Ryan was super helpful selecting tires that will fit our rims and meet our needs. Awesome.Nick called me and asked if I wanted the white letters inside or out. Just awesome.Ken was awesome when he discovered a slight issue with inside fender. He explained the issue and took care of it. More awesome.We are new customers of Radial Tire and will enthusiastically recommend Radial Tire.

12/28/2023 - Just today got new rubber installed on my 2009 911s.Super professional team. Bill and team know what they are doing and the entire team works like a professional pit crew. Every single individual showed a passion for their work and delivered very personalized service.I am glad I took a friend s recommendation to go here eventhough they are an hour s drive from me, while I have several tire places just minutes away from me.I will definitely recommend Radial Tire Company, Silver Spring, MD. To anyone without hesitation.Special thanks to Bill, Adam and Ryan for an amazing seamless experience and excellent service.

Spoke to person named Bill. He was very friendly and recommended a really good set of tires for me to put on my car. I went there about two weeks later went in at around 8:30 in the morning. Spoke to Adam he was a very nice knowledgeable person. He took my car right away. Put my new tires on and a wheel alignment was in and out within an hour and a half, very pleased with the service I received at this facility I would definitely highly recommend this to my friends and family. I live An hour and a half away from this facility, and it was well worth the extra travel time to deal with this very professional company

I have been a customer of radial Tires for at least 25 yrs. Why is simple. They have always provided great service. In addition, they don t try selling you the most expensive tires. They thoughtfully inquire your vehicles needs and your preference of price range. The pricing is upfront and they stand behind their work. When you have a flat (nail puncture or road hazard)Radial fixes or replaces it at no cost to you. I bought a new Highlander and of course the tires were from the dealer. I got a nail in the tire and took it to Radial and they repaired it for free because I am a customer. When I do need new tires, guess where I will purchase them. They treat all customers the same. My daughter had to get some tires and she didn t need to worry that because she was a woman she might not get the best deal or different treatment.

First timer. All the reviews were right. Amazing service and great prices. I was swapping out my summer tires on my GR Corolla. They went above and beyond and wrapped each tire and loaded them in the back for me, which I did not expect. Will be returning for sure.

Adam was great! They did a Front end alignment on my Porsche Carerra. Great job. I have a home in Dallas so I don't get there much. Was good to see Paul. I used to come to Radial tire with my dad when I was very young. Great company. Wish they would open up a branch in Dallas. I highly recommend them and I am very skeptical about recommending people or companies. I have no fear recommending this company.

We are from out of State. We searched a reputable tire shop and Radial showed up at the top of the list with rave reviews. Ryan was pleasant and informative on the phone. When we got there Adam treated us with an abundance of kindness. We purchased 4 brand new tires at a great price, with an incredible warranty. 5 stars for this tire shop. They are the real deal.

Last Friday I hit a pothole right before the entrance to 270. As soon as I got on the freeway, I got two low tire pressure indicators. I pulled over, saw the bent wheels, and got off at the first exit to go directly to the store. They had wheels and rims that fit my Camaro and gave me a great price on them. They also did an alignment and Ruthie drives like a dream. I highly recommend Radial Tire because they won t screw you over, and they find the best option for your car.

Great experience, I have had my car serviced here a few times. I had to go in and fix my flat tire the other day. They were efficient and gave me updates on the car throughout the process. Bill is awesome and so is his team! They are always going the extra mile to make sure you are informed. Francisco was very kind and took the time to show me how the damage had effected the tire and what my options were. Everyone was pleasant and professional.

Everyone I spoke to here was great, friendly and responsive. Good atmosphere. I would definitely recommend to a family member or friend. I had a bent rim that I dropped off and was able to have fixed and mounted the same day at a very reasonable price.

Had to order some hard to come by sizes in 15 for my Miata. Next day was called that they had them and to come by for installation. Got there and was immediately checked in. 30 min later, im out the door. Tire prices were the same as online prices. Mount and balance was on point. Great customer service and nice/friendly. New customer for life.

The. Absolute. Best. The tires they put on my car were a great deal and made the car drive like a newer, better car. On another car, I had a nail in a tire and they patched it quickly and for a great low price. They don t try to upsell, they are honest and reliable and I ll keep coming back.

