We drove from out of town without even speaking to anyone over the phone first; just based on what we saw and read online, we liked what we saw and we went for it. Everyone hears don t judge a book by its cover or maybe when it comes to seeing a vehicle online don t judge a vehicle based off of what you see online . Well, you can definitely trust Iconic Autos based on the photos and detailed descriptions of their vehicles. LB and Zack were a huge help and we can t thank them enough. Their ongoing kindness, continuous patience, and efforts to go above and beyond go greatly appreciated and will not be forgotten. Because of them we were able to purchase not only the truck my boyfriend has been looking for for years at a great price and in beautiful condition, but also a vehicle that we hope will be passed down to our son. We look forward to creating new memories in our new vehicle and it s all thanks to LB and Zack. We will soon be back - but next time is for me!! Thanks guys!!

I purchased a 2015 Ford Transit van from IconicAutosmd (A Y2K Company) November 2023.There were a few mechanical issues that I discovered shortly afterwards.Here's what I was told- "We stand behind our vehicles", "Whatever it takes we'll make it right", "You're in good hands".Let me tell you they are 100% correct. The level of customer service is unmatched bar none do yourself a favor visit these people, buy some vehicles from them, you won't be dissappointed.Paul M.

Great quality vehicles at good prices. Very patient and understanding. Both of the guys here are beyond friendly. Had a minor problem with my truck a week after I bought it and they fixed it free of cost! I ll definitely come back here when I need another vehicle.

I ve purchased plenty of cars from various large and small dealerships, this was by far my favorite experience. The communication and customer service is what set this dealership apart.I flew in from FL, they arranged transportation from the airport to the dealership at no cost to me. Absolutely no pressure at all, they handed me the keys for a test drive, they even gave me a full tank of gas at no cost to me.Some well known huge car dealerships didn t give me the same customer service and care that this local dealership did. I highly recommend Y2K, very upfront and honest, top notch customer service.

I purchased a 06 Ford F 150 from this dealership about two or three months ago. I had a few things that needed to be addressed and some warranty work. They were not small issues. These guys stood behind their warranty and went over and beyond to get me taken care of even out side the shop. There was no hesitation in getting things done. LB and Zack have a great operation at Y2K Auto Sales and I would get another vehicle from them again. I appreciate the great service I have received from them.

Y2K is an amazingly friendly used car dealership. They sold me my 2018 Ram and it was quick and easy. Since then they ve been maintaining my oil changes and made it quick as well as painless. Zack and LB treated me like family and this is where I ll be coming back to if I ever want to buy another truck.

I purchase my 2012 dodge ram mega cab 2500 pick up from Y2K dealership. It s a beautiful truck clean inside and out no issues I did run into one little problem. I called them up took the truck back. They took it a problem and I will always go back to them. I recommend all my friends and family if you looking for a nice pick up this is the dealership to purchase from. They are very friendly and treat you like family.

To be real with you, that guy "MIGUEL" is the best. He took his time to explain everything for me. I got the BMW 750i at a very very very good price. I mean it and the mileage was just 66000. they made the car new. Y2K motors thumbs up

The team here at Y2K is amazing. I was searching for the perfect vehicle online and found one at Y2K. At first I was hesitant, as it's a small dealership and a trip there would have been about 2 hours away from southern VA. The team took my information and went to work for me. I let them know where I needed to be financially and what I was looking for. They were patient, attentive and took the time to make things work. I have never been so impressed purchasing a car. I was overall very pleased and would put my trust in them in the future. Overall amazing experiance! Highly recommend.

My name is Kim Town and my husband John and I recently bought a 2004 Ford Mustang convertible at Y2K Auto Sales Inc. My dear friend Missy is letting me use her account to post our great experience since I don t have a google account but was so impressed by our interactions, I wanted to do something! You re the best Mis!!!From day one, when I called the dealership, Zack B., co-owner, was nothing but exceptional. He answered my numerous questions and went out of his way to take extra pictures before we drove 2 hours one way to see the car. He took extra steps to do some things we requested prior to making the final purchase that I know was truly above and beyond, but made our experience one to remember. We were out of state, so he assured us he d assist with that as well. And did. He continued to be easy to reach and responsive even after our sale.I truly felt valued as a customer and 100% trust Zack and his dealership. We will definitely look to them again the next time we are looking for a car. Thanks again Zack for an AWESOME experience and car!!! You rock.

Recently I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet express cargo van and in less than 3000 miles driven on it , transmission was broken . I contacted them to see the warranty they gave me and their warranty is not good enough my repairs was near $5000.00 they are cheaters. It s been one of my blindness deals.I have read your response and cannot reply yours, but what appointments are you talking about ?Now it s six months since I purchased the vehicle , I have evidence when I called you and you told me I call you tomorrow to schedule an appointment to see your vehicle. Did you call me ? Did we schedule any appointment?

Excellent customer service. They were super knowledgeable and got me the right information in buying my first truck (F150) which is the perfect fit for me. This is my 5th vehicle and by far the smoothest process ever and the fastest! No waiting for hours like other dealerships. I highly recommend Y2K and would purchase from them again.

I ve been looking for a clean, diesel truck for awhile but in this market everything sells so fast, luckily i found exactly what I needed here. The truck was serviced, fueled up & ready to go when I arrived (late because of the snow, but they graciously waited for me to show up!) The buying process was quick & easy. I was out of there in about 10 minutes after my test drive. I would definitely truck shop with them again.

Really friendly and approachable team at Y2K Auto Sales. My partner and I purchased a 2008 Honda Fit with only 69,000 miles that was in great condition. We were able to take our time with the decision without being pressured, and everyone was really easy to work with. They also sell the cars with state inspection which is awesome. Unfortunately, about a month later we experienced an engine problem on the highway and needed to have the car towed. Y2K fixed the issue (turned out to be a lose spark plug that wasn't fully tightened), replaced the coil and all other spark plugs, and changed the battery. This type of care and follow through on their car really set them apart. Great experience!

