The service was great. I called in because I had a big scratch and the side of my car and was able to get it fixed same day. Josue was very helpful and was able to walk me through how I could fix the deeper scratches that would require painting. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing experience getting Ceramic Coating on my car Took me a while to decide which shop to use. I did my research and after checking out about 4 different shops I was sold at how thorough and patient Glen was explaining the process. They (Glen and Jose ) did a fantastic job with my car! Looks like new!!!Today is the 3rd week and brought it back for the first wash after the coating.. I am a very happy customer and would recommend Glen and Jose for any ceramic coating work or dent/scratch removal

I really needed my headlights refinished. I only regret that I didn t take before and after pictures. The headlights on my 2011 Nissan Pickup were so bad that I considered just buying new lights as I didn t think they could be refinished satisfactorily. Wow was I wrong! I am very much surprised at how great they came out. I m also surprised with the fact that I drove in just to ask a few questions and was told after discussing the refinishing process with Jose that they could actually get my car done that day. Just over an hour after handing them my key, i receive a text message with a photo of my headlights telling me that the job was done. And it was a job done well. Thumbs up +++ rating from me. I have a coworker that has said they will be getting theirs done next week after seeing mine!Service: Headlight polishing

Edit June 2023: I have come back to these guys to do the ceramic coating on my blue Sapphire Metallic crossover, and the job was nothing short of spectacular cannot recommend Glen and now Mr. Jose enough! They stayed late to make sure it would not go out the door unless it was perfect, always impressed with this shop this picture speaks for itself These guys are the real deal, Glen (the owner) and Jordan (the shop manager) did such an amazing job with my car. Glen is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to paint and dent repair, he explains everything fully and prices everything fairly. I came in to get a small dent and a few scratches removed on my almost 5 year old vehicle. He told me he was able to do all that and informed me they do ceramic coating as well, for much less than all the shops out there. I was a bit skeptical at first, but these guys came across very trustworthy. Glen was able to do the scratch and dent repair, took extra time to do a full paint correction (kept the car overnight), and then they did ceramic coating plus a complete auto detail... all for an excellent price. His assistant Jordan really loves cars as well... when I came to pick up the vehicle, he was making sure mine wasn't leaving the shop until it was perfect. I'm really glad I found these guys, they stand behind their work and I can't recommend them enough. My 2016 Caddy coupe looks better than it did brand new!

If you are trying to get dentless paint n repair on your car along with hail repair, this is your place to go. You will be greeted by the amazing owner of the business who will walk you through the process and not sell you anything that you dont need. They are pretty quick in giving you your ride back, not holding for weeks n weeks. I would also suggest getting ceramic coating from them since I got that too. They revive your car along with free interior detailing. 10/10 in service, performance and after sales.

Jose and glen really helped me. One of my headlights looked really bad and jose made it look like new. I got there an hour before they closed on 1/11/23 and he stayed late to finish everything and I got my car back in the same evening. For cosmetic work they are great.I checked my headlights this morning 1/12/23 and they are foggy again. Idk if it was cause of the cold, or rain or if the coat didn't set. So I will have to ask if there is anything they can do. Jose did everything right so idk what happened.I went back today turns out the clear coat they used requires UV light to dry clear and since I did it at night the coat had no sun. They usually do headlights during the day so they didn't know. Both Glen and Jose worked on the lights today and used a different clear coat and now they are good as new. They didn't charge me for the 2nd time. Got there at 2:30p. They did a great job.Services: Headlight polishing, Paint repair

A liquid dropped on the hood of my car and made it rough and streaked. A friendly, professional employee at Scratch & Dent had the surface looking like new in only 20 minutes (compounding/ polishing?), but couldn't guarantee that it would stay that way (it depends on what chemicals were in the liquid that damaged the finish). Back on June 21st 2021, I picked up my My vehicle from Glen and Jordan. I found these guys on the web not knowing anything about them. My Grand Cherokee got hit at a Wal-mart parking lot. Didn't want to involve my insurance. Got a hold of Glen, and after a brief conversation, I sent picks of the damage to my Jeep. Got a quick quote on the price. Couldn't believe the fabulous job that fellas did on my ride. As if my ride was never touched. Thank you for the terrific work. The tire shine was a great touch as well.

Had a wonderful and pleasant experience with them! I accidentally dented my vehicle. I called, and they were so quick to schedule an appointment with me. They said it was a challenge to repair, but they got the job done! It didn't take long and now my vehicle looks brand new! I couldn't be happier with their services. Totally recommend!

Small shop on Monrgomery MD. Worked on my 928 that had dent in rear fender and right front fender. Fender is aluminum and they took care of it without a trace. The rear dent was the same. I used this place via Mini Dent Protection program. I can say it was easy to communicate with them and get an appointment. The service took about 2 hours, but they fixed the dent with no prpblems, car looks great now, I hope to never come back, but it depends on them birds that decide to drop junk on my car.But they offer some other great products and Ill definitely be back for a coating and tint.

So trustworthy and helpful! I asked for a quote and got a call back from Glen a couple of days later. Turns out they weren't able to do the repairs I needed, but Glen still left me an incredibly helpful 2-minute voicemail with tips on how I should get the repair handled, how much it was likely to cost, and suggesting an alternate body shop he'd heard good things about. I'm so used to feeling like I'm getting ripped off at auto shops, so this was a really nice change - thank you!

This business is wonderful and very reliable. I took my car for a wash without an appointment, and the owner of the business offered to remove some tar from my car's exterior. He did a very thorough job and worked painstakingly for a VERY reasonable price. I highly recommend this business to anyone. I'll be a regular customer, for sure.Service: Auto detailing

These guys are great! They performed Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) on my truck. I had a 0.5 cm sharp ding just above the door handle. I also have laminate glass. The repair took about 90 mins since the spot was tricky. TheIr WIFI was fast enough for me to watch a show on Prime Video and a bit of YouTube so the time went by quickly. They did excellent work. The door is like new now. Highly recommend them!

To echo other reviews, Glen and his team do excellent work, and I recommend you give them a try. All my questions were answered honestly and professionally, and I appreciated that. Saved a lot of time, money and headache by choosing this service. I even offered to tip to show gratitude, but he insisted that all he wanted was a review. Excellent job with my car!! I love it and it looks and smells like a brand new car. They even buffed out the scratches on the back. Paintless dent repair, never heard of it, was very skeptical. Glenn assured me he could remove the dent and I would not be able to tell. Surprise I could not tell.The staff was very experience and made me feel comfortable. Shoutout also to Martin for taking me home and picking me up after working on my car. I live with a woman and her four children. When they get in her car, they don't give any thought to the damage they do to a neighboring vehicle. In addition to the "normal" parking lot dings, the kids had managed to mark my vehicle quite a few more times than once. I had a hand in some of the damage when I got too close to a cart corral in a Target parking lot and put a scrape down the right side from the front door to the fender flare on the rear quarter panel fender flare.Glen took care of every dent even though some of them were difficult to access and not strictly covered by the scratch and dent insurance I bought when I bought my car.Oh ... and the scuff mark? Gone!Glen is nothing short of amazing and I will both recommend him to others and return to use his services again in the future.

Highly recommend you go here. I found them by accident trying to get. Some scratches buffed out. They are super affordable with amazing service and cleaning. Just a light job got all of the scuffs out the paint. They are amazing.
