This was my second time receiving service at the shop. The first time I had my exhaust system replaced by another shop and the shop let me leave with an exhaust leak and blamed it on the aftermarket part. I took it to Fernando and he quickly replaced a gasket for me that took care of the problem. This time I took my car in to have the catalytic converter and muffler replaced. It's a high mileage car so I wanted to save money by buying my own parts. Most other shops wouldn't prefer this as they make a margin on providing their own parts etc, but Fernando had no problem advising me on what aftermarket part I should get. I was able to schedule a weekend date convenient for me and the work was done in a timely manner. Thanks guys.

Highly professional, Danny took care of me. I had many questions walking in and he throughly explained them and when I went to pick up my Q50 he showed me the setup and I can definitely say the welds he did were top notch and he unbolted my old exhaust instead of cutting it. Definitely gonna come back with my spouse vehicle later in the summer. 10/10 highly recommend to any car enthusiastService: Exhaust

Did a quick and very well cared for install on a catback exhaust system that i purchased myself on Amazon. even when my part didn't quite fit they made all the necessary adjustments and welds to make it work and now I'm very happy with the sound and work . Very clean waiting area nice big TV and coffee while you sit and wait. Staff is friendly and are fast to check on things. 10/10 would come back with whatever work I needed done . give these guys a shot!

I ve been coming here for the past 4 years. Danny has done custom exhausts for a couple of my cars. Top Mufflers is the ONLY shop I will go to for exhaust work. I live all the way in Richmond, Virginia and drove 2.5 hours to get my resonator and quads tips installed because I m a very particular person and they ALWAYS do a great job. I ve referred a few of my car buddies here and they ve said the same exact thing. Best muffler shop in the DMV hands down. Thank you Danny!Service: Exhaust

IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR EXHAUST WORK ON YOUR CAR YOU'VE JUST STRUCK GOLD. phenomenal job. had trouble finding places that would accept customer-provided parts AND not overcharge me. they got me in and out in less than half an hour for an exhaust job. professional staff, reliable guys, simply unbeatable when it comes to cost, quality, and convenience.

I recently ran into an object on a highway and ended up with a damaged flexible pipe of the exhaust system. Spoke with a gentleman at Top muffler and explained the damage and I was quoted a price for the replacement needed. I asked if I can be accommodated the same day and gave a time I can be there and I was asked to bring the vehicle. Once I got there, I spoke with the same person who I spoke over the phone and I was told that they will inspect the damage and provide me the actual cost to fix. Took my car in immediately and within 15 mins I was told it can be done then and there and quoted exact cost while I wait for about 45 mins for the installation. The cost for the work was half of what some other place provided me and I got the job done.No wonder Top Muffler has almost perfect ratings and for any exhaust issues, you can get the best deal by them with professional work!Service: Exhaust

Took my 370z to get my full catback exhaust installed and it was a great experience overall. The staff was friendly, and I was surprised by how fast the service was upon the installation. I would recommend top mufflers to anyone as they have affordable rates, quality service, fast turnaround time, and will answer any questions you may have regarding their services.

I was able to get an appointment quickly, which was super convenient. Danny was wonderful and answered all my questions regarding the fabrication. Simply fantastic. Called in from Northern VA and they booked me immediately, around my own schedule. They offered the best price by a mile, especially when comparing to other shops in VA. All of their staff and technicians were helpful and kind, but especially Danny - he went above to ensure my install was exactly how I wanted it to be, while offering his expertise. Job (exhaust install) was quick and their waiting room had coffee, working/sitting areas, and WiFi. I will definitely be coming back for future installs. Thanks again guys!Service: Exhaust

Called to request quote for axle back muffler delete. Was quick to talk about options and recommend a path forward.Finished a custom fabricated exhaust very quickly and a fantastic price and job. Welds and custom hanger placement are perfect!Would recommend for any future exhaust work.

Lazy guys over here & the guy in the front is passive aggressive/rude. They lied to me and told me they wouldn't be able to perform what I wanted to get done because of the "limited space" around my heat shield. however I've seen other shops perform the same exhaust job on the same make and model of my car. They did what they thought was best in order to avoid having to do the extra work and fabricating my desired exhaust job. They cut corners and their welds are not all that good. Will be getting it redone somewhere else. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Just went there today for my V70Rs catback install and Danny did such a great job in a very short amount of time. Everything is very affordable, professional, and they seem to make sure that the quality of their work is amazing. Lastly, Danny was also very considerate with my car and the old exhaust kit. I will definitely come back here for future exhaust work and I would recommend you to check them out as well! Also, it s best to make an appointment over the phone before coming here.

Stopped by this local business because I thought my Catalytic convertor had crumbled, lots of rattling. The technician stopped eating his lunch and immidiately looked at it. Saved me hundreds of dollars by simply welding a piece that had broke loose. I was also impressed by the location and the office itself. Very accomodating, very professional, very clean and inviting. Great service. Bought a Magnaflow online for a good deal and the guys at Top Mufflers installed it perfectly. I was even late for my appointment and they still got me fixed up real fast. If you need some exhaust work or an aftermarket system installed go here!!
