I dropped off my car overnight for an oil change. I was quoted ninety odd dollars for the oil change. I got there. The bill came up to $144. It would be nice to give the quote the total amount in the first place. Not coming back ever again.>>>>UPDATE, I received a call from a service adviser at 7:50am this morning. The service adviser apologized for the wrong amount that should not have been added to it, and refunded the total amount I was charged. I guess never say "Never" about this service center.

I fix an appointment three days a go for oil change but unbelievable they took 5hr to change the oil. I guess this the worst customer service experience in my life.even if I was scared For my car because of the car was waiting inside the maintenance room.finally they told Me the two tires should be changed but the whole four tires changed was January. For me 100 not trusted location. I had regular customer almost 7 years in walfechase Honda in Memphis they were a giving a good customer service.

I can honestly say the staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous...every time I need to come in I'm greeted as if we are friends!!!! I'm ALWAYS kept in the loop in regards to my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them!!!! I've mostly dealt with Juan Moncada in service but they are all great!!!

Beware of this service center. I took my Honda there to be serviced for an AC, and overall inspection of the vehicle. Because it is a dealer I expected some honesty and quality in service. They instead returned my car with a transmission leak and broken axle. When I complained about the new noise when I drove home, they said they had fixed the issue. I kept hearing the noise and took it to my regular mechanic. My transmission was nearly shot. I usually do not write reviews but this service center left me in a potentially dangerous situation by either incompetence or intent.

Actually I did not go to this location for service this time, I just gave them a call asking if I need to fix my car immediately. My car suddenly had a solid TPMS light on when I was driving on a uneven snowy road last week, I called the service of this location and a guy told me that this could be the road's bad conditions caused the TPMS light on, and tried to drive and wait for a couple of days to see what happens. I followed his suggestion and the light wen off automatically days later as expected. I can see from this event that this service location is not only for money but for customers. I consulted other service companies, they all asked me to bring my car there to have a look, I know they would definitely charge me a lot when they "repair" my car . So I'd like to give huge credit to this service location.

Excellent service, came in to pick up parts I ordered. Was personally escorted to where I needed to be, and promptly got the parts I needed. Friendly staff, overall a positive experience.

UPDATE: After this review I was contacted about 2 hours later by a manager. She was very polite and seemed almost as frustrated as me at the incompetence that occurred. I will give them 3 stars for their customer service and the fact they did fix the problem within 15min. However, my dashboard will forever have a mark that cannot be fixed from the clip. Also they 'compensated' me with a free oil change, but I would never let any of the mechanics touch my car again, so it was a nice gesture but not useful.I called this shop to make an appointment to fix the airbag recall. The guy on the phone was friendly and said I can certainly drop it off on Friday and pick it up on Sunday. He took my information and said I was all set. I go in Friday, the person says they have no information on file, that I don't have an appt. He then questioned me if I called the correct shop and insisted I had called the other one in Silver Spring. I took out my phone and showed him the number I called, the correct one. He said 'someone must not be doing their job then, sorry'. No big deal to me, it just seemed like a minor miscommunication on their part. I told the person at the desk that I was going to pick up my car after hours on Sunday. He said no problem, it will be outside not locked up. I go on Sunday, after hours, my car is locked up. I have to have a friend bring me in the morning before work to pick up my car, major inconvenience. But again, seemed like their was miscommunication on their part, which is ok, annoying, but it happens. A week after I get my car done, I notice my dashboard looks funny. They put it in totally wrong! there are two clips sticking out of the dashboard, it is raised in some places it isn't supposed to be. I am appalled by this because if a mechanic cannot even take the time to thoroughly check that an entire dashboard was put in correctly, how am I supposed to trust his work inside the car I cannot see?! I am now forced to call and make an appointment to go back and have this fixed. Wasting more of my time because of their careless mistakes. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

My family has been getting our Pilot serviced at Sport for at least 6 years. The Pilot wouldn't start today. Checked the battery no water. Checked the oil? Dipstick showed no oil. Drained less than a quart. and there are only slight leak issues. It seems these items were not taken care of properly at the last oil change and service 3000 miles ago but a whole host of other expensive maintenance issues were noted.They've lost a loyal customer.I did receive a call back from The Gen. Mngr. After the post, which I appreciated.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I've been taking my car here exclusively for 4 years and have not had any complaints. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about their cars and want to make sure that your car is all set before you go off. If they find a major repair during a routine service they will call, explain the problem, and confirm you want the service before charging you for a bigger issue than what you expected to come in for. Plus they offer free coffees from their coffee machine in the waiting room. All around great service and staff!

Best customer service. My car got broken into and I had David assisting me. David was super kind and helpful and went above and beyond to meet my needs, including regular updates on my car, accommodating me when I could come pick my car up, giving me knowledge about my car saving me money on unnecessary expenses, and more! I highly recommend this service center!

I have exclusively taken my Honda Fit here since I bought it many years ago. The staff always take time to explain exactly what is going on with my car and have never tried to upsell me on unnecessary work. My car is in amazing shape at 140k because I exclusively take it here.The courtesy shuttle is very convenient as is the location across from Denizens brewery. Last time I was there I witnessed the staff dealing with an unpleasant couple that was arguing that the warranty should cover something they themselves damaged in their car. The staff were patient and understanding even though the couple was obviously in the wrong. I can't imagine dealing with "Karens" like that all the time.One time I took my car to another shop and had the men talk down to me about the repairs and suggest unnecessary work. It made me realize what an awesome spot this shop is !!

