was a good one and I will be using them again.The shop was clean and well set up, as was the waiting room. I used their shuttle service, so I was able to work from home (3 miles away) vs waiting, which I appreciated. On the ride back I found out that my driver was actually the technician that worked on my truck! We had a great conversation including bits about my truck. Everyone I talked to was friendly and knowledgeable, including Meghan at the front desk. I appreciated the easy use of technology, the links to view what the technician inspected and the notes/pictures that went with each part! It was nice to be able to approve or deny repairs while looking and to be able to go back and look later as well. I am always curious and like to learn, so I tend to ask a few additional questions which they didn t mind answering for me. The inspection was thorough, detailed, honest and the pricing was fair. Besides the 40k maintenance, they let me know the voltage was down on my battery and likely would need replacing by winter (with a pic of the voltage), but they did not push at all. I went ahead and replaced it while it was there. I also had them give me an estimate for the muffler for the near future (I have to decide which direction I want to go first). When I got in my truck to leave, there was a little thank you cookie bag hanging from my rearview mirror, what a lovely gesture (and the cookies were delish)!A few days after my service, the owner gave me a followup call to see how my experience was and we also talked a bit about muffler systems and what he had on his f150, which I really appreciated! It s very rare nowadays to find good customer service let alone find a place that also treats you like family!Service: Maintenance and Inspection, battery replacementUpdate Feb 2024: I have used LMW a few other times since my first post. Oil change, lock sticking, and muffler system. I continue to be pleased with their work, work ethic and knowledge, and kindness. Theyy will continue to be my shop! Shout out to Lonnie and Chris for working with me on what muffler system to put on my truck. I enjoyed the conversations and I'm very pleased with what we ended up with.

I've always been skeptical of auto repair companies, but LMW went above and beyond what I hoped for! We took our truck in for the night drop on a Thursday, and on Friday morning, I received a text with pictures, and detailed list of what needed to be fixed. A separate text with prices, which was a lot less than I expected. I approved some of the items Friday morning and got a phone call in the afternoon asking if we needed the truck for the weekend because one part wouldn't be in until that evening. I replied that with my husband laid up for total knee replacement, we weren't using it anyway. We picked it up on Monday morning, and it runs like it did when it was new! Huge shout out to all the employees at LMW!

The automatic door to my van would not completely close recently while we were running errands. No matter what we did it would not close completely. LMW was open and close by, so, I urgently called and explained my situation. They made time for me immediately, the knowledgeable staff was so kind and helpful. They were honest and straightforward with the possible issues that might have caused the problem and the potential costs. It was close to closing time, they gave me a loner carbtobuse until my car was fixed. The report that came to my phone, complete with pictures, was comprehensive and easy to understand. They fixed the issue with the door in a timely and affordable way. I was so impressed at each step of the process. When we picked up the van and homemade cookies we're hanging from the mirror, I was blown away!Every person I interacted with went above and beyond to help me. I can not recommend them highly enough!

My brother in law recommended LMW to me. I've been having an issue with my car not starting bc of an issue with the keyfob communication with the car. I called them and let them know what i've been dealing with and that i recently just had the car at the dealership. They offered me availability that same day. They were honest with me about everything and when the diagnostic was finished they sent the report to my phone and called me and explained everything.Everyone was helpful and great to work with.

I found out that my car was a hunk of junk after getting it inspected, but I found this cookie hanging from the mirror when I picked the car up, so I can t really complain. The staff was super friendly, and I m sure I ll be back when I get a car actually worth repairing.

