Amazing, quick, and HONEST service! Really care about their customers. And the only place on the island that was willing to take on the challenge of our old car, instead of just passing us off to the next guy. Really great and caring bunch of professionals over here. Thanks for helping us out! The technician that installed my device for the alcohol blowing go intentionally in my opinion obviously because I m stating it ,made it loose connection because they didn t like the fact that I told them it was having mechanical difficulties in my car. I would not recommend this place for anything.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

We use Island Transmission for all of our vehicle and boat repairs. They are extremely knowledgeable and have excellent communication. They're always going above and beyond to cut costs and keep maintenance affordable. We are thankful to have such an awesome shop in such a close proximity to us. Truly the best repair shop experience we've ever had. We will undoubtedly continue our patronage here!

Not only do they do good work, but they are 100% honest about what the problem is, how to best go about fixing it, and always set you up with the best parts they can. And when you depend on your vehicle for work, that really matters. Went out of there way to get done a ridiculous amount of work on my truck in order to get it to me in top shape before the day was over. On a Friday no less. Great guys too.

John at Island Transmission is a beast. I had to replace the CVT transmission in my 2020 Toyota Corolla, and these things were not easy to find. John was flexible in working with me financially and we had gone through 2 transmissions. (1st one arrived damaged, 2nd one was throwing a code) then 3rd times the charm! We finally get a working one! Throughout the process the John was in constant communication and I cannot thank him and his services enough for his work. I plan to use his services for any future transmission work. Highly recommended!Service: Transmission

My trans in my silverado lost all gears so did some research on best place to go and island trans came up, so I went in talked to John and he walked me around his shop show me inside of a trans like mine. Went over everything step by step on what he will do and why, at that point I asked him when could he come get it. He replaced everything inside down to last nut with all upgraded stuff. Great price and amazing turn around getting truck back. Drove it Friday from shop drives and shifts better then ever has. Just found my place for my work to be done. Outstanding place to go. I will tell everyone to go there..
