Watch out. I dropped off my car here for headlight restoration to finish polishing and apply a clear coat. The finished job was worse than when I brought the car in. The owners said they'd never use the same restoration guy again. If you do come here for a headlight restoration, be certain that it won't be the same guy who did my wonder. No captions on the photos necessary. I took some time in an afternoon to do it over again myself with Amazon grade equipment. See the difference that a novice with cheap materials could achieve vs this paid professional. The man should not be allowed near a vehicle.To be fair to the owners, they did not charge me for the work and offered to redo it themselves.

Absolutely awesome job. Tina & BJ went above & beyond for the work they had to do on my 4 door Toyota Camry that is 20 yrs old. A family member had spilled coffee or soda & never told me about it on the passenger side between front & backseat. I forgot to let Tina know not to move the driver seat as it was stuck in a position that was good for me, so to clean carpet properly she had to move it. However, the technician in the shop was able to move some. They even had the to repair shop across from them & he couldn t move. He said I would need to replace the seat. To my surprise, JB took it upon himself to look online trying to locate a seat & found some. I haven t replaced the seat yet as the position of driver seat was good for me. I ve managed employees in jobs that required customer service, so I know quality, attentiveness & excellent customer service & that s what I got. I didn t think to get pictures before l took my car to them, but they did, so check out the pictures below of their quality work & I can t thank them enough.

I am extremely pleased with the service Bay Automotive Detailing performed on my 2020 Mini Clubman JCW. Tina recommended ceramic coating options based on my needs and the conditions the car will be stored under rather than the cost most beneficial to her shop. We ended up selecting an option together that will last and meet my needs. The attention to detail and meticulous oversight Tina gave my car is the BEST I've experienced from any detail service I've used in 25 years of vehicle ownership and maintenance.I will be bring all of my cars to Bay Automotive Detailing to have them detail and ceramic coated. The cost is worth every cent and is extremely responsible for the work performed. The shop makes no compromises on their work and you can tell they aren't cutting corners to turn an extra buck.7JAN24 UPDATE:Just picked up my other vehicle after having a nightmare of an experience following dealer delivery. The dealership did a number on my 45th Anniversary Supra. It seemed the dealership likely ran the car through the car wash a dozen times, polished it with a filthy shop rag, and delivered it to me under low lighting. The Bay Automotive Detailing team immediately pointed out the defects and patiently waited for me to sort out a resolution with the dealership. After a failed polishing attempt on the dealer side, I returned the car to Tina and JB for some proper attention. Not only did they remove all the swirls and imperfections, but they gave the car a show ready finish that can only be described as mesmerizing. They followed up with full ceramic coating and a top notch detail. My car is now prestine and I will absolutely trust Bay Automotive Detailing with my future detailing needs!Thank you for the exceptional service Tina and JB!

Brought my Taurus in after some road debris left some heavy scuffing on the car and had a full detailing done to deal with the scuffs and give the car a good professional once over. JB and Tina were a pleasure to work with and I couldn't be happier with the results. The car looks better then the day I bought it.

JB did a FANTASTIC job with my car. The interior was spotless and the leather looked brand new. The exterior, tires and door jams were also spotless. I was most impressed with how clean the engine looked. If you re considering getting your car detailed here, DO IT! On the recommendation from a friend, I headed across the bridge to Bay Automotive Detailing to have some much needed work performed on my FJ. I live closer to Baltimore, but the longer drive was absolutely worth it. JB and Tina were super friendly, and the work done on the truck was incredible! That's not an exaggeration at all. I was blown away when I went to pick it up. It honestly looks better now, a decade later, than when I drove it off the lot new back in 2012. I can't stress enough, this is how business should be conducted. JB went all in with getting this truck back to its original glory (even that heavily oxidized single stage white roof), and it was all done with a smile and professional attitude! The interior, exterior, and engine bay too. All are immaculately clean now. There is no doubt I will head back across the bridge when it's time for another service, and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in need of professional detailing. AWESOME SERVICE!

Jb at Bay Auto Detailing gave me a brand new truck!! I took them my 2010 chevy truck and it was looking it's age. When Jb and Tina called me to pick it up, they didn't tell me they just how great it looked!! I would have swore it just came off the showroom floor!!! We had our 2022 truck done first in February, when it was brand new, ceramic coated. Looks beautiful! Today I got my 2013 suv ceramic coated and detailed! It looks brand new! Great customer service! And they really care about your vehicle! Worth every penny! I highly recommend Bay Automotive Detailing. I took my 2007 Honda CR-V i and when Tina brought it to me it looked brand new. The leather seats looked new and I could not find fault with anything.. All I can say when I picked up my 2007 Suburban was WOW... This is not a show car but we bought it to haul kids and boats. My wife said, either get it painted or she doesn't want to ride in it any more. So I talked her into getting it detailed. The moment she saw the finished product, Maria says, now that a car I'll feel good riding in again. I can't thank Tina and JB enough. I could easily tell that they were so proud of thier own work when they showed me how she cleaned up. Well worth the money. This is the second time I've brought a vehicle here. The job that Tina did on my car was nothing short of miraculous. I have a much-used, very messy car that carries a very active, sandy dog everywhere I go. Cleaning the interior was too much of a challenge for me and when Tina quoted a very reasonable price, I left my car for the day and that evening, received back what looked like a brand new car. It honestly looks brand new. I am so appreciative of the hard work and many hours that Tina put into my car. She actually did much more work than I had asked for yet charged the same price she had quoted earlier. I will definitely return for more work on my car in the future! I had two of my trucks detailed. One is a 2017 Black Expedition XL. The other is a 2012 F150 Harley edition. White pearl paint. JB and Tina did a very nice job. Now I plan to take them my 2011 Harley Davidson Screaming eagle ultra and my 2015 F350 platinum. Highly recommend this company.

In at 0800, out at 1430. Looks absolutely brand new. No sticky shiny stuff on the dash - matte black, as new. At least 3 people worked on the vehicle - true professionals. In addition to regular use; I travel regionally for work; my office that I am in all day long and it shows.Bay automotive did a fantastic job cleaning/restoring it. The car looked absolutely brand new from top to bottom, inside and outside, every little crevice was spotless. He also made it super convenient to drop it off when it was complete the next day. I will be back !!
