My daughter and I braved a drive from Richmond va. So glad we did. Nothing fancy about the facilities at first glance until you see their exceptional inventory. All cars are housed under roof and sparkling clean. Our salesman, Chip let the car sell itself. The car was ready and waiting despite the fact we arrived 2 hours late. Got to love that DC traffic! Chip answered every question with knowledge so rare at most other dealerships. I always ask questions I know the answers to. Chip passed my test 100%. My daughter's Jaguar F type is parked in our driveway having been delivered 3 days early. We concluded our transaction late Friday. The traffic was heavy, it was raining and getting dark. Chip suggested it would be safer opting for deliver. He was correct just as this dad was thinking. I highly recommend Universal for their high quality inventory, competitive pricing and superior staff ... particularly Chip.

From first contact with Universal Auto Group and meeting Raj on line via Car Gurus, to the prompt finance department headed by the finance manager Jessica, purchasing my new one owner S450 was stress free and relatively fast.Before making my trip to Silver Springs MD Raj (vehicle specialist) provided multiple live video shots of two vehicles I was considering for purchase.Once I decided on The vehicle that I wanted Raj turned me over to Finance Manager who handled the rest of the transaction.Collectively I have an own over 30+ vehicles. This was one of the smoothest transactions I have experienced.Although a small operation they were very professional, attentive, accommodating, and fast.From arrival, test drive, and bank transactions the entire process took about 4 hours.The Universal Auto Group prices are set at a competitive price point with no manager back and forth that you experience in larger car companies, this experience was more boutique.I would definitely secure another vehicle with Universal Auto Group as well as recommend this auto experience to anybody looking for a high-end one owner vehicle.DTK - Waldorf, MD 12.28.2023

One of the best and stress-free car buying experiences I ever had. I have bought over 15 cars in several different states and Germany. The staff was extremely professional and responsive to our questions and concerns. The car a Maserati is in perfect condition! I was most impressed with how efficient the financial portion of the process. It was quick and easy because the finance Mgr (Jessica) was outstanding!! I highly recommend this company and expect that I will buy from them again. I strongly Recommend this company and Raj as your sales person.

Highly recommend buying a car from Universal Auto Group! Very different from most dealerships. Chip, salesman, was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. He answered my questions honestly and let me know when he didn't know something. I never felt pressured. The owners were great to interact with as well. I'd recommend them to others, and more importantly, I would buy a car from them again.

I recently purchased a 2018 Smart Fortwo EQ from Universal Auto Group. The whole process was quick and easy. Jessica and Kaleb were very communicative. Although, there were some issues with delivery, they maintained good communication throughout the whole incident. Overall, I enjoyed my experience with Universal Auto Group and I definitely will look to them first when I m in the market again for another car.

Absolutely the best car-buying experience ever. Chip, Jessica, and the whole team were amazing. Not to mention the very impressive collection of cars. After looking them up on the web, we had gone in thinking about one vehicle and found an even better one in their inventory. Do not be fooled by the exterior experience - behind it is an excellent dealership with a wide selection of prestige cars.

I would like to share how IMPRESSED I am with UAG as a hole. They have worked with me timelessy from state to present. I never imagined purchasing a car on-line, without a test drive, or making face to face contact with the dealership staff! However, Kaleb (my representative), along with ownership, continued to guide me and continuously seek the highest level of customer satisfaction. I recently purchased a 2020 BMW 750i from Universal Auto Group in Silver Springs Maryland, and I had a great experience. The sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they were happy to answer all of my questions. The finance team was also very helpful, and they got me a great deal on my financing. I order my Tesla from here and I was pretty nervous because I wasn t able to see the vehicle in person because I live a few states over. But they made sure everything was covered, Raj and Jessica were beyond helpful and warranties they offer are top notch. In the end I got a great car at a great price and all of my worries resolved. I am amazed at this dealership. Genuine good people who take care of their customers. Thank you guys!

Less than two weeks ago, I purchased my 2017 Maserati Quattroporte from Universal Auto Group online and totally virtual, since I'm in Ohio. My first contact was with Raj on a Friday and the car was delivered to my house that Sunday early evening. The process was comprehensive - including a live video walk through of the vehicle - efficient, and completely painless. Both Raj and Jessica are a pleasure to work with. Brought the car to the Maserati dealership this past Monday, and it's in great condition, only recommendation was a radiator hose replacement (not urgent). I would definitely look to Universal Auto Group again for my next high end vehicle purchase.

