The Valero on Romancoke Rd customer service is A+ everyone is always so helpful!!! Everyone works well together I call them the "Dream team" my favorite is the young lady that cooks the BBQ chicken for me OMG!! AMAZING!! The black guy at register is extremely helpful!!! I highly recommend try the BBQ chicken!!!

Price rang up higher than the shelf price and the kid at the register tried to tell me he couldn't change the price. Didn't apologize just said he can either take it off or I have to pay what it rings up. Very rude and obviously someone isn't doing their job. Stop being lazy and do your price changes. Seems to me like someone is stealing from their customers!!!!!!!

The worst dont go here asked them to help solve a problem and issue and get the run around most times ok but this last time the worst!

This has always been a great gas station/convenience store. Most of the employees are cool, there is always at least 1 that isn't pleasant, but that is anywhere you go. They have a good selection of snacks and drinks, coffee, and fried chicken and other hot foods. The gas is reasonably priced.

Easy to get in and out of. Sometimes more expensive than BP down the road. Good for fast food Chicken in times of emergency 10/$10 with a limit of 2/Customer per day.

Out of gas. No sign. No coins but still took our order. Just couldn t make change so kept our money. No signage and useless man manning the register acting like this happens all the time.

Its a great place to stop before heading over the bay bridge going east or west and fill up, get a drink, snack or some of their chicken creations. Their prices fit into anyones budget. I highly recommend it

Love this Valero's! Gas a good,value, delicious,coffee, great food itens, especially the chipped beef and the biscuits. I use my rewards card for an occasional free coffee. Very nice employees!

This was the most awful place ever. The kid working the store had the doors locked. With a sign said be back in a little while!! Finally when the customers beat on the door he finally opened it. Shame he was so high he was nodding out at the register.

Gas must be cut with something car burns up the gas days before any other gas I've gotten. The repair shop is ran by a scam artist that perpetrated repairs and ended causing 1000$ damage . Do not take your car there. Beware!!!!

I'm a little upset with my choices in snacks back home after stopping here. Lime cucumber Gatorade and chili tostones?!?!? Impressive.

One of the few has stations near the bridge. Some of the customers are questionable, but the folks that work there are friendly. I would avoid going there at night.

Getting gas and going was easy. One person bathrooms, there was a line and I ain't got time for that, so that kinda sucked.

Sometimes slow lines but they try to quickly add cashier's. Gas prices lower than others in area

Terrible service, cashier girl was on the phone and jumping cashier to cashier screens instead of sticking to one customer at a time.on 1 15 21523pm ..fire her,must be desperate for employees

Took 15 mins too pump only 2.30 of gas. I ended up leaving and not filling up.

Cheap and easy. The wind is very brutal as it has a straight line of sight to the Bay.
