                      I had a pleasant experience with renting a vehicle here for an extended period of time. This was mainly due to Mr. Winn, who made everything easy. He explain payments, made sure the vehicle was clean, responded back promptly when I needed to extend my rental , and check if I needed anything periodically.                       Horrible experience. Reserved a full sized car at 10am for a 1:30 pick up. Was called while en route to be told they did not have the car I reserved. Was now forced to drive to another city to rent a car. Why does enterprise confirm a rental of a non existent car?

                      The people at the Enterprise Office in Stevensville were  very friendly and helpful navigating a car rental when I  had an accident with my car. They picked me up at the repair shop and kept me posted on costs paid by my insurance company and when I would start paying so there were no surprises when repairs were done to my car and the rental was no longer needed.

                      I rented a car from the enterprise in Easton as got confirmation then got an emai stating they have no cars available for the dates I needed ! And this was at 4:45 pm ad Enterprise closes at 5 so I rushed and called Stevensville and the lady I talked to at 4:58 pm was so nice and got me a car for the dates I needed to get to work I wanted to reach through the phone and hug her!! She probably does not get anything extra for what she did for me and my family!! But she SHOULD! I would have given 10 star rating if I could and unfortunately Easton I d give you a zero because you should know what you have available because sometimes stuff like this means my kids eat dinner or not!!

                      Poor customer service, and they frequently run out of cars to rent but continue to accept reservations. Also, they don't observe proper protocols when ozoning cars for odor treatment and will give you a car that has dangerous levels of O3 still present.

