This shop really knows their stuff. They are seriously knowledgeable about my vintage BMW Z4 and I always know the work will be done at the highest quality, with a quick turnaround and a constant and professional line of communication throughout. They are flexible with pickup hours and offer a 2 year warranty, which tells me they stand by their parts and their work. Truly an amazing shop that I am happy to trust and work with.

I took my car to Rossi's with lots of lights on the dashboard. They analyzed my car and gave me a complete run down of all the issues and concerns. We discussed the priorities for repairs. My car was returned running better and smoother. Thanks! I will be back.

Steve and Rod are so helpful. I had the best experience I ever had at an auto store, Rod did not only patiently explained their work and also kindly checked the level of fluids knowing that I will travel, I can not say enough about how friendly and kind he is. it s lucky to have a trustworthy auto repair like Rossi nearby.

I recently had my Volvo serviced at Donoso/Rossi's Automotive, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the level of knowledge and service they provided. My vehicle is old. It requires attention provided by experienced mechanics. Rossi provides me the type of service I appreciate as I know nothing about car repairs. They explain my car's mechanical problems and propose options for repairs. They explain my car's isses in clear, not so technical English. They communicate clearly how much my repair bill will be before starting to work on my vehicle. I appreciate Rossi's professionalism.Jerry Brown

Rod absolutely loves cars, he's been an inspiration for me to perform many diy projects personally on my own foreign vehicles. I've known Rod for 12yrs now and he's serviced multiple luxury vehicles for myself and my wife, including audi, bmw, and saab. I've learned so much over the years from his hands-on approach that I barely go to any other mechanics. He values his customers as well and doesn't overcharge for service. If you have a luxury European vehicle look no further, he and his team are amazing. Thanks for always being there for me Rod!

The expertise and exceptional customer service from Rossi's was absolutely phenominal. My car overheated on 16th street at 4 pm tonight during very high traffic time, and I was towed to this service station along with two of my friends. All of us elderly females. You know how sometimes we are taken advantage of because we are woman without knowledge of automobile issues.It was 10 minutes before thier closing time and Rod Donoso made us feel so confident and at ease while he's mechanic Steve Thomas worked diligently on trying to fix my car so we could get back home which was about 1 1/2 hours away. Rod was very friendly and courteous offering us some water to drink and even shared his Godiva Chocolates with us. Steve was a man of few words but continued to work on my car for over an hour after thier closing time to make sure my car was working properly to get me and my friends home safely. After Rod took me over to my car where he explained in depth what was wrong with with it and what to tell my mechanic in the morning he refused to accept one cent from me. What a beautiful act of kindness from a remarkable human being. I will never forget his kindness and great customer service. If Im every in Silverspring again and need a mechanic I would definetly call Rod at Rossi's. I would recommend thier shop to everyone. I could tell they were very knowledgable about what they were doing, but also to take thier time to explain to me of what to do. God Bless both of you. The moral of this is that there are STILL some very GOOD people like these two men in the world. Thanks so much.

Super knowledgeable and honest. I brought in a newly purchased used BMW wagon for 1996. I have been using Rossi for years. They are by far the most honest and great to work with Mechanics in the business. I moved to another city and still drive there to have work done on our cars.From the owner to the staff they are kind, knowledgeable and put out excellent work. Rossi has the best auto shop I ve done business with. They ve been my go to for a few years now after being recommended by a friend. They re also very reasonably priced and work very quickly. Brought my car in to get the lock of the trunk fixed and it was done within a few hours. Everyone working there was really nice.The only thing I was disappointed about was that they scratched the inside of my car without mentioning it.

Excellent service. I just moved to the area and used this mechanic for the first time. He had great reviews, and I can truly say he met those expectations. I had a constant small coolant leak in my Mercedes and he fixed it on the first try! I am definitely going to keep him as my mechanic during my time in the DMV area!

They were FANTASTIC! I needed a new key made for my SAAB & it wasn t as easy as you d think. It involved communication with Sweden & a trip to a former client s home to retrieve a part - all while I waited on December 23rd, a holiday for many. Everyone was SO nice & went the extra mile. It was my first visit to Rossi s & I will definitely go back & recommend them.

