Took my truck in for mount/dismount, balance, alignment.. Rides like a dream now. Great fair pricing, and the man who works in the front actually has a good attitude with customers unlike most nowadays. Ill forever bring all my vehicles here, thanks

I've brought both work and personal vehicles to Duty's. I have only had positive experiences. Particularly with the work truck, they got me back on the road quickly and on the job. Recommend.

Great staff -- Always very pleasant & quick service. Went in for an oil change and waited 20-30 mins inside -- they filled my washer fluid and balanced tire pressure as well. Highly recommend this place.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Extremely helpful and friendly staff! I needed 4 tires mounted and balanced, many other shops declined and did not want to do it, I thought I was going to be in a bind and not be able to get them done by the time I needed, but I called Duty s and they stepped in and got it taken care of for me. Fast service, good pricing, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend them for anyone in need of any automotive work.

I've used Duty's off and on for about 18 years. Honestly, until last week never had any issues.I had them take a look at my front end.When 24 hours had passed and I hadn't heard back I placed a call to find out the status.I was put on the phone with one of the mechanics who told me I was all set to go!Not having agreed to work I asked what that meant.I was told I owed $70 as they changed the oil, rotated the tires and checked the fluids.I explained that I had not requested that service, that I wanted to see what might be wrong with the front end.So it was put back into the hands of the mechanic.I waited another 90 minutes and called back. This time I was quoted $825 for front end work.When I asked why so much, I was simply told the parts alone were over $200 plus for each side, giving me the impression the rest of that amount was labor costs. After much thought I called them on Saturday, not realizing they weren't working the fall Saturday hours yet. So I left them a voice message saying I was not in a postion to tackle the work.On Tuesday I recieved a call asking when I was bringing my car in. I explained that I had left them a message about not working on it.Then I was again told I owed $70 for the cost of the oil change that I never asked for yet on on Friday I was told I wouldn't be charged for that.As Mario read further down whatever paper he was reading from, he conceded that I did not owe for the oil change afterall. But I now owed them $95 for a diagnostic fee.I admit I was taken aback. As NO ONE had informed me BEFOREHAND I was stunned.I had NEVER, in the 18 years of dealing with Duty's, been informed about a diagnostic fee!No where in their office do they post Mechanic Fees, Parts Fees or Diagnostic Fees.I told Mario I would get back on the matter.Having given this a great deal of thought I've concluded that it took someone time to eventually look into the reason I brought the car there in the first place.I'm sorta ok with that aspect, but not $95 ok with it since I was never told about this fee to begin with and they post no lists in customer view of how they arrive at pricing.I'm willing to split this with them but feel strongly that this cost should a clear, upfront quote whenever a customer brings potential work to them.

Their service is always appreciated. Even when we're not certain what the issue is they take the time to figure things out. They are the only mechanic we regularly take our cars too. Also the drop off service is very convenient!!

Absolutely the only place me and my family will have our vehicles serviced or repaired. They ve always been honest, affordable, and I ve never had any issues with the work they ve done. Been going here for at least 4 years my family has been going here longer. Great group of people that truly care about their work and customers.

With working so close to the service center, Duty's has become my go-to for everything automotive. They have seen me on a whim for simple tasks and fit me in for major ones! I have had top-notch customer service from everyone I have spoken to at every visit.

We've been loyal customers for several years now! The people at Duty's are very knowlegable, their prices are fair, and the customer service can't be beat! They are Kent Island's best auto service center!!

Asked if they serviced gasoline scooters and they told me yes so I dropped it off and picked it up the next day with a $95 labor bill and $13 part which was a spark plug when I got it home it didn't even start! Called back for him to tell me that I should put a new carberator on it! What was the labor bill for again??? Will never use them again already donated enough!!!

Brakes went out in mothers car, they had it fixed faster and less expensive then expected. Good to know there are still old school values alive.

Went to 2 other places & they could not get to my car to fix it for 2 days. Duty's took me late in the afternoon & had ready the next morning. Needed a water pump replaced