I would highly recommend LB and Zack at Y2K to anyone. We took our 16 year old daughter in to buy her first car. She was unsure of the purchase as it was her first major purchase of her life. LB was patient and compassionate, never pushy at all. He encouraged her and talked with her. She did not buy the car the first day we were there because of her uncertainty. But due to how we were treated, we went back to see them a second time. She found another car she wanted and is very happy with the whole process. They were awesome and handled everything they said they would without any resistance. Would definitely go back to see them and would encourage others to as well.

DONT BUY CAR FROM THIS PLACE WHY I don t know where to start from but anyway I bought a car from here paid $9000 for a 07 Acura TL not even a full year from the time I bought that car I fix radiator, axle , brakes, rotors, thermostat, change starter, full tune up and the car still over heating and finally now stop driving take your money and go somewhere else or go least a car it s not worth it to pay $9000 for a car and have to do all this work on it less than a year time. The only good thing about this place the customer service was great.

I would refer any of my friends to buy a car here. I got into a car accident back in December of 2019 and needed a new car that was affordable and reliable. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and really just want to help you find a car without any of the tricks, games, or marketing that you experience at your typical car dealership. Any issues that I had along the way, they were happy to look at the car and fix, free of charge. 11/10 would recommend.

I bought a 2011 550SL from Y2K. I have to say there were a few problems mechanically with the car. But ZAK came thru for me. He had everything repaired and delivered the car to my door (In PA). I give him much credit for his diligence and tenacity in getting to the root of the problems. Thank you Zak for making my 1st used car purchase a positive experience.Debbie in PA.

I bought my dream vehicle from this dealership. I was very hesitant at first it s an older version of a Range Rover and if I ever have to pay for parts and labor it could costs me more then what I paid for the vehicle. Lol...I bought it because I love the year 2009 body and style for Range Rovers; the newer version l don t care for the body. Zack was very patient and kind as I went back and forth for days trying to decide if I wanted to purchase it or not, he made me feel very comfortable with my future maintenance concerns and told me if I have any issues I could always bring it back to them and they would fix it and they will connect me with places to purchase the parts for a lower price if I ever needed to. I then asked Zack would he let his mom or sister buy this vehicle and he said yes. Yes...yes... I know that anyone who is trying to sale you a car would say that! But I really believed him his answer felt genuine. I knew then if I was going to take a risk it was going to be with Y2K dealership. I wanted to know that honesty and quality customer service was their first priority and having that phone conversation with Zack convinced me to trust he and is father s dealership (which also gave me Confort in knowing.) I like supporting family businesses they are becoming very rare. I m glad I did business with them; I feel like I have a reliable vehicle and I feel safe driving it ...speaking from a women s point of view when it comes to having a reliable and safe vehicle.Thanks guys!

When I was buying my car in June 2016 from Y2K, the owner, LB, told me that usually people who had a bad experience write reviews, while people having a good experience forget to write one. That's exactly what happened to me, however, the least I can do is write my review now. My wife and I had no experience with cars - were returning from the DMV, saw the cars outside Y2k and were trying to get an idea about the types and prices. Milton saw us and came with his usual big smile. Everyone at Y2k was very friendly and patiently answered all our queries about cars. We had to go there several times until we found the right car for ourselves. The best part of the deal was the bumper-to-bumper warranty for the first 30 days. I had some minor troubles during those days, but they fixed them all and after that, for the last almost two years, no major trouble. Also, they were considerate about our financial conditions and helped us choose the right car. We love our car and are thankful to Y2k.

I was connected to Y2K Auto through CarGurus. I was extremely impressed by their inventory, attention to details and their customer service. Zachary walked me through the entire process of purchasing a vehicle. He gave me ample time to test drive the car I was interested in, he gave me carfax sheet and he did not put any unnecessary pressure to close the deal. I was very comfortable and pleased with his honesty and his help. The car was even better in real life and was super clean. Am super happy with my purchase and I will recommend them to friends &family.

Thinking about getting a used car through finance. Met the boss and had a nice chat with him. Very friendly and informative. Although I didn t buy the car right away, I will definitely come back and see what inventory they have after talking to the bank. If you re looking for Japanese used cars they will find you an affordable one.

Bought my first car from Y2k back in November, working with Zack. I wanted to wait a while before I wrote the review just to be sure about everything and I have to say that I couldn t have made a better choice on where to go. Everyone there was so nice and they make you feel comfortable as if you ve known them all the time. Zack was so great to work with, going above and beyond for me and the car has been perfect even up until now. The only issue the car had was that the cd slot wouldn t play a cd (not that I was going to use it anyway) but it was an issue to my stepfather. They changed the complete stereo for me the NEXT day and even offered me a free first oil change for any inconvenience. How much more amazing can it get?! Would definitely go back and I am sure to mention these guys to anyone who asks me about my car.

2 months after purchasing vehicle never received title. Spoke to owner who was very friendly and told me if I didn t receive in another week he would file for a duplicate. When I called to explain we didn t receive it they told me it was basically my problem. The whole reason I went through a dealer and PAID additional processing fees was so I would not need to deal with the MVA.I also took this car to a mechanic a half a mile away from the location of the dealer where he told me there was no way the truck would ever pass Maryland state inspection. I explained this to the dealer and they did fix some of the issues, but not all.I purchased a second vehicle at Bayside Chevrolet in prince Frederick Maryland... what a difference! Everything came when they told us! Our vehicle had no issues whatsoever when we took it to get checked at our mechanic.