Nice job Rossi's! Picked up my BMW 128i from Rossi's today and my baby is humming again like a BMW should :) Fair price for great work! Also really appreciated the warm hospitality from my man Hamilton. Great experience! Would definitely recommend for BMW repairs!

I consider myself a 6/10 car guy handy but no engineer. Brought my 2011 X3 to Rossi s a year ago looking for a second opinion after receiving a $7k bid to replace my transfer case. The highest rated BMW shop in town had just dealt me a crushing prognosis that meant I d be better off selling the car (in perfect condition otherwise). Enter: Ron and Rossi Co.Not only did they bid lower, but suggested I might find a used (low mileage) diff cheaper and they d install it, fill with new fluid (no warranty on part or work naturally). A month of part hunting and a return visit later the X3 is running better than ever and they saved me over $5k!!!True masters of the trade, and absolute straight shooters. So impressed that when I noticed they had a vintage VW hiding in the corner of the shop, asked if they d help me with my 68 Corvair. Owner recently added a pic of the oil pan seal fix to this listing. Talk about taking pride in your work, customer care, and going a step beyond!!!Can t recommend this team enough a true rarity among the premium shops who perpetuate the luxury brand stealership business model. Have sent several fellow BMW owners there since with consistently outstanding price, service, and satisfaction. 100/10, look no further. Rossi s is bar-none the best in the Bethesda ballpark.

I took my Hyundai Elantra GT for regular maintenance and they told me it was leaking oil from the engine, which I didn't know. This is a new engine, but the dealership had not installed the oil pan properly after they put it in. Rossi's mechanics took pictures and Rod explained in detail why it was happening, so now I know what to tell the dealership. I'll definitely come back for service.

We all had the same hunch about the source of the burning oil smell, but they were cautious about inspecting to confirm the need for a valve cover and gaskets. Once they did, all indications are that the work was carefully and professionally done, with a clean up of previously leaked oil on engine parts. Car is fine now. This is hands-down one of the best shops I've taken my car. I towed my car there on Monday at 9:30am; by 11:30am, my car was repaired. I spoke to Rod-- he and the team helped with a full vehicle inspection and found issues that were present in my car for years. Other mechanics never pinpointed these issues. Rod patiently talked me through options with me on how best to fix the car; he dedicated an unbelievable amount of time and care. My car feels brand new after pick up. Very thankful.

Rossi s Automotive did a good repair job on our 1999 Saab 9-3. Being an older car we were a somewhat concerned about the quality of the repair, but Rossi s was knowledgeable and solved our suspension problem. Rossi, Steven and Hamilton were professional and provided us with different options to minimize the cost of the repair. I am so disappointed and angry about the service at Rossi s car repair. My som brought in his Toyota just to check the car tire sensor since all tires appeared to be fine. First they charged a 65$ diagnostic fee and then without giving us an estimate or tell us what was wrong , they charged my son 278$ to repair 1 sensor . Then, my son drove his car for 3 days and the lifht went on again. They had him bring it back that day ( after i insisted) and charged another 175$ to fix another sensor. We ended up with a 450$ fee for which i would have argued about but my son politely paid the remainder out of his own pocket ( he is a college student) throughout all of this they were all very rude and we had to keep calling them to find out the status,My son originally wanted to go to the dealer and i said that this was in the neighborhood and had great reviews . I have no idea how they have gotten these 5 star reviews. Maybe they just cater to people with a lot of money and fancy cars .Service: Tires

Key fob and battery issues is what drew me to Rossi's Automotive Services, not to mention that my former auto service shop couldn't fit me in and what I discovered was a professional and friendly staff. My newly purchased key fob (this was a second one) was stuck and it didn't work and I had to have my car towed to Rossi's. They not only took care of that problem, but also told me that the battery that I bought from AAA last year was the incorrect size and recommended replacement, so I had them take care of that too. About the dead key fob? Rossi's also told me to return it to the BMW service department and have them check it out. As it turned out, they had to replace it at no cost to me at all, including labor. My repairs here may seem like minor ones, but my car was out of commission for several days; I appreciate that Rossi's staff took very good care of me. This is my new automotive repair shop and I highly recommend that you check them out for your automotive needs!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Battery