I absolutely recommend LMW! I drive a VW Golf and have not been happy with the service department at the dealership. I have had an ongoing issue with warning lights coming on intermittently, which the dealer could not diagnose. Not only did LMW change a bad steering module but Chris and Sam also found WHY the module went bad. Chris picked up on a comment I made during our conversation, remembered a VW bulletin he'd seen and from there, Sam knew where to check in the car. Great service, I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. As a first time customer, I appreciated the "links" to view what the technician found wrong with my car, the pictures, and the approval method for repairs. This made the whole process extremely easy. I also appreciated, that I can approve repairs but still can see the other repairs that I did not have completed this visit for next time. The prices are extremely fair and I finally feel like I got my monies worth for my car repairs without being overcharged. More though, I appreciate the honesty and not being made to feel like just another number walking into the door. The front office staff was EXTREMELY helpful and answered my many questions. The fact that LMW was able to offer me a loaner car (and a nice one) made the experience that much better since I did not have to worry about getting to work and picking up my children. I will 100% be a returning customer for my auto needs (as well as the rest of family will be changing repair shops as well). Another bonus, was the thank you cookie hanging from my rearview mirror when I got in my car!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been coming to, and will continue to visit, LMW Auto Repair for all of the maintenance on my vehicle. The staff is knowledgeable, responsive and honest. They do not pressure their customers into making decisions regarding their vehicle's maintenance/repairs and take the time to lay out all of your options. I had a great conversation with Brandon, who was very helpful in summarizing their findings and was responsive to my questions. He demonstrated exemplary customer service and was a pleasure to speak to! I went in for a quick oil change.I got an appointment right away, I'm not sure if it's cause they're new or just lucked into it.They were friendly and took care of business. They even sent me a personal card in the mail the next week thanking me for my business. That is good customer service.

Great service from the team at LMW. Highly recommend this shop - no BS and open about their work. I had a very unfortunate engine failure (thanks, BMW timing chain) and the LMW crew was exceedingly professional and helpful through the entire ordeal. Brett kept me in the loop with great communication all the way and the masterful work done by their team has my car running great. I'm very appreciative of how the whole situation was handled and it made a very stressful time manageable. Never thought I'd pay to put a new engine in a 10+ year old vehicle but that's what the 2022 car market deems a reasonable decision, and now it's done and I have confidence in the work.Service: Engine repair

I had a great experience at LMW last week when I brought my car in for an oil change. The service and attention I received in the waiting room/office was great. The mechanics were quick to get to my car and get my courtesy inspection results to me ASAP so I could review and determine if any other service should be done while they worked on my oil change. The results, which included pictures and detailed reasonings, were delivered electronically which made things simple, transparent, and fast. I decided to get a wheel alignment on my front tires by my own choice, since there was no pressure from the staff to do anything. I thought that was nice, it felt like it was really my choice, instead of them coercing me to doing more and forcing me to spend more money.On top of the great service and transparency that I was given, they have a nice office with ample seating and a comfortable atmosphere for when you are waiting for your car on a quick job. Go to LMW, you'll be happy you did!

The owner of this shop came into a T-Mobile where my son was a manager of. Gave him some cards for a free oil change and recommended any business he can give him I myself went there quite a few times for an oil change and other things as well I also join their rewards program as well as my son. my son no longer lives in Maryland and had a reward that he did not want to go to waste and gave it to me to use since I was still going here for my auto repair. Unfortunately, they W would not take the reward because it did not belong to me, so they lost a very good and loyal customer due to that stupid rule . My son earn that reward and was not going to use it because he moved out of state and gave it to me so I guess they would rather lose a customer then to apply the discounts in my oil change they have the worst customer service ever because it s not like they re a big business. They re a very small local business they not only lost me as a customer, but for others that I know that will not be returning there. As far as your reply more of a reason to satisfy your current customers. My son earned this reward and now can t use it. What good are rewards if they can t be used? Same household or not still same last name no difference at all. You have no customer service skills whatsoever and as a gesture of good will to a customer this reward should of been able to be used. I asked you to change his address so I was able to use it and you gave me some BS story please there are MANY businesses such as yours that will appreciate new business.Service: Oil change

LMW was the only local shop that wouldI install my new tires with the ceramic tire balance beads that I provided. I left for West Virginia the next day driving at speeds sometimes in excess of 70mph. Perfectly smooth ride the whole time. LMW also did the tire install in less than 2 hours which really impressed me. I will not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

Great experience at the new LMW Location! I ve been taking my car here for years and am always impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. The new shop is spacious, clean, and very comfortable to sit and wait for your vehicle. The coffee bar is awesome and they even have a seating area with WiFi and charging stations for laptops/ phones. Would highly recommend!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