                      Hands down the WORST experience I have ever had with a car rental facility or most any other business for that matter. I booked a rental weeks ahead of time for a luxury car since I had a 7.5hr drive to visit my daughter in college. Knowing that this was a smaller location I called the day before and spoke to Marcus who assured me I would have a vehicle. He asked if I was ok with an SUV, even went so far as to say "I will put you in an Audi, or a BMW, now sure how you feel about Mustangs but that is an option" Needless to say I got off the phone feeling assured that I would have a nice car to drive the next morning. I was set to pick up the car at 8:30am. Just as I was getting ready to leave the house I get a call from Marcus letting me know that he does not have a vehicle for me! Nothing! He offered to put me in a EV as the only option. I have an EV and since I was driving into the mountains where there are very few charging options this was not going to work for me. He offered no other solution other than waiting 1.5hrs plus for a Rav4 to show up. His words "I am just trying to get you wheels" I ended up booking through BWI, paying much more than I had planned plus the added cost of paying to park my car for days in one of the lots. I got a call THE NEXT DAY from Marcus asking if I was still looking for a vehicle. Stay clear of this location... even with a call 24hrs in advance to make sure I was good to go Marcus could still not do his job.                       I ve used Enterprise in Stevensville twice now and Marcus has delivered the best customer service i ve ever experienced in rental car companies.                       The pick-up experience and vehicle were great. However, I never received a bill, and when my card was charged it was for a 4 day rental, not 3. When I called to get details and let them know I dropped the vehicle off (earlier than was even booked) on the 3rd day right after closing time was told there was no way to verify that. What? This is 2022, almost every business has cameras or at least some way to verify drop off.                       My wife and I needed to rent an SUV for a trip on short notice -- we called at 8:00 a.m. and asked if they had a 4-wheel drive that could be ready in about 30 minutes.  Matt said to come on over -- it was ready and waiting for us when we got there. On top of that, their rate was even better than the rental agencies over in Annapolis.                       John helped me out from start to finish. This dude is awesome! He picked me up from my car repair shop, called my insurance and straightened the paperwork, gave me a car of my choice, and even called to check up on me to see how I was doing.                       This company deserves 0 stars. We had a reservation, go to pick it up and there is nothing available. Nothing. What was done to help resolve this. Nothing. Only that we can go to Glen Burnie while there s bridge traffic but they close in an hour. Enterprise Picks you up. That slogan. That s a nice joke too. Meanwhile our vacation literally is unable to happen due to enterprises inability to provide service and fulfill a reservation. Never. Again.                       I have found this branch of Enterprise to be very professional, friendly and accommodating.  The two representative, Kevin and Eric go out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer. I have sent business to them and have never received anything but positive feedback.                       Fantastic Customer Service, appreciate the willingness to go above and beyond for their customers who are often renting cars because their own car is being worked on.                       Enterprise Rent-A-Car, specifically the Kent Island location and more specifically, Wade (he used to be on KI and has since moved to the Easton location) have always been super accommodating whenever we have needed to rent. We have a corporate account and rent cars pretty frequently for our business. It's so nice reserving the car online and then renting the car in 5 minutes or less once I get to the store.                       Kent island car rental is the best... Will you always get the car you order? Almost certainly no. Will you get a free random upgrade to something else? 8 out of 10 times yes. Will they be friendly and helpful? Yes! Will they give you a ride and/or pick you up where you need? Yes. And if you really really really must have a particular car (a minivan in our case one time) and you bug them enough will they make sure you get it? Sure they will.                       I was stranded in stevensville due to my cars alternator going out late last night. I caught a ride to Enterprise this morning. I reserved the car just 15 minutes before showing up. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. They had my reservation, but didnt have the class available I neede . That's totally okay, as I just reserved 15 minutes prior. No upcharge for the higher class vehicle. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Had to initial electronically 4 times and then was on my way!                       Enterprise is a go to for me!  Every time I rent a vehicle it's easy peasy nice experience.  The representatives are great to work with and informative.  Highly recommend them!                       If I could give this business 0 stars I would. The staff here are some of the most unhelpful people I've ever encountered. First off, we got denied our reservation because we didn't have a credit card with us and debit/credit cards aren't accepted without a ridiculous amount of documentation (utility bills/pge bills, etc), which no traveler would ever carry with them on a holiday trip. The staff member that day, Daniel, had no solutions to offer, and instead of leaving the place in a rental car, we had to walk about 3 miles in the rain back to the location we were staying.I ended up getting a  credit card overnighted to me, and the next day, when we called back to re-book a reservation, the staff member Dawn told us we would have to pay an extra 20$ a day if the card was in my name (I'm under 25), despite the primary driver (my boyfriend) being over 25, which changed the price of the reservation from 280 to 460$ for the duration of the stay. Not only was this not mentioned to us earlier when we tried to book the reservation, but both staff members were completely unhelpful, and probably shouldn't be working in customer service if they hate people that much. Sorry enterprise, despite you being a local joint, you will NEVER be getting my business.

                      Wish i had the helpful man's name! He knows who he is. Helped me try and get a different car, because my local office only had one that was smokey.                       Great costumer service! I got to pick the car I wanted and they even upgraded me to an SUV at no extra charge! Best experience ever, I would highly recommend them!                       Made a reservation for a van weeks in advance, received a confirmation that everything was OK, but when it came time to get it was told no vans were available due to a nationwide van recall.  Only found out that they wouldn't honor my reservation because I called them to confirm the day before.                       Horrible Experience. ERC called 2x too confirm, then on the day of the pickup explained that our reservation was not available. Truly horrible Service.                       We rented a car from the Kent Island location and witnessed the poorest customer service and racism. The young lady came in to pick a reserved car but they did not have the car but they had a larger suv that could have been rented to her with the same rate but she refused to do this even though she had a reservation number and when the customer told Lindsey what the woman's name was at Enterprise which was Keisha her comment was and I quote " Do I look like a Keisha"The hair on the back of my neck stood up. I told her she is the reason that we can't get it together I hope this Lindsey does not represent the views of your company. She needs to be let go immediately.                       This location is the WORST of any enterprises we have EVER used!!!! Our local location had very helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly staff members but it unfortunately closed!!!                       You need a car or truck call and make a reservation and it will be there.  Clean well maintained vehicles.  In and out service.  I have rented vehicles from them numerous times over the years without no problems.
