I don't even know where to begin on how truly terrible the customer service has been with Banister over the last 8 months. Here's just a SMALL number of our complaints: lots of turnover in staff and Banister not being accountable for their previous staff's work (we brought our car in for service and we picked it up with 3 warning lights on suddenly, but they will not take responsibility for those issues) and they would not return phone calls or emails so we had to go to the location to talk to a service advisor.I'm greatly disappointed and mind-boggled. I have used this location for repairs for years. That ends today.

I have my 2014 ford fiesta serviced there now going on about 2years. For the time today I had an extremely disappointing and dissatisfied experience with customer service. The young lady on the cash register could not tell me if my payment went through or not. Told me if it dosent go through you will have mechanics lean on your vehicle, but there is no way to insure you after giving me a receipt. Also, I felt taken advantage of asking me unprofessional questions do I have children. More concerned with making a hard sale for financing my vehicle to be serviced with them. Lastly addressing me unprofessional using the term Girl as I am a child that can be easily manipulated. I was extremely disrespectful in the customer service. After calling their call center to speak with a supervisor no one was available to relieve me of this trauma after seeking a supervisor and no one was available. The representative telling me he apologizes and will have a supervisor contact me. I proceeded to ask for a number to call back in case I don t receive a call back. The phone hung up and was dropped. I am extremely disappointed was a very very traumatizing experience. After getting my vehicle serviced for almost 2 years and this happens makes me highly disappointed. I would absolutely never recommend this Ford service center.

Very unhappy with their service, Brand new tires & rims stolen off my vehicle replaced with bad rims & tires no thread. Vehicle in their possession for over one & half month. Air condition was working great before going in the shop, came out with no air condition on a very hot day had to take it directly back. I don't recommend this dealership at all to anyone

Our experience from day one of purchasing back in 2016 has been a complete nightmare. Every time there needs to be service done on the vehicle it is always and I mean always unprofessional and lack of communication. Now, my husband dropped the vehicle off on Thursday, Jan 28, 2021 and NEVER heard from anybody until today Jan 30th, 2021 only he reached out to them to find out the status. I have never heard of a service department having your vehicle for 3 days and absolutely nobody called to say what was actually wrong. We were not surprised at all because again that s how they treat customers.We cannot wait until the extra that we paid for service is over because we will not ever purchase or use the service department again. We will not be recommending anyone that we know to this dealership. The reason why I also checked service not listed is because they were suppose to check due to a recall.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

Absolute crooks! Took my car in for them to replace a wiring harness that had been chewed by rodents, but they didn't actually replace or fix anything! They wrapped one side with electrical tape (poorly) and left the other side completely untouched- loose wire included. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Sheehy Ford Of Marlow Heights was awesome!!! They took care of me and made sure I got the best possible deal I could get for my trade and the best interest rate I could get. Third car I bought from here and no matter how far I move I always seem to come back here

Long wait in service department. Staff disrespectful. Almost had to fight a staff member. In front of manager........ If you could go elsewhere do it. It was much better when it was Sheehy Ford! No star if possible.......

Went into parts for some supplies and both gentlemen in there were polite, friendly, and professional. Will definetly be stopping again when I need more parts.

No one notifies you when they are running behind on your vehicle. What s the point of taking appointments when they are always backed up/running behind. Then, none of the service managers call their customers to let them know the status of your vehicle or that their technicians are backed up.
