Called, told the guy I had a broken axle with a boat on in the road. The person I talked to was not easy to talk to. And I told him I was finding a way to get time and I would be there as quick as I could as it was 430. Got there at five minutes till five and they had already shut up and not believe they wouldn t wait five minutes when I told the man, I was stranded in the middle of the road with a broken axle

Big inventory. I think prices are fine. Gotta make a living. Only knock for me is the in the 3 times I ve been there, the guy behind the counter is just not personable. He even complained about me using a credit card because of fees. Get over it. Kind of makes me feel I m imposing on whatever else he d be doing.

This store is clean, well organized and the service is 1st rate! I found exactly what I needed and found upgrades for my future purchases. Highly recommend shopping here before anywhere else!!!

Had one of my customers with an impossible trailer to find parts for, Tracey called all over creation & didnt give up until he at least had a source for me to get some parts.

Drove from Boston, MA to pick up an expensive hotrod. Got to the Uhaul trailer rental place and discovered my electrical connector on my truck was all rotted. Looked fine on the outside so one would not know until it was plugged into a trailer or tester. They had exactly what I needed and assisted with explaining the wire schematic of the new one. Hotrod is now here in Boston, they saved my A$$.

They seem to have a lot of parts for trailers, as advertised. Have fun speaking with the help, not too friendly.

Needed an part urgently to get my broke down trailer fixed. Arrived 5 minutes before closing and they locked the door and wouldn t let me in. Even worse, the guy working there was telling me thru the glass we close at 5 and it was 4:55. Thank God for Amazon prime. My parts will be delivered tomorrow

Terrible customer service maybe it was just today but the guy behind the counter seem like he's got a big old chip on his shoulder won't be going back prices are high as well
