Very pleased with the quality of restorative work completed on my 2011 Mustang. Repainted my aluminum hood which had corrosion and restored front bumper to original condition. Work completed on time. I would highly recommend this auto body facility!

Mace was awesome! You hope you never need to use them but when you do, they take the stress and frustration away. Even when Toyota sent the wrong parts, they called and explained everything. You can't ask for more than that. They treat you like family.

I recently had my father s vehicle refreshed as a gift to my 16 year old daughter. Mace did a fantastic job, and my daughter felt as if she received a new car! This involved body work to repair dents and scrapes, as well as a good bit of painting. The paint work was spot on, and they left the interior super clean. I was planning to have it detailed after the body work, but didn t need to. I would highly recommend.

I got into a small accident with my Bronco Sport at the end of April and needed my left rear door fixed. Luckily, I had insurance and they referred me to this place since they were a "preferred shop." From the very beginning, my experience with Mace was amazing and I am so happy I took my car there. The process was seamless, they worked with my insurance and there were no back and forth calls or any hassle regarding the repairs. I dropped my car off on Sunday night, and got a call on Wednesday of that week around noon letting me know my car was ready.To put the cherry on top, I think they might've even done some detailing on my car as it came back cleaner than when I dropped it off! DO NOT take your car here. I hit a deer about a year ago and it's front leg went through my front bumper. My insurance recommended I take it here for repairs (as they were the closest) and what a nightmare it's been ever since. Despite the cosmetic issues, my car was driving perfectly fine after the accident. No issues up until I dropped it off here about a week post the accident. Upon arrival I told one of the mechanics about all my concerns, particularly in regard to strange noises emerging from underneath it. The mechanic literally squatted down, glanced under it, and said 'nope. all good.' But whatever, I assumed he knew what he was talking about and we moved on. This is all set to be fully covered by my insurance by the way.I go to pick the car up a week later and within the first 24 hours I'm stranded on the side of the highway because my hood just erupted in smoke and my overheat light pops on. Whether or not something was punctured or damaged by them in the process, they clearly did not do a thorough job. I take it back, they fix it again, but for some reason, every other month my car is suffering issues around it's engine and heating components. Turns out after my car initially overheated my head gasket got warped. $6,000 dollar fix that I'll now have to pay out of pocket. 1/10.

Mace does impeccable work. We use them exclusively for any body work on our vehicles. Highly recommend!Our Grand Caravan was recently rear ended by a distracted driver. We took it to Mace and they took care of fixing the van in a reaonable time frame. When we got it back, it looked like nothing ever happened! We had someone rear-end our Outback about a year ago and we took it to Mace. They did a fantastic job repairing our car. Fast forward, someone rear-ended our new Honda Odyssey a week ago. Ugh! Fortunately, no one was hurt. Our Odyssey is being repaired by Mace. They're very reasonable, they do excellent work, they keep you posted on their progress and they're very friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else for car accident restoration. PSA: Please stop following the car in front of you too closely. It never ends well, BUT, if you insist on following too closely, Mace will take excellent care of you.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Mace Auto Body did an outstanding job repairing the front end of my 2003 Silverado after I hit a deer. It looks like brand new, they did an excellent job of matching the paint, which I know was challenging on a nearly 20 year old truck. Friendly, courteous staff kept me informed every step of the way and worked with my insurance to process the claim. A fantastic experience, definitely would use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing body or paint work. Very pleased!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I hit a deer and tore up the front end. They had the repair done in a couple weeks (including gathering all the parts, body work and painting). the car looks better than it did and you can t tell there was ever any damage. Great job!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

My truck had it's rear end smashed in and after the accident, a myriad of other issues arose with strange noises and odd sounds occuring while driving. They did a fantastic job fixing the truck bed, the rear quarter panel, and the bumper, but the thing that impressed me was that they managed to get the strange noises to go away. I'm very impressed with the end result and I appreciate that I was kept up to date with the progress of the repairs. My family has used Mace for years and they have always had exemplary service. I would absolutely recommend MACE and use them again! I had minor front bumper damage, about a 12in long dent. I had gotten another estimate from somewhere else and MACE worked with me on the price difference. They promised my car would be done in 3 days and it was. They were able to fix the dent instead of a new part which I am glad for. Their work on my car was seamless and very well done! Looks brand new, only a 2018. I observed they even washed my car and cleaned it up inside! I am forever grateful to this fine, local and family owned business! Thank You All for such an outstanding job! (Work done a week ago)

Mace Auto Body Shop was simply great. A deer hit my car, and somehow crushed most of the left side of my car. You cannot tell the car was in an accident. I ve had two cars worked on here in the past 10 years. Both times the completed work was excellent. Getting your vehicle back can take a while if they are busy, but well worth the wait for the quality of work done.

Mace did a great job on my car. It was totaled because someone shredded the bumper and slightly damaged the side panel with their tailpipe. I did a buy back from my insurance company and mace replaced the bumper and repaired the side panel by welding it, and you can't even tell it was ever damaged at all.

Mace doesn't know how to deal with insurances. Very disappointed with them. We had been going to Mace for many years. They held our vehicle hostage ( for an extra week) till the insurance was straightened out. This was an issue between the insurance and Mace. Estimate came in at $1000. And Mace charged $2800 and did the work without approval . So our vehicle was held hostage till it was straightened out. They demanded payment from us.. knowing full well this was an issue between them and the insurance. And told us they were doing us "a favor". I will never use them again. They were rude, and aggressive about this situation.* As you can see from Mace's response below demonstrates their attitude toward their customers. This is exactly why we will never use them again. Not mentioning our tailgate has a built-in step ladder that is rendered useless because it will NOT come out of the tailgate without extreme force which was not the way it was before dropping it off at Mace. (Our truck had tailgate damage) One would assume Mace would have checked they ladder before releasing the truck.The reason for holding our truck hostage was that MACE almost tripled the original damage estimate. One would also assume if Mace was having problems communicating with insurance they should have notified us or the insurance before completing repairs. Mace did the work without approval from us nor the insurance.

My vehicle was in a pretty bad accident. Mace Auto Body did an amazing job and made my car look brand new again! They called and kepted me informed about what was going on and super friendly.

Don't go to Mace because it's a family business where they treat you like family. Don't go to Mace because it's a local business and not a chain. Go to Mace because they do great work. I've had four cars with Mace and every time their work has been flawless. In 50 years of driving, not always well, I've never encountered a body shop as competent as Mace.

Took my vehicle in to be fixed. And the vehicle came out with more issues, someones worse nightmare. This is sad because 2 years ago i recommend them. Well not only did they need to fix the issues they made, i went to pick it back up the second time, and found more issues with the original parts that needed to fix in the first place. So i came to pick it up again 3rd time. And found 2 more issues i never notice at first until my mechanic saw it. I dont understand what there problem is, but soneone there has no busy touching a buffer or paint because most the damage they made to my vehicle was from burning and scratching from the very tools they are supposed to know who to use. And the damaged the inside of my vehicle. My family and friends are my witness and i only had my vehicle for months. It came in for repairs because another car backed into my front. So like 2 or 3 panels need to be fixed and the ending up messing up the back of my vehicle and the inside, my wipers which i just discovered and my hood, the original repair spot, wheel well which i just discovered as well. Im still making payments on this and ive only had it for 7 months and it should not have this types of issues. I didnt have them going in and still after taking it back for 3rd time i still have body damageUnprofessional never again. The man and women in the office were very nice. The owner never even once apologized to me even though he was in the office twice.