Wow! How refreshing to be dealing with honest people at a used car dealership. What a great selection of high end vehicles! Raj has been super friendly and right on top of all my text, answering questions quickly and accurately. Drove hours to see the car and met Jessica and other smiling staff. Everything right up front on paper. No sneaky add-ons or other issues. Everything explained and done honestly. Universal Auto Group is awesome! Can't wait to take delivery!

This dealership makes purchasing a car seem like the easiest thing to, IN A GOOD WAY. I went to view a car that was posted, this week, viewed on 3/12 and drove away WITH IT 3/13. Sean had previously sold my dad a car and my dad recommended coming up here to see a new listing. NOW this listing was a STEAL because I could not find a better deal on a car of this quality and condition it is in. Sean was very prompt and handled everything sooo FAST AND EASY, I was like this can't be true. Now on to Jessica,,,,, SHE GOT ME APPROVED and talked me through what everything meant and even gave me some advice for later on. I barely questioned anything she said because SHE SHOWED ME EVERYTHING. When I say she was jumping through hoops SHE GOT IT DONE and it didn't take all day, she made her phone calls and came right back and said if you can get this money, We can get this car. I got that money and was there the next day. Some dealers I feel like to try and take advantage of customers, especially females, but this dealership was upfront, honest and DID EVERYTHING FOR ME TO DRIVE AWAY IN MY NEW BENZ. The next day Sean/Jessica had my paperwork ready, explained everything I was signing and gave me my keys, I left with my car 3 minutes before they were closing. I am review person, they had nothing but great reviews and my father owns a car from them, so I trust him too lol. I am leaving this review in all honesty and praise of this dealership. 5 stars! This was such an quick and easy process, the car was just as good if not better than described. Kaleb and Sean made sure everything was taken care of before I left and that any questions I might have had were answered. Jessica worked hard to secure me the best financing that I could get and made sure that I knew exactly what I was paying and what the breakdown between costs were. All in all, very glad to have met these people and done business with them. If they have a car you're interested in, don't hesitate to reach out, you'll be glad you did!

Purchased a range rover that I have been wanting for a while and was pre-approved so my experience was a little stress free, but had to pick it up the next day and drove it home, but it was a scary ride home, notified UAG the next morning, they fixed it immediately, was happy about that ...Jessica and is awesome, she really is a game changer when it comes down to getting things done...Raj is great as well; the only thing I could say that can make my experience even better for buying an elite vehicle, even though it is a used vehicle is have a full tank of gas and it be washed.

Really impressed with this Dealership. Customer Service is top notch. They mostly deal in high end luxury cars, their garage is pretty amazing, but they treated my purchase of a 2015 Range Rover like it was one of their $120,000 vehicles. Noticed a couple issues with the car after having driven it for a few days. Sean took all my calls and made sure my concerns were addressed and issues corrected. Feel like this is how buying a car should be. Appreciate it ! Would definitely recommend!

What a very unexpected surprise, I truly can say that this was by far the most amazing purchase experience I have ever had. I have always gone into small businesses with my guard up and I will truly say that walking into this place with my husband there was no judgment as a matter of fact it was the total opposite, we were first welcomed by Raj and Kaleb the two sales representatives who are highly professional and very easy to work with. We were also introduced to Abby and Sean the owners who were just beyond delightful in oh so nice to us. Then there's Jessica the Business Manager. I have never had so much fun in my entire life spending so much money. She explained the different extended warranties that were available along with the length of time you can purchase, what they cover and don't cover. There were no hidden fees, no pricing games nor pressure to buy. Everyone at Universal Auto Group made us feel truly welcomed and comfortable, their allyship is truly felt.

I was traveling to DC and able to go see their office / warehouse. They keep an amazing collection of luxury cars. Purchased a different vehicle a couple weeks later. Kaleb was great. Very responsive to questions. Transaction went smoothly and car shipped quickly. Arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend

Universal Auto was by far the best place to buy a high end luxury car. My sales guy Rog was awesome! Customer Service was the BEST!! Also they have great prices for thier vehicles. I will buy from them again. I highly recommend.