My wife and I have bought tires at a Radial Tires for several years. Really nice people, quick service, fair prices, and classical music. Really. Classical music. I just had a slow leak on my Tesla fixed in under 20 minutes for $18. Can t beat that.

These folks are GREAT! I wanted to give my husband new tires for his classic car as a surprise birthday present. They pulled the wheels, took them to their shop, put on the new tires, returned to our garage and put the new ones on. So nice. Good$, too.

"Exceptional service! I recently had all four tires replaced at Radial Tire Company for my Tesla Model 3P in Silver Spring, Maryland. I m overall satisfied with what they did for me, but I feel my experience was worse because they don t offer appointments, only drop-ins. I had to budget in extra time to wait for at least 30-45 additional minutes before they would even start on my car. When you re managing taking time away from work to get work on your car done, that additional time makes a difference (especially when most car appointments end up taking longer than quoted as mine did here). I d consider coming back in the future, but this mostly feels like any other tire place I ve been to, just with no appointments. There isn t anything wrong with that, but nothing stood out to me about Radial.

My first time using Radial Tire. I read the reviews online before getting tires for car. The service was all that I saw online. They were professional, informative and customer service was great. Had my tires replaced I am very pleased and I definitely will be returning to have new tires again when they need to be replaced. Price was reasonable.

One of my tires was very low on air yesterday, so I inspected it and found a nail. Called Radial at 11:45 AM to ask if they could still get me in (they close at 1 PM on Saturdays) and was told to come right over. When the young man inspected my tires, he told me that the tread on all four was actually very low and that they should all be replaced. Rather than using the very expensive tires recommended for my car, he suggested an alternative that was much less expensive and has a longer mileage life guarantee. (He has the same model car and had used them himself.) I left with four brand new tires installed in less than 40 minutes.I ve taken all of our family s cars to Radial over the years and have received prompt, professional, courteous service every time.Highly recommended!

I have been using Radial Tire for the last 20 years and their tire recommendations and services have always been spot on. There are countless tire shops closer to my house but it is worth the 45 minute drive to Radial Tire.

I have been buying from Radial Tire since 1998. I am a car dealer and it s important that I get the best deal to maximize profits in lean times.Radial Tire is my go to shop for the best deals and service (Thanks Nick) All the people there are great and I ve known them all through the years. Ive been to Radial twice for different reasons. 1) They accept tire insurance (paid by 3rd party), they made the process easy and i had the replacement tire the same day i called and within an hour of me dropping it off.2) Needed a tire for a full size spare purchased for a trip. Radial found the tire, got it same day for me. Dropped off the rim and they had it done faster than i expected.The parking is a little tight but I've had the guys come out while i was pulling up and confirm i was good where i was parked. All around great experience both times from the parking lot to pickup and payment (fair pricing all around). I ll definitely be a return customer for all my wheel and tire needs.

I have been going to Radial for over 20 years now. Paul and his crew has never disappointed me in service: from dropping off my countless set of race wheels to all my stop-in-for-quick swap. Adam, Sam, Wanda, and many others have treated me well. Always a pleasure that they get my order right every single time.

The customer service was excellent! I was given different options, and explained the pros and cons of each option. Even though it was late afternoon, they promised to replace my tires, and have it aligned before closing. My family has been coming here for all their tire purchases since the 70's, because of their excellent customer service, and good, honest deals on their tires. The inside office personnel explain any problems one might have with their tires, and treat each customer as family. Their is ample space to sit and wait in one of two waiting areas, and enjoy hot coffee while waiting. I plan on bringing my other car to have the tires changed next month. If you're searching for an honest, friendly, top notch tire service center, I whole heartedly recommend Radial Tire!

I keep coming back because the people are great, the prices are very fair, and they are efficien, honest, and knowledgeable. The staff work hard and communicate clearly. The modest wait in line (1-2 hours) is so worth it.

Competent, friendly and provided same day repair. Sam was proactive in finding the best wheels for my car even though out of the office. The order was sent to Kenny and waiting on me when I arrived. Francisco, Nick and the gentlemen who did the work were very professional. Hopefully, many miles until the next pothole!
