This store is located right 50 just coming off the Bay Bridge leaving Anne Arundel County. The store is nice and clean, it is also well stocked and organized. The only downside is that the employee are not that knowledgeable. I went there looking for replacement bolts for a valve cover. The guys had no clue what I was talking about and directed me to possibly check ACE Hardware across the street.

Excellent staff. Very helpful. Saved us in a bad situation. One of our headlight bulbs was out at night. We spent a long time trying to reach it in the engine bay to change it. Luis, one of the staff members, used his excellent skills and with some efforts was able to change it for us. We couldn't continue our trip safely without his help. Thank you

Not really impressed with their service. The man at the counter told me that my 2016 Mazda 3 didn t exist since he could not find it in his system. I did eventually get what I wanted but it really was with no help from the staff.

Needed a replacement car battery and was going to buy a more expensive one than necessary. They explained why that wasn't necessary and saved me a bunch of money.Will definitely be coming back again. Great customer service!Updated 7/8:Had to get another battery, different car. Customer service is still excellent!

They were helpful in finding me the correct head light but said they were too busy to help install it for me, it was Sunday evening and hardly any one else was in the store. I will have to drive home across the the bridge with only one head light. One guy told me they weren't allowed to help with these things anymore because things have happened but in the review I've read from 2 or 3 months ago it looks like they did help people with changing headlights, etc.

I wanted an adjustable cup holder for my car. The store seems large but they told me they didn't have any. No one really seemed to want to help. They didn't even make a suggestion as to where I might find one. There were no customers on a Saturday afternoon. Now I know why. Although I like shopping local, Amazon will get my business this time.

The two male employees were super nice and super helpful. I needed windshield wipers and he found good wipers for me and put them on my car too and made sure it worked. Plus a piece from sun visor broke off several months ago and he did look up if they had the piece to replace it..they didn't have it and said best to check out the dealer. He was very nice and helpful. Professional and courteous!! Highly recommend going to auto zone

A great place to buy autoparts. I like that they keep your warranty information in the computer. They also give email receipts. With those two things, you don't have to worry about warranty not being honored because you don't have a receipt.

Well, this place is a great environment friendly staff always helping customers even when they are supper busy they rush and get stuff done one way or another they multi task. Great experience 10/10 will recommend. :)

Awesome people, every time I go there they have exactly what I need for a vehicle, If there's some sort of dealer coupons I don't know about they usually add them without me even asking.And doing breaks myself cost only $300 as opposed to that much per tire at NTB.

Went in with my car on an emergency jump from Triple A to purchase and have a battery installed and was denied service as they were short staffed despite there being 2 people there and no customers. One of the cashiers was also very rude because I had stated the battery was stuck and said something along the lines of well how am I supposed to get it out? Never go there if you need immediate help people, they ve lost any and all business from my family.

I went a couple weeks ago, because I have a headlight out. I purchased the bulbs, and typically in any auto zone or similar establishment, they ask if you need help installing small items like this; they did not. So I tried to ask if they had anyone who could help me (hopefully show me how) to install the bulb, and was going to offer to pay or tip but I was rudely cut off a few words into my request by the older employee that he was short staffed, and no one could help me. Mind you I was the only customer in the store, and there were 3 employees who did not appear busy in the least I will not be back, and I only recommend this store if you know what you need and do not require assistance for anything, and don t care about customer service.

Customer service is excellent. Needed help figuring out a fuse issue and the guy spent plenty of time helping and explaining how to accomplish my task. He made sure I had everything I needed and did it with a smile. Great store and fair prices.

The staff was awesome! While traveling back home through the area, our vehicle's battery light flipped on. We quickly found the Stevensville location and asked them to check, hoping that was the root of our problem. After a few test it turned out to be a more serious problem than what could be fixed in their parking lot. Worse still, we were 2 hours from home with no way to get there, stuck with 4 children under 12. The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to stay in the store's air conditioning and out of the 103 degree heat index for a few hours until we could get other arrangements made. They even recommended a local transportation service which was excellent as well. The Stevensville location made a bad situation manageable even though they ultimately couldn't help us get our vehicle fixed. Thanks for just being a decent group of people!

An associated nicknamed Mr Pink was one of the most professional and downright friendly people I ve encountered. He diagnosed and fixed my battery problem in less than 45 minutes total. Highly recommend!

I just had my battery replaced at Auto Zone. The young man ( Louis) was very professional and attentive to what he was doing for me as well as his surrounding s. He stopped to go help a lady who had something under the front of her car then he came right back to finish putting my battery in. Very pleasant experience today.

There aren't enough stars in the sky to rate my experience with this AutoZone store.I'm from out of state and was broke down 2.5 miles away in a lot beside a competitor store.They broke me parts, loaner tool kits and kept stopping by to check to see how I was making out.I was able to get it running to beget it to THEIR lot and they continued looking after me.The Commercial Manager went way and above for me and the rest of the staff were amazing and friendly.I wished I lived here to have the pleasure of dealing with them with any vehicle needThanks again for everything

Last minute stop before road trip to make sure car was in good travel conditions. The tire inflation kit I purchased had vague instructions. The associate was very helpful and came outside to help me with the whole process. He made sure it was taken care of before he went back inside the store.

Service was amazing. Some of the friendliest, caring workers we have come across. Soon as you walk in you are welcomed. They had a long line and the manager talked to everyone and was very funny. Definitely worth sticking around for. Thank you autozone and thank you KI

Stoped to get gas and car would not start ; you was able to get battery charged but not a good way to start the day! Stoped in AutoZone to see what might be going on. Louis came out immediately and checked alternator and battery, battery was the culprit. Louis suggested the battery may still be under warranty but it was not from AutoZone. He explained how to find out if battery was still under warranty. I did end up purchasing the battery from AutoZone. Louis took the time to look out for my well being even though there was a possibility it would.not have benefited him or the business in any way. From the time I purchased the battery and was on my way was less than 10 minutes. Louis was kind , professional and trustworthy. This is now my go to store.Thank you,Tracy

Traveling through the areas on a Sunday night in major rain storms and lost a windshield wiper with 2 hours of driving still left. Pulled in at 8:10 pm, shortly after they closed at 8 pm. There was still staff in the store, and an incredibly helpful gentleman named Dennis came to the door to see what I needed. I explained my situation and he welcomed me in, helped me with what I needed, and then even came out and put the wiper on my vehicle for me! That is what I call service. Thanks to Dennis and Auto Zone for helping make our remaining two hours a safe drive!

I realized my head light was out while driving so I stopped by. I went in with minimal knowledge about my Mazda so you asked Luis for help and he came out to my car, took the broken light out, found the proper replacement ($15.99) and installed it for me. I wasn t expecting all of that but it goes to show that the management does a good job. Thank you very much autozone! Everyone please stop by if you need help with your car!
