Great customer service from Jeff! Very quick and efficient. We kept in touch after I dropped off my vehicle and informed me on the issue with my car with a quick solution. Thank you!

Update: originally I gave 1 star, but the owner genuinely cares and reaches out to every review. He did everything possible to correct my bad experience. Hopefully they can find more people to work in the service department because it seems like too many people have the issue of poor customer service and slow repairs. I wish all his employees had as much care in the business as he does.Bring your vehicle anywhere else. The phone takes several tries to be answered. Appointments are pointless and they can never get to your vehicle on the day you bring it in. They may even discover after a whole day of being there that they don't have the part in stock. If they do order that part, don't expect a call when it's in.

Had 1 free oil change and a software update needed on my Pilot. What was supposed to take 60 mins tops - when I arrived they says 3-4 hours. I d rather change my own oil than take my car back here. Unacceptable and will not be back. Honda O Donnell in Ellicott city never was this bad!

Terrible Experience ..I Went To Get transmission Diagnosed ..They Duplicated The Symptoms I Complained About.. Recommended I Get A Transmission Flush Stating The Fluid Was Dark..or that I needed a new transmission so of course they flushed it first , and claimed the car rides good .. I picked the car up as soon as I got on the highway I started receiving The same Exact Symptoms As Before The Flush so I called back , they told me I had to pay for another diagnostic , to get my get my car serviced .. Litterally A Day Or 2 After Already paying for a diagnostic , and a transmission flush & they also claim they can t duplicate my symptoms anymore , when I took the car somewhere else they duplicated them instantly ..terrible experience don t go ..they want your money

I've been having my car serviced here since I bought it in 2018.I will not be returning.I made an online appointment for 9:15 on a Saturday for an A1 service, which is basically an oil change and inspection, very standard stuff.I arrived maybe five minutes early. The staff got things off to an odd start when it took two people just to get the car checked in, both having to get inside it. I have no idea why. There seemed to be some confusion because I made the appointment online. Also oddly, despite me having been there several times in the past, including buying the car there, I had to re-enter my address and phone into their system. Why? I've never had to do that before.Once that was completed, I asked how long it would take. I was told, "60-90 minutes, two hours tops!"The consultant texted me a URL that would supposedly allow me to check the status of the work, but it was not updated at all till near the end of the work, and even now, over 24 hours later, shows it as "Final Touches in Progress", still not complete. Why even provide that service if they're not going to update it?About 75 minutes after it was checked in, I texted the consultant to ask the status. He told me another 30-35 minutes. That still put it within the "two hours tops" I was quoted, but distinctly outside "60-90 minutes".About thirty minutes later, the consultant claimed I needed new front and rear brake rotors. I find that very hard to believe. My car has 30K miles on it, which is the bare minimum for new brakes, out of a range of 30-70K. I have had zero indication I need new brakes -- no warning lights, no squeal that is designed to say "time for new brakes", no issues braking. nothing. While I have yet to take it elsewhere for a second opinion, I have asked mechanically minded friends who agreed that's very early for new brakes, and that the quoted price of roughly $1100 is very high, too. When the consultant asked if I wanted to replace the brakes immediately (a warning sign in and of itself) and I said I just wanted to get home, he said he'd add a discount coupon to the bill for the trouble. It was for all of ten bucks. Gee, thanks.Total time: two hours and fifteen minutes, after I was gleefully told, "two hours, tops!"This is not my first bad experience, though it was the most egregious. Previously. for a similar service, I had a tire pressure warning light come on less than twenty miles of driving, after they checked the tire pressure! Also, they did not complete a software upgrade properly, as indicated by the in-dash display. I had to take it back, and I was the one who figured out how to do it, not the consultant (a different one than the occasion that prompted this review).A bungled check in, a failed time estimate, a link to a status update that's not at all accurate, and a very questionable claim of an urgent need for repair. I won't be going here again, and neither should anyone else.UPDATE: I took the car to another dealership today for some minor recall work. As part of it, they inspected it. I specifically asked about the brakes and I was told they were fine. I described my experience at Sport Honda and the service consultant was surprised I was told I needed new brakes.Sport Honda ABSOLUTELY LIED to me when they told me I needed new brakes. I have the documentation for it, and I m contacting the Maryland Attorney General s Office to report them. When I posted the original review, a manager from Sport Honda contacted me. He does not have permission to contact me again and I will hang up on him if he tries.

Extremely disappointing service. The reason for my visit was (ahead of a long planned road trip upcoming) I needed them to investigate a persistent tire pressure light, and an engine check precaution due to an unusual engine behavior experienced intermittently. I also requested they replace a superficial part in the trunk. I left my car all day and overnight (paid for a rental so that I could do this), and came back the next morning and picked up my car. On the drive home, my check tires light came on again. I called Jack the service technical to tell him, and I discovered only at that point that none of the service I requested was actually performed on my car. They did not even complete the multipoint inspection or check tire inflation. He suggested I turn around and bring it back. As Jack then told me, he simply had not used the tablet (it is like an ipad) correctly, so the directions about my service requests didn t make its way to the mechanic Juan. So, after returning the rental already, I ended up sitting around waiting in the lobby (very inconvenient for my work schedule) while the service was finally done on the second day instead. The woman at the front desk was also quite rude for no reason during both interactions I had with her. A couple weeks later and the check tires light is on again, so I scheduled another appointment with Juan by phone. Brought the car in for the appointment. Unfortunately he never actually put my appointment in the system, so all they can offer is to squeeze me in meaning instead of the 1 hour appointment we booked by phone, I m going to be sitting here waiting in the lobby for the rest of the day. Very, very poor experience with the Automobile Park Sport Honda service location. I had high hopes and am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism.

The team at Sport Honda was fantastic--and special shout out to Ernest White who took amazing care of my vehicle after being towed in the night before due to an issue caused by another local dealer. Can't say enough good things about the way they handled the situation and how they treated me. They turned around a bad situation and I am very grateful! Thank you Ernest and Service Team at Sport Honda!

Disappointingly slow service at this location. Went for an oil change, was told it would be less than an hour. It took 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil, lube and filter service. Slow as molasses service. Something is wrong at this place and management probably doesn't have a clue.

What's the point of an appointment when your vehicle won't be worked on for days?

Service was nice. The person who greeted me was very kind. Our service took a while as expected but the waiting area had a free coffee dispenser with some vending machines. Over all pretty good place.
