BIG SCAM STATION should be the name. The cashier ran a scam on me. He told me the pump I was at could only fill up $20 but I had to pay inside. I paid with my debit card. I went back to the pump and nothing happened. He stated, he put it on the "incorrect" pump. I said I want my $20 refunded. He said, ok put your card in. He then proceeded to charge an additional $20. I'm out $40 and the shell corporation will not help since it's independently owned by someone that will more than likely never sort this out. Go to Exxon, or BP. I will never use a shell station for any of my vehicles.

This station forgot how to run a business. They close the inside at peak hours while kids are running around the inside. No hours of operation are posted so there s that. Meanwhile the pumps are never ever able to print receipts so I have to wait in line outside behind a customer ordering 8 drinks that the teller keeps getting wrong lol

Saw one of our tires was way low when I left the house. Called the mechanic and he said I could come right over. He immediately pulled the tire, plugged it, and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes from my call. Very pleasant too. Highly recommend.

I came here and was here at 5:20. The shop said they closed at 5:30. I explained that I was injured, just wanted my oil changed on my way to my appointment and the manager, Wilfredo, still would not do my oil change. How long does it really take to change oil? That s the type of service I get? I am not happy at all.

Station does bait and switch with Fuel Rewards. You plug in your account, it tells you that you have your rewards off and then defaults to full price.

Good place to pop in and out for gas. Is competitively priced for the area, but is better if you use Giant fuel perks or another rewards card. The parking lot is a little hard to get out of with all the traffic on Georgia.

(Note: This station gets no stars from me. Unfortunately, I can't post my review without selecting a star.) I couldn't get my car to start after pumping gas at this Shell station on my way to work this morning. Not only was the mechanic who worked there hesitant to look at my car when I couldn't get it started (I was unable to move my car from the pump so I was blocking other customers), he charged $10 for jump starting it after it was determined that my battery was dead. It took less than a minute and I'm sure that almost anyone else, who's decent and kind, would have done it for free. I wouldn't have been so upset about paying the $10 if it wasn't for both the attendant and mechanic being so rude, unwilling to help, and discourteous. Shame on them.

It gets 3 stars for convenience off the highway. However, access is limited bc the door is lock so u can't go inside to select ur items, they attendant has to. If it right on time and just need gas this is cool. If u wanna get snacks or goto the restroom, pick another spot

I recently went to this gas station because my wife had a flat. Insted of asking ig everything is ok the owner harrassed her. I went to go help change the tire and the first thing he said was i can't park there cause it is private property which i get but how am i suppose to move it if i have a flat and was going to change the tire. He threatened me that he could have my car towed...really!? Lol i guess business is more imoortant than peoples safety.. if i could give this place a zero i would. They are not friendly i will never go back.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I pulled off here on my way to work after getting a flat tire and left immediately in a cab so I could make it to work on time. My husband arrived about 10 minutes later to take care of it, but then realized he was locked out of the car. He went in to the service station and let them know what was going on and requested that they keep an eye on the car and not let it get towed while he was dealing with the situation. He was gone 20 minutes to get a key to the car and when he came back the car had been towed. The Shell station itself called the tow company to have it removed from their property within 20 minutes of him requesting they not have it towed. What kind of service station won't even let you deal with a flat tire on their property? When I called the station to figure out what happened, the employee I spoke with on the phone was beyond rude and unhelpful about everything and hung up on me before even letting me finish a sentence without interrupting. Don't give this place your business, there are several other gas stations to choose from on the block.

Filled tank for 8,5 dollars and they locked on my card 85 dollars. As usually it takes them a couple of days and up to week to unlock that amount. I hate this!!! 85 dollars it should be enough for 33 gallons of regular gas. Who has 33+ gallons tank in average sedan?

The owners are terrible inconsiderate people. I had a tire blow out right there on Georgia Ave and turned into the gas station to just get off the road so my wife and six-month-old daughter wouldn't be sitting in traffic on Georgia Ave while we figured out what to do.After a few minutes, once they realized I wasn't a paying customer they both came out and literally started yelling at me. They said I made it difficult to get to the pumps (the gas station was mostly empty). They threatened to impound my car if I didn't stop trespassing, and continued to bang on my windows while I was on the phone with a tow truck company. Both my wife and daughter started crying so I got out of the car and showed them the scraps of the tire and said I couldn't move my car on just three tires. They didn't care, and wanted me off their property. Finally I told them to call the police, which they told me they had already done. The police told me I was fine to stay there until the tow truck came.

I'm a local, and I have my choice of local garages, but these guys take care of me. They give me what I need, and nothing that I don't, and their prices are the best.

If I can give this place zero I would, The worst services ever, the women & guy don't have manners, feel sorry for the trash words they use, they don't even know customer service. They are just a waste & losers.

This shell is pretty good, it can get packed. Sign-up for FUEL REWARDS they are definitely worth is (5 cents off per gal)

THIS YOUNG LADY WAS ASK TO MOVE HER VEHICLE INTO A PARKING SPACE,BUT REFUSED,ONCE THE POLICE CAME SHE THEN MOVED & WAS TOLD SHE COULD CONTINUE TO WAIT FOR A TOW TRUCK.IT IS A SHAMEWE HAVE TO BOTHER THE POLICE TO ASSIST US WITH ANNOYINGISSUES AS THIS.ALL SHE HAD TO DO IS MOVE HER VEHICLE TO A PARKING SPACE OUT OF THE WAY AND NOT BLOCK OUR PUMPS.

Rude staff, miserly owner doesn t allow customers to use restroom. NOT RECOMMENDED - fill up your tank elsewhere.

It's a gas station. They have gas. It's also one of the only gas stations in the area where you can use your Giant rewards points!

It's hard to get in and out of this shell and it normally has similar prices to other gas stations in the area.