Joey and Santiago were amazing to work with! I came here to have my car fixed for my emissions test and it turned out I needed new catalytic converters. Joey helped me get the best price possible and made me aware of every step of the process. Santiago went above and beyond in helping me get into a Honda rental while my car was being serviced. I would recommend this place to anyone. They both took really great care of me and my car throughout the entire process!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

I highly recommend the Sport Honda Service Center. I brought my 15 year old Honda Fit into the center to replace a defective part under warranty and inspect troublesome noises. Santiago and his team went above and beyond! They thoroughly inspected the vehicle, correctly identified the problems, provided timely updates, and resolved all outstanding issues at a competitive price. When parts or services were delayed, Santiago always reached up and worked to help lessen the inconvenience. Took my car here for an AC Repair that was supposed to be covered under a Honda service bulletin. Initially I was worried because it is up to the service center to determine whether or not the car s problem qualifies for the bulletin or not, and if not it can run into the hundreds of dollars. From the moment I arrived to the moment I picked up my car and left, Joey was very communicative, very clear and made a big effort to get the work done quickly. And yes, it was fully covered under the service bulletin! Excellent service. Will definitely be back!

Do not go here! They over charged me on parts and didn't install the parts correctly. They ended up not tightening my sparkplug down enough. This caused my sparkplug to come out while I was driving on the highway. My car is now undrivable with more engine damage. They will not take responsibility and have been contacted by Honda corporate. Save yourself the time, money, energy and overall terrible experience and go somewhere else.

We had the motor mount and drive shaft replaced, The service was excellent. We had Mr. SANTIAGO who continued to keep us informed of the progress untilthe work was completed. He was awesome. They even use a courteousy car to pick me up to get the car after the work was completed. All work was satisfactory. The employees were extremely friendly and attentive. Even after realizing there was a miscommunication in scheduling, they were able to make the service appointment work. They were able to contact me within a day with the needed service on my car, which was quoted very reasonably. Once service was done and I was contacted to pick up my car, they even were able to knock a few hundred off the quote, which was fantastic news.

One of the drive axels broke and they were able to repair it the same day, under a recall notice that had gone mis-communicated. This was handled promptly and clearly, and also fixed a broken brake light bulb which was noticed during the axel repair. Clear process for communicating about updates via text. Very helpful!

I have been a customer of Sport Honda Service Center at East West Highway for several years. Their customer service is consistently excellent. My car recently required a major emergency repair and David Kaye, service manager, oversaw the entire process with professionalism, compassion, and timeliness. I highly recommend this service center!

This is my go to Honda shop in the area and its definitely for their customer service along with them taking good care of my ride. The waiting area is always clean, also has snacks and beverages. I agree with another reviewer, as a women this is a comfortable safe zone and I appreciate the staff (mainly men) for that. Shout out to the manager Mr. Don I believe is his name, he is always working along side with his team, friendly to everyone and always willing to assist. Thanks to everyone here for you service!

Three capable men standing at the service desk and didn't even offer to open the door for female who was carrying a battery to the parts desk. After stating all of you are standing there didn't even offer. All of them ignored the comment. One service man said you look like you are fully capable of carrying it. Then have the nerve to say its time for me to go, as if i was bothering him. If its not about getting your car service I guess they can't help you.Honda thanks for the battery, but I will not return to this location.

Don t spend your money here. Unacceptable service.Basically tried to get a call back over a car part (that I had already paid for) for over a month. Because they messed up my service I was put in an unsafe position driving on salted roads.So I had an appointment with this place back in mid December to get my windshield wiper fluid capability fixed. The windshield wipers themselves were working but the cleaner fluid would not come out. They said they didn t have the part in that I needed, but they said they would call to let me know when it was in. I never get a call.Fast forward to about two weeks ago, I was planning for an 8 hour drive to visit my mom who just had back surgery and because she was in a lot of pain afterwards, she needed me to come help her cook meals, get groceries, and do chores around the house. I knew I needed to get the windshield wiper fluid fixed before I left, so several days before I left, I called this place. They transferred me to their parts department, which didn t pick up, and I left a voicemail message there. They never call me back.I call AGAIN a few days later and say something like, you should have this part for my car by now, I was in over a month ago when I said I needed it fixed and you said you would order the part. I need it fixed by tomorrow which is when I leave on this long drive. They said they don t see the part in their inventory and they said they would call me right back that afternoon. They never did.So the drive TO help my mom was fine but on the way BACK the weather was bad snow, ice, sleet but the problem was mostly the tons of salt on the roads. The salt caused a lot of buildup very quickly on my windshield over the long drive and in order to be safe I had to stop multiple times to clean the windshield so that I could see the road. Was not convenient and I had a lot of anxiety when the salt buildup made the windshield hard to see out of. I made sure to stop to clean it frequently at gas stations along the way but at some points when there was no exit for a while it became hard to see. I was scared to stop by the side of the road in fear that a car or truck wouldn t see me and would hit me. I had my moms dog with me or I would have stayed in a hotel instead of risking driving.Long story short I am never going back to this car service. Wouldn t advise anyone to use them.

The staff was polite and personable throughout the purchase of my car. Titling and permanent plates took them *6 months* and I had to go back to the dealer 3 times. From what I understand, they just decided not to title it over and over. In that time the loan's interest rates hiked because the bank still wasn't listed as a lien holder nearly half a year after I purchased the car. Do yourself a favor and find a dealer that will put in a B- effort after they secure your cash.
