A few years ago I went to E&B with a leaky tire. They patched my tire free of charge and told me to come back when I m ready for a new tire!! That s AMAZING customer service and I haven t forgotten it! I ll always return there whenever I need service, and I ve told everyone to do the same. They have my trust!

E & B Automotive is a great place. My car needed a lot of things fixed. They looked it over and gave me a quote prior to any work being done. The workmanship and honesty was so refreshing. They are the best place to go for keeping your automobile running. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs. Top notch service and friendly. Ten stars *********.

BEST FAMILY RUN BUSINESS ON THE SHORE!!!!E B Auto is truly amazing! I first met Mark and Carol about 11 years ago when we moved to this side of the bridge. Mark has done a ton of work on our cars over the years and all I can say is his staff is the most fair, kind, and reasonable in the market today. His staff is always kind and courteous to you when you walk in the door and they even ask about my family and how they are doing. Carol and Mark super down to earth people and very humble. I just recently I knew I had an issue with my van, so I brought it in to him and he told me it was the suspension. Ugh, right? He ordered all the parts told me when to bring my van back in and had it finished for me in one afternoon. He is very trustworthy and runs a honest company. I m so glad I have found a FANTASTIC mechanic in our area and loyal too. Thank you Mark, Carol, and staff for always being polite and courteous.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Got an oil change and Tire Rotation today. I love this business, Carol and Mark are extremely thorough and professional. And, they really really care about your vehicle. It is not just the daily grind for them. What I also love about this place is, the inside and outside areas are very clean and decorated, there's never any trash or junk laying around.Service: General repairs & maintenance

THIS REPAIR SHOP WAS A GODSEND TO US! We were traveling with our two small children from PA to OCMD on vacation, when we completely lost our brakes coming over the Bay Bridge. We called two shops prior who couldn t get us in. We called E & B and Carol s warm and welcoming voice was just what I needed to calm this Momma s nerves. She was so kind to squeeze us in and get us back on our way in just a few short hours. The waiting area was perfect and the price was reasonable. Not only that, Carol went above and beyond to make us feel safe and comfortable in another state with two small kids. The world needs more people like you, Carol! We will never forget your kindness! Make sure your husband is super jealous of the beautiful flowers. We can t thank you enough for helping us out.Service: Brakes

After making a delivery in my company van across from E & B Automotive I discovered my vehicle had a problem. E & B folks were extremely helpful with no appointment diagnosed the issue and replaced the water pump and belts. I was back on the road in a few hours. Top class service at a fair price very happy with Mark and Carol. Even got a thank you note in the mail!

E & B Automotive did a wonderful job letting us know the issue with our car and were straightforward. They were also proactive in reaching out to us first thing on a Monday morning that the car would be looked at that day (we had the car towed there on a weekend). I have been going to E&B for 20-years. In the beginning, I had an old Ford Taurus wagon and Mark replaced the Transmission, AC, PS, and a ton of other stuff. There have been times when I would pick-up and find the bill was lower than the up-front estimate. Honest and Transparent - I don't know what I will do when someday Mark retires.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair

I recently had some issues with my air conditioning in 95 degree weather. Mark worked with me to fix and resolve the issue and to ensure that I wasn't driving in a hot car! I just moved to the island and was referred to him. He was very professional and honest and he will be 'go to' mechanic!

Several things that I have noted since I've taken my vehicles to E&B. I'm confident the the work was done by qualified mechanics, and satisfied with the work that was done. In general I'm very satisfied with the business I've had with Mark and Carol.

Very very well,my wife and I used this shop for must of all are cars repairs,oh and their mechanic are top notch in repairs,would recommend E&B AUTO FOR must car repairs.OH THE OWNERS MARK AND CAROL ARE AT YOUR CALL AND KEEP SHOP NEAT AND CLEAN AND READY TO SERVE YOUR AUTO REPAIR NEEDS.

I've known Mark for a long time. He and his crew are my 'go to' shop for things I'm too lazy to tackle myself. Better service and rates than other shops in the area.
